District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On December 19, Deputy S. Squier stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of FM 1484 and FM 2432. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license and had prior convictions for the same offense. The 21 year old male from Willis was arrested at 6:50pm and transported to jail.

A 25 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 5:04pm, December 20, and taken to jail from the 12100 block of Crockett Martin Road by Deputies K. Berger and J. Francis for four traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP 4. The Deputies were investigating a disturbance call.

A 24 year old male from Willis was arrested at 1:54am, December 21, and taken to jail from the 15900 block of McKay Road by Sgt. E. Ward for a family violence assault warrant out of San Jacinto County. The Deputy was on a welfare concern call.

A 22 year old female from Splendora was arrested at 4:40am, December 21, and taken to jail from the 10200 block of FM 1485 by Sgt. E. Ward for a fail to appear warrant out of Montgomery County JP 3. The Deputy was investigating a traffic hazard.

On December 21, Deputy A. Booher made contact with a male suspect who was sleeping in a vehicle in the 12700 block of FM 2432. The vehicle had an altered license plate number and information gathered showed the vehicle to be stolen. The male was found to have marijuana in his possession. The 40 year old male from Conroe was arrested.

A 39 year old male from Spring was arrested at 7:39pm, December 21, and taken to jail from the 15400 block of FM 3083 by Deputy Z. Winford for three misdemeanor warrants from Montgomery County JP 3 and JP 4. The Deputy was investigating an assault call.

A 36 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:55am, December 22, and taken to jail from the 13900 block of Tanning Lane by Deputies A. Cross and J. West for a theft by check warrant out of Montgomery County. At the jail several Xanax pills were recovered on the male and consequently he was charged with possession of a controlled substance. The Deputies had been investigating a welfare concern.

On December 23, Deputy S. Degner stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Hulon Road and FM 1097. The female driver was found to be intoxicated. The 22 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 1:24am, charged with DWI and taken to jail.

A 25 year old male from Willis was arrested at 2:03am, December 24, in the 400 block of IH-45, by Deputy S. Ortiz for an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon warrant out of Montgomery County. The male had given a false identity and was filed on for failure to identify as a fugitive. A 24 year old female in the vehicle, from New Waverly, the male’s girlfriend, gave the Deputy the same false name on her boyfriend and was filed on for hindering apprehension or prosecution. Both subjects were taken to jail.

On December 24, Deputies J. Kader and J. Francis were notified of a disturbance call in the 7200 block of County Line Road. A male on location was found to be in violation of a protective order in which he was not to be at that address. The 43 year old male from Willis was arrested at 10:35pm and taken to jail.

On December 25, Deputy S. Ortiz stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 12500 block of Andwood Street. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The 25 year old male from Willis was arrested at 2:00am and transported to jail.

A 28 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 3:44pm, December 25, and taken to jail from the area of Hwy 105E and Loop 336 by Sgt. C. Rogers for a felony theft warrant out of Harris County. The Deputy was on a warrant service.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On December 19th, Deputy McKee was dispatched to the area of Interstate 45 and Spring Pines Drive, in reference to suspicious persons call. Upon arrival, the subjects in question were located. During the investigation, it was discovered that one of the subjects, a black male from Conroe, had several local active warrants for his arrest. The male was arrested for the outstanding warrants and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 20th, Deputy Jobe was dispatched to Indigo Drive, in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arriving at the location a male was discovered in a vehicle intoxicated. After an investigation, Deputy Jobe placed the suspect from New Caney in custody and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 21st, Deputy Knight was dispatched to the 2100 block of Rycroft Drive, in reference to a Welfare concern. Reportedly a male was on the street in an agitated state. During the investigation, it was discovered that the male had a local active warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested for the outstanding warrants and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 21st on Interstate 45, Deputy Underwood conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver, Deputy Underwood discovered indicators of recent marijuana use. Upon the completion of an investigation the driver was discovered to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. The driver, a while female from Conroe was arrested for possession of marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 22nd, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to Hillview Drive in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, Deputy Zavorski located the suspect and conducted an investigation. Upon the completion of his investigation, the reported actor, a white male from Spring, was placed in custody for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 22nd, Deputy Mathis was dispatched to Wildwood Forest Drive in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival Deputy Mathis located the vehicle. During an investigation it was discovered that one of the occupants had a local active warrant. The subject, a white male from Spring, was arrested for the outstanding warrant and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 12/20/11, Deputy’s Walker and Voris were dispatched to 7 th Street in Splendora, Texas for an Assault “Family Violence”. Investigation revealed that a 42 YOA white male had become upset at his spouse and placed her in a choke hold. After the arrest the suspect began making threats of retaliation. The suspect was charged with Assault and Retaliation.

On 12/21/11, Deputy Amstutz was dispatched to a suspicious person at the Porter Wal-Mart where he located a 28 YOA white male was seen attempting to get into a locked vehicle. Investigation revealed that the suspect had locked himself out of his vehicle. Deputies found in the vehicle a small bag that contained methamphetamine. The suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and transported to jail.

On 12/21/11, Deputy Morris responded to the 24000 Block of SH 242 for a car in the ditch. Upon arrival, the deputy located the operator of the vehicle, a 36 YOA white female. The suspect said she had slid off into the ditch while attempting to text. Investigation revealed that the driver was intoxicated as she was arrested for DWI.

On 12/22/11, Deputy Amstutz was dispatched to York in New Caney, Texas where investigation determined that a 18 YOA white male had assaulted his stepfather. The suspect also had open warrants for his arrest. The male subject was arrested and transported to jail where he was charged with the Assault “Family Violence” M-A and the warrants.

On 12/22/11, Deputy Azwell was dispatched to a disturbance in progress on Crystalwood Estates Drive in New Caney, Texas. Investigation revealed that a 41 YOA white female on location of the disturbance had an open warrant for non-payment of child support. Warrant was confirmed and female was transported to jail without incident.

On 12/23/11, Deputy Hilado was dispatched to Ranch Circle in New Caney, Texas for a disturbance. Once on location, it was determined that a 51 YOA white male was intoxicated and then engaged his family in an argument and had pushed his wife down on the ground and struck one of his children. This suspect was arrested and transported to jail where he was charged with Injury to a Child.

On 12/23/11, Deputy Sherlock was dispatched to the area of FM 1485 and SH 242 for a suspicious vehicle. Upon locating the vehicle it was found that the 38 YOA white female driver had an active warrant out of Harris County. Warrant was confirmed as the subject was arrested and taken to jail.

On 12/23/11, Deputy Burk along with his partner Deputy White responded to the Porter – Home Depot for a Theft. It was found that over the past few weeks, a 38 YOA white female had committed a series of Theft(s) from the store and had a value loss of well over $1500. The female was arrested and transported to jail where she was charged with felony Theft.

On 12/24/11, Deputy Logan while assisting a Pct 4 Constable Unit at the 25200 Block of Sorters Road in Porter, Texas on an investigation at a local bar. Upon checking several subject(s) on location, a 22 YOA Hispanic male was found to have several open warrants. This subject was arrested and transported without incident.

On 12/24/11, Deputy Sherlock was dispatched to the 23400 Block of Partners Way on a suspicious vehicle and upon locating the vehicle the 40 YOA white male driver had several outstanding warrants. The suspect was taken to jail.

On 12/24/11, Deputy Hilado was dispatched to the 11100 Block of Mary Loop in Cleveland, Texas for a disturbance. Upon arrival, investigation found that a 47 YOA white male had instigating an argument. He was arrested for public intoxication.

On 12/25/11, Sr. Sgt. Rogers made a traffic stop in the 11900 Block of US Highway 59 on a vehicle that matched that of an attempt to locate for a possible DWI Driver. The driver was determined to be intoxicated at which time he was arrested and transported to jail where he was charged with Felony DWI.

On 12/26/11, Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to East Martin Drive to assist EMS. Upon arrival, one of the subject’s on location, a 51 YOA white male was determined to have a parole violation warrant for his arrest. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On December 25th Deputy Provenzano and Deputy Allen observed a red Ford F-150 parked next to a business with the headlights off on FM 1488. The Deputies found a small bag of marijuana in the 20 year old male passenger’s pocket. The suspect was arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 25th Deputy Overbay was driving on Highland Blvd when she observed a vehicle in the ditch. A 20 year old Hispanic male was arrested for Public Intoxication.

On December 23rd Sergeant Swank and Deputy Allen were on SH 249 when they observed a vehicle traveling about 20 – 25 miles per hour and was swerving. The 48 year old male driver was taken into custody charged with Felony DWI.

On December 22nd Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to Nichols Sawmill Rd in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival Deputy LaSalle met with two victims that told him that they were driving along the road when an older model vehicle stopped suddenly in front of them and the driver got out and started shooting. The victims drove away and called the police from a nearby store. While gather information the deputy saw the suspect vehicle and was able to stop it. A 33 year old male suspect was taken into custody for Aggravated Assault.

On December 22nd Deputy Irvine saw a vehicle on Little Thorn and saw that the vehicle had an expired Registration and the license plate light was out. The driver a 28 year old male had a suspended driver’s license. A small amount of Methamphetamine was found in the vehicle. The suspect was charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled substance.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)

December 20th Deputy Fluellen responded to Platte River Rd. in regards to an Assault. It was learned that a male and female had been involved in a physical altercation. The male was arrested for Assault (family Violence) and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

December 20th Deputy Davis conducted a Traffic Stop in the 17600 block of SH 105W. Several field sobriety tests were performed on the driver and he was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

December 24th Deputy Wroten conducted a Traffic Stop in the 15900 block of SH 105W. Upon making contact with the female driver, officers suspicioned that she may be impaired by alcohol. Several standard field sobriety tests were administered resulting in the female being arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The subject was then placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

December 25th Deputy Howze responded to a residence on FM 1097W in regards to a Disturbance. Upon arrival officers discovered where two males had been involved in a physical altercation outside the residence with both claiming to have been assaulted by the other. The case will be referred to the District Attorney’s Office for further review.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On December 17, 2011, Deputy Epperson responded to 3040 College Park Drive for a Shoplifter in Custody report. The suspect, a 28-year-old female from Magnolia, attempted to take $69.97 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Deputy Prince conducted at traffic stop on December 17 at 2 am, and made contact with the driver, a 27-year-old male from Houston. During the course of the traffic stop, Deputy Prince found the driver to be intoxicated. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. During the booking process, it was found that the driver had a previous conviction for DWI and charges were enhanced to Driving While Intoxicated 2nd, and an additional charge was added for Driving While License Invalid.

Deputy Epperson responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 3040 College Park Drive on December 17, 2011. The suspect, a 40-year-old female from Conroe, attempted to take $211.61 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 18, Deputy Schutzenhofer was conducting a patrol of the Tinseltown parking garage when he observed a suspicious vehicle occupied by two individuals. Upon making contact with the suspect, Deputy Schutzenhofer noticed a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the suspect, an 18-year-old male from Conroe. During the course of the investigation, a bag containing marijuana and another containing Cocaine were located in the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance and a Failure to Appear warrant. The other occupant of the vehicle was released to a parent.

Deputy Weatherford was dispatched to two Shoplifters in Custody at 1201 Lake Woodlands on December 19. The suspects, both 14-year-old males from The Woodlands, each attempted to take a set of earphones valued at $169.95 from the Apple Store. Both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

On December 20, Deputy Ross responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 120 Lake Woodlands. The suspect, a 51-year-old female from Spring, attempted to take $242.00 worth of Jewelry and Perfume from Macy’s Department Store. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

Deputy Hopper and Deputy Curtis were dispatched to 17200 St. Luke’s Way in reference to a Theft call. Upon arrival, the Deputies met with the complainant and a security guard who had the suspect in custody. The complainant stated that the suspect, a 28-year-old male from Conroe, had taken three pieces of Jewelry valued at $56.85, from the Hospital Gift shop. The suspect was taken into custody for Theft. During a search incident to the arrest, the suspect was found to have several Soma pills in his pocket. An additional charge for Possession of a Controlled Substance was added to the list of charges.

On December 21, 2011, Deputy McCoy and Deputy Burnett were dispatched to a Suspicious Person call on Timber Top Drive. Upon arrival, Deputies found the suspect, 20-year-old male from The Woodlands, passed out in the front seat of his vehicle. During the course of the investigation, Deputy McCoy found $280.00 in counterfeit $20 bills, a fake Louisiana Driver’s License, and 7.97 ounces of Marijuana and a large quantity of cash in his wallet. The suspect was taken into custody, transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Public Intoxication, Possession of Marijuana, Forgery (Cash) and Forgery of a Government Document.

Deputy Eisenmenger, arrested a 55-year-old female from the Woodlands after an accident on Woodtimber Court. The suspect was located near the scene of the accident at her home. During the course of the investigation, Deputy Eisenmenger found the suspect to be intoxicated and she was subsequently taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated.
