MCSO DISTRICT 2 ACTIVITY FOR LAST WEEK

District 2 – Lt. Jim Fleming (South County)

On August 3, Deputy C. Cooke was sent to a location on Brookchase Drive, in reference to a disturbance. The Deputy made contact with a female complainant who advised she got into an argument with her son and the son had left the location in her vehicle without consent. The 18 year old male from Conroe was located and arrested at 12:50am. He was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, violation of a protective order, and was taken to jail.

On August 3, Deputy R. Dowell was notified of a disturbance call on Borough Park Drive. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend had gotten into an argument that turned physical with the male suspect choking her. A witness corroborated the story. The 27 year old male suspect from Spring was arrested at 1:52am and taken to jail.

On August 3, Deputy C. Rose responded to a location on Fox Pit Road, in reference to an assault call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend got into an argument and the male started choking her and threw her down. She attempted to make a 9-1-1 call and he broke the phone. The 26 year old male from Spring was arrested at 9:52am, charged with assault, interference with emergency call and a violation of probation warrant out of Uvalde Police Department, and was taken to jail.

On August 3, Deputy W. Sharman stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation on Gamewood Drive. During the investigation that followed, the 26 year old female driver, from Spring, was found to be in possession of marijuana and in possession of a dangerous drug. The female was arrested at 11:53pm and transported to jail.

On August 4, Deputy R. McClintock stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 25600 block of Interstate 45 North. The vehicle was occupied by two males. During the investigation, both males were charged with possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a firearm. The males, a 17 year old, from Spring, and an 18 year old, from Houston, were arrested at 2:43am and taken to jail.

On August 6, Deputy J. Solomon was sent to a location on Lockeridge Creek Drive, in reference to an intoxicated male. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 32 year old male from Spring was arrested at 5:10pm and transported to jail.

On August 7, Deputy Z. Vercher was notified of an assault call on Brookhaven Drive. The Deputy met with a female complainant who had red marks on her neck, the result of her boyfriend attempting to choke her. The 27 year old male from Spring was arrested at 1:46am and transported to jail.

On August 8, Deputy W. Sharman stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 25100 block of Interstate 45. During the investigation, the Deputy located a handgun and counterfeit money in the vehicle. The 22 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:55am and taken to jail.

On August 9, Deputy R. McClintock responded to a location on River Oaks Drive, in reference to a stabbing call. The Deputy met with a male complainant who had numerous lacerations to his body. The male suspect had come over and gotten into an argument with the complainant. The suspect slammed the complainant’s head into a vehicle window and started stabbing him with a knife. The suspect was located and detained. The 27 year old male from Tomball was arrested at 1:55am and taken to jail.

A 26 year old male from Humble was arrested by Deputy C. McKee, at 9:52am, August 9, on Atherstone Street for three traffic related warrants. A second male, 56 years old, was also arrested for a parole violation warrant out of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a felony warrant out of Harris County. Both subjects were transported to jail.

A 21 year old male from Houston was arrested at 2:35pm, August 9, and taken to jail from the 18300 block of Interstate 45 South, by Deputy M. Burnett, for a possession of marijuana warrant out of Harris County.

On August 9, Deputy C. McKee was sent to a location on Sawdust Road, in reference to a theft. The Deputy met with the loss prevention officer who was detaining a male suspect. The 25 year old male from Houston was arrested at 6:00pm for the theft and also a capias profine warrant out of Harris County and taken to jail.
