District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On November 2, Corporal P. Smith was notified of a welfare concern in the 11800 block of Calvary Road involving an intoxicated male walking down the roadway. The Deputy located the male and observed him to fall down twice in the ditch. The 46 year old male from Willis was arrested at 3:28pm and transported to jail.
On November 2, Deputy J. Bourne was dispatched to the 4900 block of Pleasure Lake Lane in reference to a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with two females involved in the assault. The two females had a rocky relationship, one being the future mother in law to the other, the future daughter in law and they got into an argument that led to a physical altercation. Pushing and shoving led to the younger female scratching the older female on the neck, chest and arms. The older female pushed the younger female down on the bed where she choked her and then slammed her into the wall. Both the females, ages 39 and 18, from Willis, were arrested for assault at 5:21pm and transported to jail.
On November 2, Deputy J. Halbert was sent to the 17000 block of Hwy 105E in reference to a welfare concern involving a male seen stumbling down the roadway. The Deputy located the male and found him to be intoxicated. The male was detained. A search of the male revealed a xanax pill in his possession. The 26 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 10:36pm and transported to jail.
On November 3, Deputy A. Cross responded to a welfare concern at the intersection of FM 2090 and FM 3083 involving an intoxicated male that was ranting and raving. The Deputy located the male, found him to be intoxicated and detained him. The 41 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:55pm and transported to jail.
On November 3, Deputy A. Booher was notified of an intoxicated male in the yard of a residence located in the 14400 block of Duffy Road. The female reportee advised she would not let him in her house in his intoxicated state. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 17 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:31pm and transported to jail.
A 32 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 4:50pm, November 4, in the 500 block of Medical Center Blvd by Deputy K. Albritton for a possession of a controlled substance warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was made aware of the warrant after the male was released from the hospital. The male was transported to jail.
On November 4, Deputy J. Hodges was dispatched to the 12200 block of Andwood in reference to a disturbance. The Deputy was advised by a male complainant that the male had gone over to get a phone number from a female that the male has known for the past eight years. On arrival the female came at the male with a knife and cut him on the head. The 46 year old female from Willis was arrested at 10:25pm and transported to jail.
On November 5, Deputy J. Kader was sent to the 14900 block of Boyd Lane in reference to a family violence call. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised he and his girlfriend had gotten into a verbal argument. The female grabbed a loaded handgun and pointed it at the male and then placed the gun to her own head. The female later stated she was only trying to upset her boyfriend. The 45 year old female from Houston was arrested at 11:35pm, charged with deadly conduct family violence and transported to jail.
On November 8, Sgt. C. Rogers was notified of an intoxicated male in the roadway in the 12900 block of FM 1097. The male was upset that he had been cut off from drinking anymore at a bar by the bartender. The male’s son arrived to pick him up but this made the male angry and said he was going to kill himself. On the Deputy’s arrival the male was in a parking lot. The 42 year old male from Willis was arrested at 1:30am and transported to jail.
On November 8, Deputy R. Salazar responded to the 14300 block of Hwy 105E for a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised his male roommate had come home intoxicated and started throwing things. He then punched the complainant on the face with his fist and started kicking him. The male suspect had been drinking heavily according to the complainant. The 48 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:20pm and transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Andrew Eason (South County/Woodlands)
On November 1, 2009, Deputies responded to the area of 25200 IH45 in reference to a Welfare Check. A male caller to 9-1-1 kept asking for help, but would not tell the call taker what the emergency was. He called multiple times giving a different location each time. As soon as officers would check the location, he would call back on 9-1-1 giving another location. Dispatch was able to get an approximate location from the cellular company and officers located the suspect White Male 31 yoa attempting to jump a fence. The suspect emitted a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage that became stronger as he spoke. He had bloodshot, glassy eyes and had a hard time maintaining his balance. The suspect didn’t have any identification on him and gave the Deputies several different names and dates of birth. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where the AFIS (Automated Fingerprint Identification System) machine was used to positively identify him. At that time it was found that he had two outstanding warrants. The suspect was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on the two warrants, Failure to ID Fugitive and Abusive Calls to 9-1-1.
On November 2, 2009 Dep. Jobe arrested White Male 23 yoa after responding to a Trespasser in Progress call on Wedgewood Drive. Deputies had responded to the location earlier in the evening an asked the suspect to leave and issued him a Criminal Trespass Warning for the location. The suspect stated he understood the terms of the warning. Approximately an hour later, the suspect returned to the location and was banging on the door. Dep. Jobe took him into custody for Criminal Trespass and transported him to the MCSO South County Jail.
On November 2, 2009 Dep. Hernandez arrested White Male 17 yoa after responding to a suspicious person call in the Fox Run subdivision. The reportee stated that she saw the suspect going from house to house and checking the car doors to see if they were open. The suspect was located walking down Halstead Drive carrying a bag with items taken from a truck on Halstead Dr. During the course of the investigation the suspect was also found to be in possession of .21 oz of marijuana. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the MCSO South County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Possession of Marijuana.
On November 2, 2009 Dep. Beasley responded to a Theft Past call on Sawdust Road. The suspect White Female 49 yoa was seen placing items in a green bag. When approached by store employees she fled out of the store and left in a grey four door vehicle. The suspect was located a short distance away and during the course of the investigation, Dep. Beasley was able to recover the stolen items. The seven items recovered were valued at $317.69. The suspect was taken into custody for Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On November 3, 2009 Dep. Rosales initiated a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway. Upon making contact with the occupants of the vehicle, Dep. Rosales detected the smell of burnt marijuana. During the course of the investigation a red plastic baggie with marijuana and a clear plastic bag with a white powder substance was found. The powder substance field tested positive for cocaine. The driver, White Male 30 yoa, and passenger, White Female 21 yoa, were both taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 11/08/09, Dep. Sibille responded to a Disturbance in Progress at 6616 FM 1488. Upon arrival he met with the store manager who stated the suspect, White Female 17 yoa, was attempting to return items not purchased at their store and that she did not have a receipt. When told that they could not give her a refund because the items were not theirs, she proceeded to scream and curse at the manager and customers nearby. After being asked to leave multiple times, the manager had finally contact the Sheriff’s Office. Dep. Sibille also asked the suspect to leave multiple times, to which she replied he could just arrest her. Dep. Sibille contacted the on call Assistant District Attorney who accepted charges for Criminal Trespass. The suspect was taken into custody and placed in the patrol car. Once in the car she started kicking the door, when told to stop, she did comply. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On November 4th at approximately 8:00 pm MCSO Deputy Suarez was dispatched to a Theft in Progress in the Rimwick Forest subdivision. Upon his arrival the Deputy was met by the Complainant who advised that at approximately 7:42 pm he had left his residence to fill up his truck with fuel. Upon his return at approximately 8:00 pm he discovered his Kawasaki ATV had been moved from his back yard into the driveway. Upon further inspection he discovered his Honda ATV missing. The Complainant immediately called 911 to report the incident. After calling, the Complainant went further back into his property and discovered his metal fence was cut open and the Honda ATV was about 20 yards northwest of his residence. The ignition wire had been tampered with and there were two sets of bolt cutters and one screw driver on the seat of the ATV. Deputy Suarez collected the bolt cutters and screw driver for submission to the MCSO Crime Lab. This case has been referred to ATTF.
On November 2nd at 6:29 am MCSO Deputy Messina was dispatched to a Burglary Call in the 25000 Block of Hardin Store Road. Upon his arrival the Deputy was met by the Complainant who was an employee of the business located at this address. The Deputy observed entry to the premises had been made by cutting a 6’x1’-0” area of chain link perimeter fence. Once inside the fence suspect(s) made entry into the building by shattering the window to the back door, reaching through the glass, and unlocking the knob and single cylinder dead bolt locks. The Complainant advised that nothing was taken from the inside of the premises.
On October 31st at approximately 10:30 pm MCSO Corporal Wienke responded to the 15000 Block of Coe Loop in regards to a large group of people gathered at a location. Their vehicles were parked on a two-lane public roadway illegally blocking the moving lanes of traffic. The Corporal summoned five wreckers to the location to remove the vehicles from the roadway. Two of the vehicles were eventually driven from the scene after the drivers had received parking citations. The remaining drivers were contacted before the towing of the vehicles and three refused to remove their vehicles and one could not provide a sober driver.
On October 30th at approximately 12:28 am MCSO Sgt Russell observed a black passenger car turn east into Nichols Sawmill Road from Butera Road. As the vehicle turned the Sergeant noticed part of the rear bumper dragging from behind the car. He caught up with the vehicle and conducted a welfare check on the driver and vehicle. The driver advised that she had driven to pick up her friend from a bar because the friend was intoxicated. As the Sergeant and the driver attempted to attach the bumper again the Sergeant noticed a strong odor of alcoholic beverage admitting from her breath. The Sergeant preformed a Standardized Field Sobriety Test on the Driver. She failed all but one test. Deputy Carpenter preformed a HGN test where he observed six clues of intoxication. The driver was put in custody and charged with DWI. Upon speaking with the passenger, Sergeant Russell observed her to have slurred speech, red watery eyes and a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath. She was unsteady and swaying in her gait. When asked if she felt she was intoxicated she replied “oh yes”! She was placed in custody for public intoxication. Both females were transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe without incident.
On October 30th at approximately 1:50 pm MSCO Deputy Crandell was dispatched to an Energy Tank Battery located in Magnolia in reference to Criminal Mischief Past. Upon arrival the Deputy was met by the Production Foreman who advised that the company’s forklift had been used to flip their utility trailer on to some gas piping. The forklift was also used to destroy over 50 ft of chain link fencing causing damage to other piping and metering equipment. On the same day at approximately 7:00 pm I was advised by Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable who lives in the area that he had located the three suspects involved in the incident. The case has been referred to CID.
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
November 05, 2009 at 11:28 AM Deputy Wiesepape responded to Capetown Circle for the report of an Assault. Investigation revealed where the female Complainant and her boyfriend had been involved in an argument which turned physical. The Complainant did not The Suspect in this case fled the scene before officer’s arrival therefore this case has been referred to the District Attorney’s Office for charges.
November 05, 2009 at 6:04 PM Deputy Durbin responded to McCaleb Rd. for a reported Criminal Trespass. Investigation revealed that the ex-husband of the female Complainant showed up uninvited at her home and initiated a verbal altercation. It was determined that the Suspect had an active Criminal Trespass Warning for this location. The Suspect was arrested and placed into the Montgomery County Jail for Criminal Trespass on $1500 bond.
November 08, 2009 at 9:13 AM Deputy R. Thompson responded to the Pineview Road for the reported Violation of a Protective Order. It was learned that the ex-husband of the female Complainant came to her home. The complainant called 911 to report the incident causing the Suspect to flee the scene prior to officer’s arrival. This case has been referred to the District Attorney’s office for charges.
November 09, 2009 at 4:15 AM Deputy Dishman responded to Tobacco Rd. for the report of an Assault. Investigation revealed where the female Complainant and had been involved in a physical altercation resulting in her being assaulted and suffering minor injuries. While calling 911 for help the suspect took the phone. The suspect was arrested for Assault and Interference with an Emergency Telephone Call and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
November 09, 2009 at 6:30 PM Deputy Neeley responded to the 10400 block of Twin Circles for a report of Criminal Mischief. Investigation revealed where someone caused damage to the exterior of the residence during the Complainants absence and with a damage estimate to be in excess of $700. The case is currently under investigation.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Town Center)

11/06/2009 – Black Male 21 yoa – The suspect was seen entering the electronics department and cutting Xbox and Wii accessories off of the locking hooks with a pair of sissors. The suspect then took the items to the sporting goods department where he opened the packages and concealed the items in the pockets of his shorts. The suspect passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where he was then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $279.84. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.

11/03/2009 – White Male 38 yoa – The suspect was observed taking 2 cologne sets and exiting the upper level of the store without making any attempt to pay for the items. He was then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $79.00. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
11/05/2009 – White Female 17 yoa – The suspect entered the jewelry department and selected two pairs of silver earrings and a ribbon heart necklace. She then concealed the items in her purse and then passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where she was stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for the theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $113.00. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
11/08/2009 – White Male 14 yoa – The suspect entered the men’s department and selected a shirt and then entered the fitting room. When he exited the fitting room he did not have the shirt with him. A check of the fitting room found the tags for the shirt, but not the shirt. The suspect passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where he was then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $62.00. The suspect were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without further incident.
On October 31, 2009 at approximately 2130 hours, Deputies responded to an Assault call on Riva Row. The victim stated that she answered her door to what she thought was more Trick or Treaters, instead the suspect, White Male 26 yoa, who appeared to be intoxicated pushed his way into her apartment. The suspect pushed her into a counter top, knocking her glasses off and causing her nose to bleed. He then proceeded to hit her numerous times before she was able to get out of the apartment. The suspect was located at a party nearby and returned to the scene for positive identification. The suspect was then taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Burglary of a Habitation and Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.
