District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On November 14, Deputy C. Santoro was dispatched to a residence on FM 1314 in reference to an assault. The Deputy met with a female victim who advised she and her boyfriend had gotten into a heated argument and the male grabbed her by the feet and dragged her onto the floor. The 33 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:17pm and transported to jail.
On November 15, Deputies T. Peterson and A. Terrell were sent to Persimmon Street in reference to an assault. The Deputies met with two sisters who had assaulted each other. Both females, ages 29 and 34, from Willis, were arrested at 3:42pm and transported to jail.
On November 16, Deputy S. Squier was notified of an assault at a residence on FM 1314. The suspect’s father said that he and his son had gotten into an argument and that his son grabbed him by the throat and choked him. The 33 year old male suspect was arrested at 8:21pm and was transported to jail.
A 22 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 4:25pm, November 17, and taken to jail from the 5400 block of Waukegan Road by Deputy J. Kader for three Willis PD traffic warrants. The male had been stopped on a traffic violation.
A 29 year old female from Willis was arrested at 12:27am, November 18, and taken to jail from the 4400 block of Grand Oaks by Deputy S. Squier for two traffic warrants out of Conroe PD. The Deputy was investigating a family violence call.
On November 18, Deputy S. Ortiz was assisting another Deputy on a traffic stop in the area of Hwy 105E and FM 1484. Two of the passengers in the vehicle were found to be intoxicated. A 30 year old male from Houston and a 31 year old female from Conroe were arrested at 1:49am, charged with public intoxication and taken to jail.
On November 18, Deputy A. Booher stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 15700 block of Hwy 105E. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. The 25 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:20am, charged with DWI and transported to jail.
On November 19, Deputy C. Santoro stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 18300 block of Hwy 105E. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The 21 year old male from Houston was arrested at 3:07am and transported to jail.
On November 20, Deputy Z. Winford was sent to a convenience store in the area of Hwy 105E and Crockett Martin in reference to an intoxicated male. The male had left the store and was found staggering down the road in the 600 block of Crockett Martin. The 33 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:14am, charged with public intoxication and failure to identify and taken to jail.
An 18 year old male from Coldspring was arrested at 1:57am, November 20, and taken to jail from the area of Jeffcote Road and Stonehedge by Deputy K. Underwood for three Conroe PD traffic warrants. The Deputy was on a suspicious person call.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On 11/13/11, a Deputy conducted a traffic stop in the Rayford Road and IH45 area. Upon identifying the driver, the Deputy conducted a warrants check and learned the driver had an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County Pct. 3 Court. The 31 yoa male driver from Conroe, was taken into custody for the warrant.
On 11/15/11, Deputies responded to an address on Lockridge Cove Drive on a warrants tip. Once on location they made contact with the individual who had an outstanding warrant for Selling Alcohol to a Minor and a Failure to Appear for a speeding citation. The 45 yoa female from Spring was taken into custody for the warrants.
On 11/16/11, Deputies responded to suspicious persons in the 25000 Block of Borough Park Drive. The Deputies located two males that matched the descriptions given by the caller. Upon further investigation it was learned the males had burglarized several vehicles in the apartment complex. Two juveniles, a 15 yoa male and a 16 yoa male and both from Spring, were taken into custody for Burglary of a Motor vehicle.
On 11/16/11, a Deputy responded to an address on Legends Line Drive on a welfare check. Once on scene the Deputy learned a male on location had an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County Pct. 3 Court. The 29 yoa male from Spring, was taken into custody for the warrant.
On 11/17/11, Deputies investigated a traffic collision in the 8000 block of SH242. During the investigation a Deputy spoke to one of the drivers who showed signs of intoxication. A Field Sobriety Test was performed and it was determined the driver was intoxicated. A 21 yoa female from Massachusetts was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated.
On 11/20/11, Deputies responded to the 25000 block of IH45 on a Criminal Mischief. Once on scene the victim identified the suspect who was still on location and he was detained. The deputies were told the male had slashed her tires after a brief argument. The male also threatened the victim if she called the Police. The male was taken into custody for Retaliation and Criminal Mischief.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On November 11th Deputy Crandell responded to an Assault Family Violence on Forestview Lane in Magnolia. The Complainant advised that he and his 22 year old brother had gotten into a verbal argument that had turned physical. The brothers had continued to fight until they were separated. The suspect was taken into custody and was charged with Assault Family Violence.
On November 20th Deputy Thomas was dispatched to the Shell Gas Station on FM 1774 in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival the Deputy observed a 43 year old male standing beside a pickup truck talking to a female. The subject advised he had been with his girlfriend at the Renaissance Festival all day and had been drinking beer. While the Deputy was conducting his investigation, the suspect began to scream at others in the parking lot. The suspect was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
On November 19th Deputy Irvine observed a red and black sport motorcycle traveling south on FM 2978 at a high rate of speed. Upon activation of emergency lights and siren the motorcycle driver accelerated in attempt to get away. The motorcycle was slowed by traffic and the driver surrendered. The subject was taken into custody for Felony Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle.
On November 18th Sergeant Hernandez along with Deputy Mittag were dispatched to the area of Dobbin Huffsmith and Hardin Store Road. The Reportee advised that while driving on Dobbin Huffsmith Rd. a vehicle pulled behind him and displayed a flashing red and blue light in the front windshield. The Reportee pulled over expecting to be approached by a police officer but instead the suspect vehicle drove around the Reportee and yelled “Gotcha.” The Reportee provided a license plate to deputies. Deputies located the registered owner who said that his 17 year old grandson was driving the vehicle. Deputies found that the suspect had used a Phone App on his I-phone to make it flash red and blue. The 17 year old subject was taken into custody for Impersonating a Public Servant and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
On November 18th Deputy Irvine was on patrol in the area of Jackson Road on Churchill Downs when he observed a vehicle with the hood up and hazards flashing. The 34 year old driver told the deputy that his truck had broken down and he was waiting for a friend. The deputy found that the driver had two outstanding warrants for his arrest.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
November 15th Deputy Pugh responded to the 21100 block of SH 105W in regards to a Disturbance involving an intoxicated male. Upon arrival officers made contact with the male and learned that he also had outstanding warrants. During this process the male resisted being handcuffed and placed into the patrol car. Once secured the male was placed into the Montgomery County Jail for Public Intoxication, outstanding Warrants and Resisting Arrest.
November 16th Deputy Wroten and other officers responded to Amber Ln in regards to a Burglary of a Building in progress. Upon arrival officers located and detained a male. Investigation revealed that the subject had made entry into a storage building and removed several items. The suspect had in his possession a firearm. The suspect was arrested for Burglary of a Building and Felon in possession of a Firearm.
November 19th Deputy Pugh conducted a Traffic Stop in the 18800 block of SH 105W on a vehicle for failure to maintain a single marked lane. Upon making contact with the male driver it was suspicioned the driver may be impaired by alcohol and or narcotics. Several standard field sobriety tests were administered resulting in the males arrest for driving while intoxicated (2nd Offense) and being placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
November 20th Deputy Lowe was dispatched to the 1200 block of Martin Luther King Dr. in regards to Theft. The Complainant reported that someone entered onto the property and stole an undetermined amount of copper wiring from the electrical panel servicing his residence. This case is under investigation by members of the Criminal Investigation Division.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On 11/14/11 at 1212 hours, Deputy Miller responded to a suspicious vehicle call on Berryline Court. Contact was made with a 21 year old white female who was going door to door at each of the residences. The female gave a fictitious name and date of birth to the Deputy. Nothing could be found and the female in question actually lied to the Deputy about living in the area as well as her identity. It was later discovered that the female was from North Carolina and was placed in custody for Fail to Identify.
On 11/14/11 at 1345 hours, Deputy Schutzenhofer arrested a 35 year old female from The Woodlands for theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The female had been inside Macy’s Department Store and was seen via CCTV, placing items in her purse. The female then left the store without making any attempt to pay for the items. She was then escorted back to the Loss Prevention office. The female was charged with Theft, Class B and booked in the Montgomery County Jail.
On 11/13/11 at 1628 hours, Deputy Weatherford was working bike patrol at The Woodlands Mall. It is located at 1201 Lake Woodlands. Deputy Weatherford observed a male walking between vehicles and was looking inside of the vehicles as he walked by. Contact was made with the 32 year old Kingwood resident and was identified as having Montgomery County Precinct 4 Warrants. All (4) warrants were confirmed and the male was also in possession of a controlled substance. The pills were identified as Clonazepam and the male did not have a prescription. The male was booked into jail on the above charges.
On 11/15/11 at 1902 hours, Deputy Christiansen was dispatched to a Family Violence call on Sawmill Road. After investigating the incident it was determined that a class “C” assault had occurred. The aggressor, a 43 year old resident was placed in custody. During the initial search of the male, (3) pills of Methadone were found in his pocket. He does not have a prescription for the medication. The male was booked into jail on the above charges.
On 11/13/11 at approximately 1715 hours, Deputy Curtis and Trainee Trapani were dispatched to a Motor Vehicle accident in the area of FM 1488 and Kuykendahl. Upon arrival and after speaking to both parties, it was determined that the female driver of the striking vehicle was intoxicated. There were obvious signs of intoxication present on the driver. The 44 year old Conroe resident was taken into custody for DWI. She was booked into jail for DWI.
On 11/17/11 at 1038 hours, Deputy Mccoy initiated a traffic stop on Research Forest Drive near Branch Crossing for expired registration. Deputy McCoy then made contact with the driver and during the initial contact a strong smell of Marijuana was emitting from inside of the vehicle. Deputy Mccoy also noticed in “plain view” a clear plastic bag with a green leafy substance inside. Upon completion of the investigation, the 18 year old Tomball resident was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, a Class “B” Misdemeanor. She was taken to MCSO jail and booked on the above charge.
