District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On May 2, Deputy S. Squier was sent to a residence on Old Hwy 105 East in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend had gotten into a verbal argument that became physical. An earlier call had been made to this residence but the male had left the area. The Deputies at that time were told the disturbance was only verbal. When the Deputy came back to the scene this time it was observed the female had an injury to the right eye. The 42 year old male from Cleveland was arrested and taken to jail.

A 25 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 3:38am, May 2, in the 12000 block of Hwy 105 East by Deputy C. Santoro for a failure to appear warrant out of Montgomery County JP 3. The male had been observed trying to solicit a ride. The male was transported to jail.

A 28 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 5:25pm, May 2, in the 16400 block of Brittany Way by Deputy A. Booher for a retaliation warrant out of Austin County. The Deputy had received information on the male’s location. The male was taken to jail.

On May 2, Deputy S. Degner was dispatched to Buckskin Drive in reference to a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a 16 year old male and his 17 year old girlfriend. The father of the male was upset and held the female against a wall on the stairway by choking her and the son tried to separate them when the father turned on him. The father choked his son and a friend of the son’s attempted to separate them. The son was able to escape and call 9-1-1. The 44 year old male suspect was arrested and transported to jail.

A 19 year old female from Willis was arrested at 11:25pm, May 2, in the 13700 block of Bighorn Trail by Deputy C. Santoro for an assault causes bodily injury warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received prior information on the female’s location. The female was taken to jail.

On May 3, Deputy S. Degner was notified of a criminal trespass on Creek Meadow Drive. The Deputy located a male in the yard of the residence and verified that the male had been given a criminal trespass warning for the address in April 2011. The 32 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:26pm and transported to jail.

A 38 year old male from Tomball was arrested at 11:40pm, May 3, in the 8300 block of Piney Shores by Sgt. C. Rogers for a misapplication fiduciary property (fraud) warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received information on the location of the male. The male was transported to jail.

A 51 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:45am, May 4, on Albert Moorehead Road by Deputy J. Kader for two family violence warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had been notified of the male’s location. The male was taken to jail.

A 25 year old female from Huntsville was arrested at 4:52pm, May 5, in the 14300 block of Enchanted Waters Drive by Deputy J. Bourne for a motion to revoke probation warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was assisting in a CPS investigation. The female was transported to jail.

A 30 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:38am, May 6, in the 16000 block of Crowley by Sgt. C. Rogers for a bond forfeiture failure to appear warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received prior information on the male’s location. The male was transported to jail.

A 40 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:27pm, May 6, in the 11300 block of Stidham Road by Deputy K. Underwood for an assault causing bodily injury warrant and a terroristic threat warrant, both out of Harris County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call. The male was transported to jail.

On May 7, Deputy C. Santoro stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 500 block of S. Danville. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license and had prior convictions for the same offense. The 29 year old male from Willis was arrested at 1:51am and transported to jail.

On May 7, Deputies A. Terrell and J. Kader were dispatched to an aggravated assault call at the Lone Star Executive Airport. Personnel working at the Airport along with a uniformed City of Conroe firefighter were holding a perimeter entrance gate at the site of a plane crash. A male showed up at the gate and told them he was going in. When he was refused entrance the male pulled a semi-auto pistol and began waving it at the personnel and crowd. The suspect was intercepted by a DPS Trooper. The 66 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:25am, charged with aggravated assault on a public servant, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm in a prohibited place.

A 31 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 6:31pm, May 7, in the 17300 block of Hwy 105E by Deputy J. Hodges for an interference with emergency phone call warrant, a criminal trespass warrant and a traffic warrant all out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. The male was taken to jail.

A 38 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 8:33pm, May 8, in the 16400 block of Pisces Loop by Deputy J. Hodges for a DWI 3rd or more warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received information on the female’s location. The female was transported to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On May 3, 2011, Deputy Schutzenhofer and Deputy Knight responded to a Disturbance call on S. Plum Creek. Upon arrival, they met with the complainant, who stated that the suspect, 12-year-old female, ran away from the care center and had repeatedly kicked and hit the complainant. The suspect stated that she would leave again when given the chance. Charges for Habitual Runaway were accepted and the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility.

On May 4, 2011, Deputy Schutzenhofer and Deputy Knight were dispatched to a Family Violence in progress call on Katlyn Lane. Upon arrival, they met with the complainant who stated that her daughter became angry when asked about the damage to the car. The daughter, who is 17 years old, began hitting and kicking her mother, then knocked over a glass cabinet braking the cabinet and glassware inside. The suspect was taken into custody for Assault Family Violence and Criminal Mischief, and then transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Public Intoxication Arrests:

5/1 – Deputy Christensen arrested a 23 year old male from Willis for Public Intoxication at 201 Pruitt Road after responding to a Trespasser in Progress call.

5/4 – Deputy Underwood arrested a 39 year old female from Spring, for Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest after responding to a Suspicious Vehicle call at 2907 Rayford Road. The suspect refused to provide any identifying information and actively resisted being detained.

5/7 – Deputy Henson and Deputy Wilkerson arrested a 26 year old male from Conroe for Public Intoxication at 25519 I-45 North after the suspect was observed to have walked out of IHOP without paying his bill.

Driving While Intoxicated Arrests:

On May 1, 2011, Deputy Underwood responded to 25619 I-45 In reference to a driver that had been detained by an off duty Magnolia PD officer. Deputy Underwood arrived on scene and met with the officer who stated that he had observed the driver having difficulty maintaining a single lane of travel, swerving between several lanes and traveling at a high rate of speed. The Officer followed the suspect until he stopped and detained him until Deputy Underwood’s arrival. Deputy Underwood noticed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath, blood shot glassy eyes and slurred speech. The suspect was taken into custody, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and transferred to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 5/2/11 Deputy Jackson arrested a 50 year old male for possession of Marijuana after responding to a Family violence call on David Lane. While interviewing the couple the Marijuana was found in plain sight on a table near where the male was sitting. The male admitted it was his and was transported to jail.

On 5/1/11 Deputy Layman arrested a 27 year old male for Felony Theft at the Porter Walmart. The male was seen putting merchandise in an empy Walmart bag and then exited the store without paying for the items. Due to several prior Theft convictions the charge was enchanced to a Felony. The male also had a warrant for his arrest out of Dallas County. The warrant was also confirmed and he was transported to jail without incident.

On 5/1/11 Deputy Durrenberger arrested a 26 year old male while investigating a welfare check on Joy Village. It was learned the male had 2 warrants out of Harris County. The warrants were confirmed and he was transported to East County jail.

On 5/3/11 Deputy Amstutz ran a warrant service call in the 23300 block of FM 1314. The 21 year old male was located and transported to jail in Conroe.

On 5/4/11 Deputy Jackson responded to a Welfare check in the Porterwood Shopping Center. A 27 year old female passed out in a car while waiting on a fast food order. After being cleared by EMS personnel the female was found to have a warrant out of Polk County. The warrant was confirmed and she was transported to jail in Conroe.

On 5/4/11 Deputy White arrested a 30 year old male for Driving While Intoxicated after a witness saw the truck he was driving strike the concrete barrier several times and nearly causing several accidents. After finding a pistol in the truck the male was also charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon after it was learned he was previously convicted of another Felony charge.

On 5/5/11 Deputy Logan conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for running a stop sign. After identifying the male he was found to have 2 active warrants out of Precinct 4 Constables office. He was arrested and transported to jail.

On 5/6/11 Deputy Pickerill was dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress on Thurston Crossing in Porter. After getting into a shoving match a female attempted to call 911 from her cell phone. The male then grabbed the phone, threw it on the ground breaking it. She then tried on 2 other cell phones but the male took both of those phones as well. The female then left the house and was locked out by the male. The 24 year old male was arrested for Interference with an Emergency Phone call and Assault/Family violence. He was transported to jail.

On 5/7/11 Deputy Pickerill was dispatched to a Welfare check for a male laying on the side of the road next to a bicycle. Upon arrival the male showed numerous signs of intoxication. After learning his identity he was found to have a total of 7 warrants through Patton Village Police Department and Precinct 4 Constables office. He was arrested for the warrants and also charged with Public Intoxication.

On 5/7/11 Deputy Guion arrested a 29 year old female for Theft at the Porter Walmart. Loss Prevention Associates stated the female was observed stuffing items into her purse and then leaving the store without paying for the merchandise. After a brief struggle with Loss Prevention the female escaped and ran across the parking lot towards Kroger but dropped her purse and merchandise in the process. The female was found hiding in the bathroom at Kroger and taken into custody. While recovering the items from her purse the female was also found to have Marijuana concealed in a cigarette pack. She was arrested and transported to jail in Conroe without further incident.

On 5/9/11 Deputy Morris was dispatched to the Montgomery Pines apartments for a Family Violence call. Upon arrival it was learned a female was arguing with her husband over him secretly sending text messages to someone else. The female then started punching the male as he was trying to walk outside. The female also tried to choke the male but she was unable to do so. Due to the visible injuries on the male the female was arrested and transported to jail in Conroe.

On 5/10/11 Deputy Logan was dispatched to a welfare check on Highway 59 near Community drive for a male running back and forth across the freeway. The male was identified and discovered to have a Felony warrant for his arrest out of Polk County. The warrant was confirmed and the 29 year old male was arrested and transported to East County jail.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On May 8th Deputy Irvine and Deputy Herman were dispatched to the Hazy Hollow Subdivision in reference to a Trespasser. When deputies arrived they found a 50 year old male sitting and leaning against a tree. When the subject stood up he was unsteady on his feet and there was a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. While on scene the Deputies were notified by Dispatch that the Subject was a suspect in Family Violence altercation at a different location. The subject was taken into custody and charged with Public Intoxication and Assault Family Violence. Deputies Irvine and Herman transported the Subject to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On May 8th Deputy Provenzano was driving South on Dobbin Huffsmith when he observed a vehicle driving north in the middle of the clearly marked street and several cars had to serve to avoid being hit by the vehicle. The driver had an odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. Two children were in the vehicle ages 10 and 8 years old. The Subject was taken into custody and charged with two Felony counts of DWI W/Child Passenger and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On May 7th Deputy Overbay was traveling South bound on FM 2978 and turned right onto Hardin Store Road when she observed a Ford Truck sitting at the light with an expired Registration. Deputy Overbay conducted a traffic stop on the truck and made contact with the 50 year old male subject. The subject’s driver’s license was shown to be invalid due to a previous conviction for Driving While Intoxicated. The subject was taken into custody and charged with DWLI. Deputy Overbay transported the subject to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On May 6th Deputy Durbin was dispatched to the 38000 block of Karen in Magnolia. A 31 male called 911 told deputies that he made arrangements to meet a female that he had been talking to on a telephone dating chat line. When he had arrived he was met by the female who was waiting for him but she had with her two males. The two male suspects jumped him and began beating him with a bat and took his wallet. The victims phone was recovered and Sergeant Hernandez dialed the last number and was able identify a location of where the three subjects involved in the attack were. All three subjects were taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Assault and Organized Criminal Activity.

On May 3rd Sergeant Gonzales conducted a stop on a Blue Ford Pick-up in the 36000 Block of FM 149 after it was involved in a disturbance. A routine warrant check was run on the female driver. The check showed subject had an active want out of Harris County. After the warrant was confirmed the subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On May 2nd while on patrol Deputy Durbin observed a black male subject walking down the rail road tracks at FM 149 and FM 1488. The Deputy made contact with the subject who was identified. Dispatch advised the subject had outstanding warrants from the City of Magnolia for traffic violations. The five warrants were confirmed and the subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)

May 3rd Deputy Davis responded to the 13300 block of South Shore in regards to an Assault and Criminal Mischief. While en route officers were advised that the male suspect had fled the scene on a motorcycle. Upon arriving to the area officers located the suspect on his motorcycle and attempts to stop him resulted in a short pursuit. After a short time officers were able to capture the suspect at which time he was arrested for Evading in a Motor Vehicle, Assault and Criminal Mischief. The suspect which sustained no injuries was then placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

May 4th Deputy Pugh conducted a Traffic Stop on a vehicle in the 15100 block of SH 105 W due to a report of the occupant having been involved in a disturbance at a nearby establishment. While speaking with the male driver it was suspicioned that he may be intoxicated. The subject was administered several standard field sobriety test at which time he was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated. His involvement in the earlier Disturbance resulted in no additional charges. The subject was then placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

May 5th Deputy Farmer conducted a Traffic Stop on a vehicle in the 15500 block of SH 105 W for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the male driver it was discovered that he was in Possession of Marijuana. The subject was arrested and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

May 6th Deputy Garner conducted a Traffic Stop on a vehicle in the 15400 block of SH 105 W for registration violations. Upon making contact with the male driver it was determined that there was no insurance on the vehicle and the driver’s license was currently under suspension. The subject was arrested for Driving while License Invalid and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

May 8th Deputy Davis responded to an establishment in the 14600 block of SH 105 W for a reported Disturbance where an intoxicated male was in the parking lot of a business shouting at several patrons. Upon arrival officers made contact with the male, determined that he was intoxicated and posed a danger to himself and others. The subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On May 1, 2011, Deputy Armstrong was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a Robbery report. The suspect, 34-year-old female from Spring, concealed approximately $1100 worth of dresses in a shopping bag and proceeded to leave Dillard’s. A store manager followed the suspect out into the parking lot asking her to stop and return to the store. The suspect struck the manager with her vehicle multiple times in her escape. The store manager was not seriously injured. The suspect was later located and taken into custody for Robbery. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

On May 5, 2011, Deputy Koonce was dispatched to the Wal-Mart at 3040 College Park Drive in reference to a Robbery. The suspect, 17 year old male from Houston, loaded a 40” Samsung TV into a cart and the proceeded to the hardware department, where he removed the security tag and UPC code. The suspect then proceeded out through the grocery entrance without making any attempt to purchase the television. When the Loss Prevention Office attempted to stop the suspect, the suspect pushed and struggled with the officer. The suspect was eventually detained until Deputy Koonce’s arrival. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Robbery and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On May 7, 2011, Deputy Runnels was dispatched to 3600 College Park Drive in reference to a Criminal Mischief. The complainant stated that she believed her boyfriend had flattened her car tires after they had been involved in a family violence call earlier in the day. The complainant met Deputy Runnels in the parking lot to identify her vehicle and then returned to her apartment. Deputy Runnels and Deputy Epperson found the suspect, 40-year-old male from The Woodlands. The complainant found that there was a butcher knife on her kitchen counter that was not hers. The suspect admitted that he had entered the apartment and left it there. Deputy Runnels contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Criminal Mischief, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and Public Intoxication. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe without incident.

Shoplifting Arrests:

5/3 – Deputy Borchardt arrested a 19 year old male from Spring, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $59.95 worth of shoes from Zumiez by trying on the shoes and leaving his old shoes in the box before leaving the store. The suspect later returned to the store claiming he left some money in his old shoes. He was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

5/3 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 25 year old female form The Woodlands, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $77 worth of clothing and cosmetics from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

5/5 – Deputy Rascoe and Deputy Niquette arrested two 25 year old females from Conroe for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspects attempted to take $77.96 worth of clothing and perfume from Wal-Mart. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. One of the two suspects was also booked on an outstanding warrant for a Motion to Revoke on a previous Theft charge.

5/5 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 16 year old female form Spring for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $240 worth of jewelry and watches from J.C. Penny’s. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe. She was also found to have a small quantity of marijuana in her possession during the booking process.

5/6 – Deputy Weatherford arrested a 15 year old female and a 14 year old female, both from The Woodlands, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspects attempted to take $275.50 worth of jewelry from Macy’s. Both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe without incident.

5/6 – Deputy Martin arrested an 18 year old male from the Woodlands for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take a pair of sunglasses valued at $240 from Solstices. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Public Intoxication Arrests:

5/4 – Deputy Conklin arrested 26-year-old female from Miami, Fl., for Public Intoxication on Waterway Ave.

5/5 – Deputy Conklin arrested a 21 year old male from The Woodlands for Public Intoxication on Waterway Ave.

5/7 – Deputy Conklin arrested a 23-year-old male from The Woodlands for Public Intoxication at Waterway Ave. and Timberloch.

DWLI/DWLS Arrests:

5/1 – Deputy Conklin arrested a 25-year-old male from Houston for Driving While License Invalid and no insurance after a traffic stop in the 1700 Block of Lake Robbins.
