District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On June 23, Corporal D. Bonner was notified of a credit card abuse. The Deputy met with the complainants at the Criminal Justice Center and was advised that the complainants’ daughter was staying at their house while the complainants were on a trip to Alaska. The female had written a check to herself off the parent’s account, they were missing four travelers checks and a credit card had been taken and used seven times. The Deputy found out the female had been arrested and was in jail at this time. Her property was checked and the stolen credit card was located. Charges for credit card abuse were filed on the 43 year old female from San Antonio.
On June 23, Deputy J. Halbert was sent to the 14200 block of E. Ravine Run for a disturbance call. The Deputy located a male involved in the disturbance standing in the roadway. The male was observed to be intoxicated. The 28 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:17pm and transported to jail.
On June 24, Sgt. E. Ward was dispatched to a family disturbance call in the area of Hwy 105 and FM 1485. The Deputy was advised by a female complainant that she and her husband had gotten into a verbal argument in the 16000 block of Crowley Road and as she attempted to leave the male hit her vehicle twice with his vehicle. He then followed her down the road and forced her off the road into a ditch. A male witness attempted to intervene and the male suspect got involved in a verbal altercation with him. The 28 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:30pm, charged with Deadly Conduct (family violence) and transported to jail.
On June 25, Deputy R. Salazar responded to the 14700 block of Kirbee Drive in reference to a wanted person. A Mexia PD Corporal had provided the information. The 20 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:15am for a theft of property warrant out of Matagorda County and was taken to jail.
A 20 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 2:19am, June 27, in the 13600 block of Old Texaco Road by Deputy J. Halbert for a theft warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a follow up investigation call in which the arrested female was the girlfriend of the suspect. The female was transported to jail.
On June 27, Deputy J. Bourne was notified of a threat in the 15200 block of White Oak Lane. The Deputy located the male suspect in the incident leaving the scene. The suspect was detained. Through the investigation the Deputy learned that an argument had taken place at the location and the male had told the female complainant he was going to shoot everything up threatened to burn the house down. The suspect grabbed lighter fluid and matches and went into the house. The occupants of the residence were afraid the male was going to burn the house and called 9-1-1. The 64 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:00pm, charged with terroristic threat and transported to jail.
On June 27, Deputy T. Smith was called to assist Sgt. S. Johnson at a disturbance in the 15900 block of Hwy 105, the La Luna Ballroom. Sgt. Johnson was detaining a highly intoxicated and uncooperative male at the location. The 28 year old male from Pasadena was arrested at 10:04pm and transported to jail.
On June 28, Deputy R. Salazar was sent to the 11000 block of Pineview on a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her common law husband had been out drinking. On arrival at their residence the male got angry with the female and struck her with a closed fist on the head. She managed to get away from him and call for assistance. The 24 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 4:15am and taken to jail.
On June 28, Deputies A. Booher and W. Adams were dispatched to a family violence assault in the 100 block of Pegasus Court. The Deputies met with a female complainant who was the step daughter to the male suspect. Also on scene were the complainant’s sister, the complainant’s boyfriend and her mother, all were witnesses to the assault. A prior assault call at the residence had occurred at 1:08am this date between the male and his wife. The male had been drinking and had returned to the scene at 6:30am. He assaulted the female by pushing her down the front door steps causing injury to her right foot. The 43 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:00am, charged with assault and transported to jail.
On June 28, Deputy J. Halbert responded to the 15100 block of Jack Gibbs Road for an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon call (family violence). Information had been received that a female had stabbed her husband with a knife in the back. The Deputy arrived and the female suspect came outside apologizing. She was detained. The Deputy entered the residence and found the male victim (husband to the female suspect) laying on the kitchen floor with a large amount of blood underneath him from a stab wound in the back.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On 06/24/09 Cpl Bybee responded to a Theft of Copper in the 12800 Block of FM1488. The Corporal was met by the Complainant and three witnesses. The Complainant advised that he and three crew members were working on site with a heavy duty bucket truck. The crew left the bucket truck unattended as they were working on over head lines in the area of FM1488 within one mile of the bucket truck. As the crew drove back they observed a black pickup parked beside the bucket truck removing ground leads. As the crew pulled up beside his truck the suspect jumped into his pickup and fled from the scene. The case has been referred to CID.
On 06/23/09 Cpl Sumrall responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 33000 block of Cripple Creek in Pinehurst. The Corporal was met by the Complainant who said that while he was away from his home someone he found a generator missing. Referred to CID.
On 06/23/09 Deputy Williams responded to a Burglary of a Motor/Vehicle-Forgery in the 26000 Block of Spotted Pony Ct. Deputy Williams was met by the Complainant who advised that on 06/12/09 she parked her vehicle in the parking lot of Shadow Bend Park. The Complainant stated upon her return to her vehicle at around 1500 hours she found the driver’s side window to be busted out of her vehicle. Referred to CID.
On 06/23/09 Deputy Kerr responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 19000 Block of Circle Lake Drive. Deputy Kerr was met by the Complainant who advised that sometime on 06/23/09 0715 hours someone forced entry through a metal door located and stole a Clark 5000 lbs Fork Lift. Referred to CID.
On 06/23/09 Deputy Krolczyk responded to a Theft/Criminal Mischief in the High Meadow Ranch subdivision. Deputy Krolczyk was met by the Complainant who advised that the Golf Course had been damaged including, flags broken and a green damaged. Referred to CID.
On 06/19/09 Deputy Krolczyk responded to a Credit Card Abuse in the High Meadow Ranch Subdivision. Deputy Krolczyk was met by the Complainant who advised that on 06/16/09 she had purchased fuel at a station on Hwy 249. The Complainant believes that she dropped her gas card near the gas pump, and someone made unauthorized purchases totaling over $700. Referred to CID.
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
On 06/27/2009 Dep. R. Thompson was dispatched to the 16000 block of Highway 105 West. Upon arrival at a fireworks stand the deputy met with the operator of the stand who advised he had been asleep in a building near the stand and was awakened by a noise. The reportee went outside to see what was causing the noise and he observed a white male inside the fireworks stand grabbing fireworks. The reportee demanded the return of the stolen property. The suspect went to his vehicle where he had already placed a large quantity of fireworks and returned the stolen property, then fled the location. Case referred to detectives
On 06/28/2009 Dep. P. Rex was patrolling in the area of Highway 105 West when he observed a silver Chevrolet pickup. The deputy advised the driver was unable to maintain a single marked lane, and the deputy initiated a traffic stop. Upon speaking with the driver there were significant signs of alcohol consumption. The driver advised he had just left an area bar where he had been drinking beer. Field sobriety tests were administered which the driver was unable to complete appropriately. The driver was taken into custody for DWI. While checking the vehicle to prepare inventory for towing small amount of marijuana were recovered as evidence along with a partially consumed can of beer in the console. Driver was transported to the MCSO Jail.
On 06/27/2009 Cpl. D. Wilkins responded to a burglary of a habitation call in the Regency Point area. Upon arrival the deputy met with the resident who advised her home had been burglarized. The townhome complex is on the water and it appeared the suspect(s) may have entered from Lake Conroe. The case referred to detectives.
On 06/26/2009 Dep. P. Dishman was dispatched to the 700 block of Pearl River Drive in reference to an aggravated robbery. Upon arrival the resident advised he was sitting on his couch at home when two black males with shotguns kicked open his front door and entered the residence. One of the suspects held a gun to the reportee’s head while the other suspect grabbed his wallet and cellphone. The suspects fled the location, and the reportee went to a friend’s house to call law enforcement. The deputy processed the scene for evidence and entered the stolen property into TCIC/NCIC. Case referred to detectives.
