District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

A 37 year old male from Montgomery was arrested at 12:59am, May 16, in the area of Hwy 105E and Crockett Martin Road by Sgt. J. Varnell for a theft warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. The male was transported to jail.

On May 16, Deputy C. Santoro was sent to Brazewell Street in reference to a disturbance. The Deputy located a male that was involved in the disturbance and found him to be intoxicated. The 30 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 2:23am and taken to jail for public intoxication.

A 25 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 6:17pm, May 16, in the 12600 block of Lazy Cove Drive by Sgt. P. Smith for three warrants out of Montgomery County Pct. 4. The Deputy had been given prior information on the female’s location. The female was transported to jail.

On May 16, Deputy A. Booher was dispatched to a residence on Bert Brown Road in reference to a male making threats, against two females, one being his mother. The male had made the threats holding a large knife, threatening to kill them. On arrival the Deputy located the male who had placed the knife several feet from himself. The Deputy found out the male had an outstanding theft warrant from Montgomery County also. The 25 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:47pm, charged with two counts of terroristic threat and the warrant and taken to jail.

On May 17, Deputy S. Squier stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Hwy 105E and FM 1484. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The 22 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:56am and transported to jail.

On May 18, Deputy S. Squier stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 10200 block of Calvary Road. The female driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The 28 year old female from San Leon was arrested at 1:08am and transported to jail.

On May 18, Deputy J. Kader responded to a suspicious person call in the area of Point Aquarius Blvd and FM 1097. The Deputy located an intoxicated male hiding behind some bushes near the roadway. The 38 year old male from Willis was arrested at 1:06pm and transported to jail.

On May 19, Deputy C. Santoro was notified of a family violence assault at a residence on Miller Lane. The Deputy met with a female complainant who stated she and her husband were sleeping when he awoke and kicked her out of bed. While she was on the floor he kicked her on the legs and punched in the abdominal area. She was finally able to escape and call 9-1-1. The 34 year old male from Willis was arrested at1:45am and transported to jail.

A 30 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 12:13am, May 20, in the 16300 block of Tree Monkey Road by Deputy S. Degner for a theft warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received prior information on the female’s location. The female was transported to jail.

On May 21, Deputy K. Christiansen was sent to the 16400 block of Tamra Court for a disturbance call. Upon arrival a female was observed in a vehicle and it was learned that she was operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. She had prior convictions for driving with an invalid license. The 30 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 5:25pm and transported to jail.

On May 21, Deputy J. Kader was notified of a burglary in progress in the 14200 at a residence on Rogers Road. On arrival the Deputy detained a female in a vehicle parked at the residence. The vehicle had several items that came from the residence. Another female was located hiding in the bathroom. Both females, ages 33 and 47, from Willis, were arrested at 11:05am, charged with burglary of a habitation and also possession of a controlled substance and taken to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On May 09, 2011, Deputy Jobe was dispatched to a residence on Crane Court for a Family Violence. Upon arrival, Deputy Jobe met with the complainant, who stated that the suspect, 55-year-old male, had assaulted her. She also stated that she had to climb out the bedroom window to escape. The suspect looked out the window and observed Deputy Jobe in the front yard, and fled out the back of the house and over a fence. The suspect was quickly apprehended and taken into custody for Assault Family Violence and Evading.

On May 16, 2011, Deputy Christensen was dispatched to a Welfare Check at 314 Sawdust Road. Upon arrival, she located a 29 year old male lying on the ground next to his vehicle. The suspect had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person and breath, and was unable to stand without using the vehicle for balance. The suspect was taken into custody.

On May 17, 2011, Sr. Sergeant Russell observed a vehicle traveling 90 mph southbound on I-45. He then initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver, 26-year-old female from Spring. The driver was found to have a suspended license with six active suspensions. She was taken into custody for Driving While License Suspended and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On May 17, 2011, Deputy Schutzenhofer and Deputy Knight conducted a traffic stop on Rayford Road for an expired registration. During the course of the traffic stop, the passenger, 21-year-old male from Spring, was found to have an outstanding warrant for Assault Family Violence. He was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The driver, 22-year-old female from The Woodlands, was found to be in possession of Oxycodone and Xanax. She was taken into custody and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 5/17/11 Deputy Birch conducted a traffic stop in the 29000 block of Hwy 59. Upon making contact with the driver it was found he had an active traffic related warrant. The driver, a 21 year old male from New Caney was arrested without incident.

On 5/17/11 Senior Sergeant K. Ray conducted a traffic stop for speeding on Oak Grove Dr. the driver was found to have a warrant for illegal dumping. The driver, a 36 year old male from New Caney was arrested without incident.

On 5/18/11 Deputy White was dispatched to the Adult Probation office on Hwy. 59. A probationer had come into the office and had an active warrant for Order of Arrest/ Possession of a Controlled Substance. The male, a 33 year old from New Caney was arrested without incident.

On 5/18/11 Deputy Logan was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 27000 block of F.M 2090. Upon his arrival he learned that the suspect had taken a substance known as “K2” or “Serenity” that had been recently outlawed and threw it in the trash to keep officers from finding it. The suspect, a 36 year old female from Splendora was arrested and charged with Tampering with Evidence.

On 5/18/11 Deputy Logan conducted a traffic stop in the 33000 block of Hwy. 59. Upon checking the driver he was found to have a J.P. #4 traffic warrant. The driver, a 28 year old male from Humble was arrested without incident.

On 5/18/11 Deputy Morris was on patrol in the Valley Ranch Subdivision. He located three suspicious males walking with flashlight and backpacks. Two of the males were wearing gloves. Upon interviewing the males they confessed to burglarizing numerous vehicles in the neighborhood. Much of the stolen property was located and recovered in the backpacks they were carrying. The three males, ages 17, 18 and 20 were all from Porter and were arrested and charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, a State Jail Felony.

On 5/18/11 Deputy Jackson was dispatched to a residence on Northcrest Trail in reference to a family disturbance. Upon arrival it was learned that a male had assaulted his wife and stepdaughter. The suspect, a 42 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Assault.

On 5/19/11 Sgt. Kendrick was dispatched to the Adult Probation office on Hwy. 59. A probationer had come into the office and had an active warrant for Order of Arrest. The male, a 43 year old from Kingwood was arrested without incident.

On 5/19/11 Deputy Ashmore responded to the 16000 block of Main St. to serve an active warrant. Upon arrival he located the suspect and took him into custody without incident. The suspect, a 39 year old male from Splendora was arrested and charged with a Theft warrant.

On 5/19/11 Deputy Logan was dispatched to a suspicious person call in the 17000 block of East West Dr. Upon arrival he made contact with the person who called in and he was found to have two traffic related warrants. The suspect, a 36 year old male from Conroe was arrested without incident.

On 5/20/11 Deputy Harman was dispatched to Creekwood Dr. in reference to a Suspicious Person. Upon his arrival he made contact with a male on scene and obtained his name and date of birth. The subject was then found to have an active warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. The 37 year old male from New Caney was arrested without incident.

On 5/20/11 Deputy Logan was on patrol and observed a suspicious vehicle in the 23000 block of Loop 494. Upon checking the male inside of the vehicle he was found to have an active warrant for Criminal Trespass. The suspect, a 40 year old male from Splendora was arrested without incident.

On 5/21/11 Deputy T. Smith was dispatched to the 21000 block of E. Knox Dr. in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon his arrival he made contact with one of the parties in the disturbance and she was found to have five traffic related warrants. The 31 year old female from Porter was arrested without incident.

On 5/21/11 Deputy Amstutz arrived at a scene at FM 1485 at Baptist Encampment where a DPS Trooper stopped an individual on a traffic violation. The suspect showed to have an active warrant for Harassment. The suspect, a 38 year old male from Huffman was arrested without incident.

On 5/21/11 Deputy Amstutz was dispatched to a possible DWI driver On Hwy. 59. It had been reported that the driver was driving on the wrong side of the road and almost collided with several vehicles. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was given field sobriety tests. The driver, a 55 year old male from Huffman was arrested and charged with DWI.

On 5/22/11 Deputy Guion was dispatched to a residence on Appian Ridge in reference to a disturbance. Upon his arrival he made contact with one of the parties in the disturbance and she was found to have two traffic related warrants. The 27 year old female from Porter was arrested without incident.

On 5/22/11 Deputy Guion conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle in the 26000 block of Sorters Rd. Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle it was found that his driver’s license was suspended for No Driver’s License and No Insurance. It was also determined that the driver could not provide valid insurance for the vehicle. The driver, a 22 year old male from Porter was arrested and charged with Driving While License Invalid.

On 5/22/11 Deputy Amstutz was travelling Northbound on Hwy. 59 and observed a vehicle commit numerous traffic violations. Upon interviewing the driver it was found that he had been recently charged with DWI and had been just released from the Harris County Jail 8 hours prior. The suspect was given field sobriety tests and determined to be intoxicated. The suspect, a 23 year old male from Cleveland was arrested and charged with DWI.

On 5/23/11 Deputy Dunn was dispatched to the area of Willowick and Yukon in reference to a suspicious person call. Upon his arrival he found one of the males riding a bicycle in the area. The male was identified and found to have an active warrant out of MCSO. The male, a 17 year old from Conroe was arrested and charged with such.

On 5/24/11 Deputy Holden served a warrant on a male at a residence on Dove Haven Ct. in Porter. The suspect, a 20 year old male from Porter was arrested for two outstanding traffic warrants.

On 5/25/11 Deputy Amstutz was dispatched to an Animal Cruelty call in the 23000 block of Carla Ln. Upon arrival he met with the owner of the dog and learned that her dog had gotten loose and entered a neighbor’s property. As she grabbed the dog and was removing it from the property the neighbor came outside and shot the dog several times with a high powered pellet gun. The suspect, a 47 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Animal Cruelty and Deadly Conduct.

On May 22nd Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to Todd Road in reference to a Disturbance. A 32 year old male subject was arguing with his girlfriend and had become angry. The subject had grabbed a knife and threatened to kill himself with it. The subject’s girlfriend had tried to get the knife from the subject and he had hit her in the face. Deputy Provenzano placed the subject into custody for Felony Assault Family Violence and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail.

On May 21st Deputy Overbay was dispatched to Comanche Trail in reference to a Disturbance. Deputy Overbay pulled up to the Reportee’s vehicle as she was yelling out of the window and pointing at a 20 year old male subject on foot. The suspect ran away on foot into the woods. A short time later the suspect was found at a nearby gas station and locked himself in the bathroom when he saw deputies. Shortly he came out of the bathroom and was arrested. The subject was charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Evading Arrest and Detention.

On May 21st Deputy Irvine was dispatched to a residence on Jackson Road in reference to an Assault Family Violence. Upon arrival Deputy Irvine made contact with two Complainants and a 69 year old female suspect. Deputies found that the family had been arguing with each other which escalated to verbal threats. One person was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threat and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. An Emergency Protective Order was requested on behalf of her daughter.

On May 19th Sergeant Webb stopped a truck that was pulling a trailer. The driver was identified as a 43 year old female and the passenger was a 29 year old female. The deputy saw that the steering column was busted and then found that the truck had been reported out of Houston. Both subjects were in possession of controlled substances. The driver was charged with Felony – Unauthorized use of a Vehicle, Misdemeanor C – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Felony – Possession of Controlled Substance. The Passenger was charged with Misdemeanor A – Possession of Dangerous Drugs.

On May 16th Deputy Mittag was dispatched to the area of Hardin Store Road and Decker Oaks in reference to a Welfare Concern. A 27 year old male subject was stumbling around in the middle of the road. Upon arrival the Deputy observed the subject walking along the road. Upon making contact with the subject the Deputy could detect a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on the subject’s breath. The subject did admit he had been drinking. He was having trouble maintaining his balance, had blood shot eyes and slurred speech. Deputy Mittag placed the subject into custody for Public Intoxication and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)

May 19th Deputy Rex conducted a Traffic Stop on a vehicle in the 21600 block of Hidden Forest Dr. Upon making contact with the male driver it was discovered that the subject had outstanding warrants from two other counties. The subject was arrested on all warrants and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

May 20th Deputy Davis responded to a residence on Lakeview Dr. in regards to an Assault. Investigation revealed that an estranged husband and wife had been involved in a physical altercation. The male fled the scene prior to officer’s arrival and could not be located. Charges of Assault have been filed and are pending.

May 20th Deputy Pugh was dispatched to a residence on Hemingway Drive in regards to a Welfare Concern. Upon making contact with an adult female on location, the officer was given false identification. Upon learning the female’s correct identity it was discovered that she had an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance. The female was arrested for the warrant and also charged with Fail to Identify (Fugitive) and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

May 22nd Deputies responded to a residence on Dawn’s Edge in regards to a Disturbance involving an intoxicated male. Upon arrival officers attempted to arrest the suspect but he resisted arrest where one deputy was slightly injured. Before the subject was restrained he attempted to kick another officer in the face. The male was arrested for Assault Causing Bodily Injury (Public Servant) and Attempted Assault (Public Servant) and placed into the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.

May 22nd Deputy Pugh went to the 100 block of April Point S. in regards to a Warrant Service. Upon arrival officer’s made contact with the female individual in question and placed her into custody for the three outstanding warrants. The subject was then placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On May 18, 2011, Deputy Johnson was dispatched to a residence on New Dawn Place in reference to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. The complainant advised that a purse, cell phone, and laptop computer were taken from their vehicle. A 21-year-old male suspect from The Woodlands was identified and arrested charged with Credit Card Abuse.

On May 19, 2011, Deputy Prince responded to a Disturbance in Progress on Waterway Avenue. Upon arrival, Deputy Prince observed the suspect running down the sidewalk. Deputy Prince turned on his lights and siren and yelled for the suspect to stop. The suspect continued to run through the parking garage and Deputy Prince continued the pursuit on foot. The suspect was apprehended. The suspect was found to have two different driver’s license in his possession, one of which he had used earlier in the evening to purchase alcohol at a nearby bar. The suspect, 20-year-old male from The Woodlands, was taken into custody, charged with Evading Arrest and Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Shoplifting Arrest(s):

5/18 – Deputy Johnson arrested an 18 year old female from Round Rock, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $79.42 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

5/19 – Deputy Harrison arrested two 17 year old females one from Tomball, and the other from Conroe for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspects attempted to take $138.26 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

5/20 – Deputy Ansley arrested a 22 year old male from Conroe for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $225.00 worth of merchandise from JC Penney’s. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

5/20 – Deputy Johnson arrested a 25 year old male from Spring for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $69.93 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

5/20 – Deputy Evans arrested a 26 year old male from Magnolia and a 36 year old male from Houston for Theft at 6700 Woodlands Parkway. Deputy Evans found that the suspects had taken two BBQ grills, valued at $259.98 from Kroger’s. The suspects were taken to the Montgomery County Jail where it was found that both suspects had previous Theft convictions, so the charges filed were upgraded to State Jail Felony Theft. Charges are pending on a third suspect at this time.

5/21 – Deputy Harrison arrested a 20 year old female from The Woodlands for Theft at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspect attempted to take $105.96 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

Public Intoxication Arrest(s):

5/19 – Deputy Conklin responded to a Disturbance call on Water Way Avenue and arrested a 25-year-old male from The Woodlands for Public Intoxication.

5/22 – Deputy Conklin observed three people walking up the center of Waterway Avenue. Deputy Conklin made contact with the subjects and noticed one subject to be extremely intoxicated. The suspect, 17-year-old male from Conroe was taken into custody and charged with Public Intoxication. A search of the suspect found that he was in possession of marijuana.

DWLI/DWLS Arrests:

5/7 – Deputy Prince arrested a 30-year-old male from Ashburn, VA for Driving While License Suspended after a traffic stop for Driving without his headlights on Lake Robbins and Six Pines.
