MCSO BLOTTER FOR WEST MONTGOMERY COUNTY FOR WEEK ENDING 2/13/14

On February 8th, Deputy Mittag was dispatched to the 23000 block of County Fair, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with a 22 year old male who was being verbally belligerent and acted as if he was intoxicated on narcotics. The male had pushed his parents as they tried to protect their grandchild. The male was taken into custody for assault.

On February 7th, Deputy Sharman observed a vehicle traveling south bound on State Highway 249 with an expired registration. A traffic stop was initiated and the Deputy made contact with the driver, a 24 year old male, and the passenger, a 26 year old female. Dispatched advised the male had four warrants and the female had two warrants. They were both taken into custody.

On February 6th, Deputy Peterson responded to a criminal trespass in progress in the Pinehurst Village subdivision. While in route, the actor was identified as a 28 year old male with felony warrants out of Montgomery and Harris County. Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with the male and placed him into custody for the warrants.

On February 6th, Deputy Sharman observed a vehicle traveling north bound on FM 1774 with an expired registration. The Deputy initiated a traffic stop and made contact with driver and passenger. The passenger, a 21 year old female, had a warrant for theft. The female was placed into custody for the warrant.

On February 4th, Deputy Thomas was dispatched to the 9000 block of Caraway, in reference to a 23 year old male on location who would not leave. Upon arrival, the male was witnessed walking from the location and the Deputy recognized the male as a wanted subject. The subject was taken into custody for the warrant.

On February 3rd, Deputy Provenzano and Deputy Lee were dispatched to a disturbance in progress in the 200 block of Pruitt. Upon arrival, dispatch advised the 21 year old female actor had left the location and was at her mother’s apartment on Budde Road. After proceeding to that location, it was discovered the female had three warrants for traffic offenses and a failure to appear. The female was taken into custody.

On February 3rd, Deputy Thomas observed a traffic violation. The Deputy conducted a traffic stop and identified the 35 year old male driver. During an investigation, two marijuana cigarettes and .06 grams of methamphetamines were discovered in the vehicle. The male was taken into custody for felony possession of a controlled substance.
