Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Activity Report
District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
A 36 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 11:52am, October 12, in the 2800 block of S. Walker Road by Deputy W. Adams for a driving while intoxicated warrant out of Fort Bend County. The Deputy was assisting an auto theft task force unit. The male was taken to jail.
On October 12, Deputy S. Degner received a call from a witness that had seen two males break into a building and then flee the area. A short time later the same witness saw the two males again at a service station located at FM 1484 and East Williams Road. The Deputy located the two males and both admitted to entering the house and starting a fire. Both gave verbal and written confessions. The two males, an 18 year old from Conroe and a 20 year old from Livingston, were arrested at 6:54pm, charged with burglary of a building and arson and transported to jail.
On October 12, Deputy J. Halbert answered a call from a female who advised she had gone to a business in Willis to meet with a female friend when her ex-boyfriend pulled up beside her vehicle and threw a brick at her driver’s side window. She and her friend drove off with the male following. The male pulled up beside her and started throwing things at her vehicle and swerved to try and run them off the road. The female called 9-1-1 and as she pulled up to Longstreet and I-45 the male quit following. She met with a Willis PD officer. The male started calling her cell phone and the female agreed to meet him. When the male arrived in the area of Longstreet and Daniel the Deputy and Willis officer made a traffic stop on him and he was detained. The 22 year old male from Willis was arrested at 10:52pm, charged with two counts of aggravated assault and transported to jail.
On October 13, Deputies J. Hodges and J. Kader were sent to the 8300 block of Piney Shores Drive in reference to a disturbance. The Deputies located a female who had been yelling at a male in a condominium. The female was belligerent and uncooperative to the Deputies. The female was found to be extremely intoxicated. The 23 year old female from Huntsville was arrested at 3:03am and transported to jail.
On October 13, Deputy A. Terrell was dispatched to the 21900 block of Hwy 105 East in reference to a family violence call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend became involved in a verbal argument. The complainant said during the course of the argument the male became more aggressive and she attempted to call 9-1-1 when the male took the phone away from her thus preventing her from making the call. The female was able to grab the phone back and throw it to a friend who called 9-1-1. The 30 year old male from Plantersville was arrested at 4:20pm for interference with an emergency phone call and was transported to jail.
A 26 year old male from Willis was arrested at 7:50pm, October 14, in the 100 block of Business Park by Deputy S. Degner for a motion to revoke forgery warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy received information on the male’s location. The male was taken to jail.
On October 15, Deputies J. Kader and J. Hodges were notified of a suspicious vehicle and a building check in the 12000 block of Canal. The Deputies arrived and observed a blue pickup truck parked in the driveway with a female inside passed out. After finally awakening the female it was found she was intoxicated on alcohol and medication. A short time later the female’s husband arrived and he was found to be intoxicated on alcohol and methamphetamines. Both the 44 year old female and 53 year old male, from Willis, were arrested at 12:24am and taken to jail.
On October 16, Deputy C. Holcomb was dispatched to the area of Underwood and Andwood in reference to an assault call and possible robbery past. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she was sleeping in her pickup truck when three persons, all known to her, approached her vehicle and woke her up by yelling and screaming. The complainant said a female suspect produced a sickle type knife (10” to 12” in length) and held it to her throat threatening to cut her head off if she moved. At that time two males began emptying her truck of personal property. The complainant related that she got away from the female suspect and picked up a mag-lite and threw it at one of the males striking him below the right eye. The female suspect again threatened her with the knife. The complainant got back in the truck and the three suspects left. The Deputy, after speaking with the complainant and a witness located the three suspects and detained them. The two males, ages 50 and 23, from Willis were arrested at 9:10am and the female, 28 years old, also from Willis, was arrested at 11:15am. All were charged with robbery and transported to jail.
On October 17, Deputy J. Bourne was sent to the 11300 block of Hillcrest in reference to a burglary of a habitation call. On arrival, the Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she had been next door and heard a noise coming from her residence. The complainant went inside and was confronted by a male suspect and several other males. The male suspect fled and pushed the complainant out of the way causing her injury. The Deputy located the male in the area and detained him. The 17 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 5:44pm and transported to jail.
On October 18, Deputy J. Halbert was on I-45 near FM 830 and was passed by a black pickup truck at a high rate of speed. The Deputy stopped the vehicle and found the male driver to be intoxicated. The 27 year old male from Pasadena was arrested at 2:28am, charged with DWI and transported to jail.
On October 18, Deputies J. Hodges and J. Kader were notified of a sexual assault in the 13700 block of Big Horn Trail. The Deputies met with a female complainant, a male witness and a male suspect who was detained pending further investigation. The female advised she went into the bedroom to lie down with her boyfriend, who was not in the room, when the male suspect came in and had sexual intercourse with her. She thought it was her boyfriend. The male witness, who was the male suspect’s roommate, came in while they were in the act. The witness
wanted to know why they were doing that next to his 3 year old grandson who was in the bed next to them. It was later discovered by the female that the male suspect was the one she had sexual intercourse with. She wished to file charges. The 22 year old male from Willis was arrested at 2:57am, charged with sexual assault and indecency with a child and transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Andrew Eason (South County/Woodlands)
On October 2, 2009, Dep. Swank was dispatched to a burglary on Blue Ridge Lane Park. While en route to the location he was advised that the complainants had followed the suspect to a location on Atherstone. Dep. Swank arrived at that location and found the 24 yrs old suspect hiding behind some bushes. Property belonging to both complainants was found to be in the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 12, 2009, Dep. Veith was dispatched to a Motor Vehicle Accident on Woodlands Parkway. Upon arrival, Dep. Veith met with the arrested, White Male 21 yrs old, who stated that he was involved in the accident. The suspect emitted a strong odor of an alcohol. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 10/16/09 Deputy White was dispatched to the Porter Walmart in reference to a Theft call. Upon his arrival he met with loss prevention and learned that a mother and her daughter were observed concealing merchandise, acting in concert with one another and exited the store. The suspects, a 40 year old female and a 17 year old female were arrested and charged with Theft.
On 10/17/09 Deputy White was dispatched to the 20000 block of N. Sabine Dr. in reference to a noise disturbance (loud stereo). Upon the Deputies arrival he met with the caller and then met with the individuals who had the loud music. During his investigation the Deputy learned that a prior disturbance had taken place and one of the parties in the disturbance had intentionally exposed his genitals to several individuals at the scene. The suspect, a 53 year old male was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure.
On 10/17/09 Deputy Trammel was dispatched to the 20000 block of FM 1485 in reference to a forgery call. Upon his arrival he learned that the suspect had attempted to make a purchase at the Chevron station with counterfeit money. The Deputy was able to locate the suspect as well as another male. The suspect, a 28 year old male was arrested and charged with Forgery. The other suspect gave the Deputy a wrong name to avoid being arrested for an outstanding warrant. That suspect, a 33 year old male was arrested and charged with Failure to Identify (fugitive) as well as being charged with the Order of Arrest warrant.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On October 15th at approximately 7:08 am Corporal Bybee was dispatched to the Ranch Crest Subdivision in reference to a Disturbance. Corporal Bybee was met by the Complainant who advised that a man was in her home and was sleeping on the floor under a bed. The suspect had previously been told by the homeowner not to come onto the property. Corporal Bybee placed the subject under arrest for violating the Criminal Trespass Warning and transported him to the MCSO jail without further incident.
On October 14th at approximately 9:00 pm Deputy Herman was dispatched to South Hall Drive in Magnolia in reference to an Assault. While en route Deputy Herman observed a male walking in the middle of the road near South Hall Drive. The male was placed in custody at that time for Public Intoxication and was the suspect in the original call for service. An additional charge of Assault was added to the PI. The subject was transported to jail without further incident.
On October 12th at approximately 12:48 pm Deputy Messina was dispatched to a Theft Call in the Lake Windcrest subdivision in Magnolia. Upon his arrival the Deputy met with the Complainant who advised that sometime between 1:00 pm on October 10th and 12:45 pm this day approximately $3,300 worth of construction material was stolen from the inside of his garage of his home under construction. The Complainant advised that 21, six-panel, interior doors and 15 sheets of birch paint grade plywood were inside of the garage leaning on the walls. The case has been referred to CID.
On October 10th at approximately 8:38 pm Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to FM1488 & Spur 149 in reference to an attempt to locate a Reckless Driver. Deputy LaSalle located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. There were two occupants of the vehicle. A pill bottle was discovered in one of the occupant’s pocket. The unlabeled bottle contained hydrocodone and soma. It appeared that the driver was under the influence of an illicit drug and was unable to operate a vehicle safely. Deputy LaSalle arrested the driver for Driving While Intoxicated and transported the subject to MCSO jail without incident.
On October 9th at approximately 11:10 pm, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the intersection of Little Horn at Hazy Meadow in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon the Deputy’s arrival he observed a vehicle parked in the middle of the intersection with the motor running. A male was asleep in the driver’s seat. In the passenger seat the Deputy observed several empty beer cans. Upon waking the subject the Deputy observed the subject to have blood shot eyes, slurred speech, and a strong odor of alcoholic beverage. The subject did not know where he was or how he ended up parked in the intersection. Deputy Zavorski arrested the subject and transported him to the MCSO jail without incident.
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
October 13, 2009 at 6:00 PM Deputy Favorat responded to Hill Creek Rd. in regards to an Assault. Investigation revealed that an adult male was struck in the head with a club by a juvenile male suspect. The complainant was transported by EMS in stable condition while the Suspect was arrested for Aggravated Assault and placed into the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center.
October 13, 2009 at 12:40 PM Cpl. Wilkins responded to the 26100 block of SH 105 West for the report of a Criminal Trespass. Upon arrival the officer determined that a male suspect had entered two separate business properties violating previously issued criminal trespass warnings. The male Suspect was located nearby and arrested. The Suspect was also found to be in possession of narcotic paraphernalia. The suspect was placed into the Montgomery County Jail on two counts of Criminal Trespass and the Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia.
October 14, 2009 at 8:07 AM Deputy Garlock responded to the 16700 block of Hunters Trail for the report of a Theft. Investigation revealed where someone entered onto complainants property during the night and stole an ATV vehicle. The case is currently under investigation by the Montgomery County Auto Theft Task Force.
October 15, 2009 at 1:16 PM Cpl. Bruce responded to the 12100 block of Browning Dr. for the report of an Assault. Upon arrival officer determined that the complainant had been physically assaulted by a male suspect co-worker while at an outdoor job site. The Complainant was transported by EMS in stable condition while the Suspect was located nearby and arrested for Class (A) Misdemeanor Assault. The Suspect was placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
October 19, 2009 at 9:00 PM Deputy Neeley responded to the 100 block of Lakeside for the report of an Assault. Investigation revealed that a female complainant was physically assaulted by a male suspect. The complainant did not require emergency medical attention for her injuries. The Suspect was arrested for Class (A) Misdemeanor Assault and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Town Center)
On October 17, 2009, Dep. Houstoun met with other officers in a parking lot at 2002 Timberloch Drive. The suspect, a 21 year old white/male was seen selling T-shirts from his vehicle and appeared intoxicated. The vehicle had South Carolina license plates. During the course of his investigation the suspect was found to be in possession of a bag with marijuana and approximately 75 stamps with LSD applied to them. The suspect was arrested and charged with Manufacture/Possession with Intent to Deliver LSD.
On October 17, 2009, Dep. Weatherford was dispatched to a location on Lake Robbins in reference to an intoxicated subject. Upon arrival Dep. Weatherford made contact with the suspect, White Male 41 yrs old, who was sitting on the ground. The suspect emitted a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage that became stronger as he spoke. He had bloodshot, glassy eyes and had a hard time maintaining his balance. The suspect was very talkative and excited and was grinding his teeth. When he opened his mouth, it appeared he was chewing a white grainy substance. Dep. Weatherford believed that the suspect was a danger to himself and/or others due to his degree of intoxication, and placed him into custody for Public Intoxication. During his investigation, two baggies with a white powdery substance were found. The substance field tested positive for methamphetamine. The suspect was charged with Public Intoxication and Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

10/11/2009 – White Female 38 yrs old – The suspect selected 33 items then passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where she was then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $470.06. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
10/11/2009 – White Male 40 yrs old – The suspect selected 18 items then passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where he was then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $302.10. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
10/09/2009 – White Female 26 yrs old and White Male 27 yrs old. The suspects selected 7 items, then passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where they were then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $139.72. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
10/18/2009 – White Male 32 yrs old – The suspect selected 2 items then passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where he was then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $30.00. A check of the criminal history of the suspect found two prior convictions for theft. The on-call district attorney was contacted and charges were accepted for Theft (with two or more convictions) State Jail Felony were accepted. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
10/15/2009 – White Male 20 yrs old – The suspect selected 19 items then passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where he was then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $84.57. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.

10/14/2009 – White Female 17 and White Female 17 – The suspects selected 14 items, then passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where they were then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $171.28. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
10/16/2009 – White Female 58 yrs old – The suspect selected 5 items then passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where she was then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $240.00. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
10/12/2009 – White Male 13 yrs old – The suspect selected 2 items then passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where he was then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $69.49. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without further incident.
09/29/2009 – White Female 17 yrs old – The suspect selected 5 items then passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where she was then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $244.50. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
