District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
A 26 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:14am, July 15, and taken to jail from the 1400 block of S. Frazier Street by Deputy T. Lambert for a warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a traffic stop.
An 18 year old male from The Woodlands was arrested at 2:45am, July 16, and taken to jail from an area on FM 1097 and Forest Lane by Deputy W. Rollins for a motion to revoke probation warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a suspicious vehicle call.
On July 16, Deputy D. Savage was sent to a residence on David Moore Road in reference to a disturbance. The deputy met with a female who advised her husband threatened to kill her. The 54 year old male from Willis was arrested at 6:52pm and taken to jail.
On July 17, Deputy A. Cross responded to a welfare concern on Shepard Hill Road. The deputy located an intoxicated male asleep in a vehicle. The 38 year old male from Huntsville was arrested at 6:42am, charged with public intoxication and three traffic warrants.
A 20 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:48pm, July 17, and taken to jail from a residence on Jody Lane by Deputy L. Slatter for a public intoxication warrant and a fail to appear warrant out of JP 2 Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a disturbance.
A 54 year old male from Willis was arrested at 10:44pm, July 17, and taken to jail from the 300 block of S. Danville by Deputy C. Santoro for warrants. The Deputy was on a suspicious person call.
A 25 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:01pm, July 18, and taken to jail from the Criminal Justice Center by Deputy S. Squier for three traffic warrants out of Conroe PD. The male turned himself in.
A 32 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 8:04pm, July 18, and taken to jail from a residence on Royal Adrian Drive by Deputy C. Santoro for two warrants for possession of dangerous drugs.
A 27 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:32pm, July 19, and taken to jail from a residence on Rocky Road by Deputy T. Lambert for three misdemeanor warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a disturbance.
A 27 year old female from Willis was arrested at 6:38pm, July 19, and taken to jail from a location on N Loop 336 near Frazier by Deputy J. Henson for two traffic warrants out of JP 1 Montgomery County. The female was stopped on a traffic violation.
A 51 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:24pm, July 19, and taken to jail from a residence on Mockingbird Lane by Deputy W. Rollins for a theft by check warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a warrant service.
A 33 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:55pm, July 20, and taken to jail from a residence on Royal Lake Drive by Deputy W. Rollins for an interference with an emergency call warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a warrant service.
On July 21, Deputy M. Yow was sent to a convenience store on FM 1484 in reference to an intoxicated female. The 28 year old female from Willis was arrested at 12:13am and taken to jail.
On July 21, Deputy J. Henson saw a vehicle pull into a convenience store parking lot with two flat tires. The 49 year old male driver was intoxicated and was arrested.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On 7-15-13 at approximately 1310, Sergeant Altemus was flagged down and told of a 46 year old female with an outstanding warrant. The deputy found the suspect and she was arrested and taken to jail.
On 7-16-13 at approximately 0018, Deputy Allen was on patrol and he arrested a 34 year old male at a fast food restaurant in the 25000 block of IH 45 for public intoxication.
On 7-17-13 at approximately 0345, Deputy Knight met with a Bellaire Police officer who had arrested a 25 year old male for a warrant in Montgomery County. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 7-17-13 at approximately 1407, Deputy Dishman was flagged down by a motorist about a suspicious person. The deputy arrested a 36 year old male who had a warrant for his arrest.
On 7-20-13 at approximately 0301, Sergeant Barber was on patrol in the 2000 block of Sawdust when an attempt to locate a vehicle was dispatched. The sergeant located the vehicle and a 48 year old male was arrested for DWI.
District 3 – Lt. Joe Senn (East County)
07/10/13 Dep. Logan was dispatched to a Porter residence at the request of the fire department. While fighting a fire it was discovered that a 30 year old male had hooked an electrical line to his home without authorization. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
07/10/13 Sgt. Kendrick was patrolling on Hwy. 59 in the Splendora area when he saw a 38 year old male sitting on the guardrail. Upon speaking with the male, it was found that he was intoxicated. The suspect was arrested for public intoxication.
07/11/13 Dep. Aguirre assisted Dep. Martinez and Dep. O’Connor on an assault at a residence. Investigation found that a 24 year old male assaulted a family member. The male was arrested and taken to jail.
07/13/13 Dep. Bartoskewitz located a vehicle on Hwy. 59 near Splendora and found the driver to be intoxicated. The 20 year old male was arrested.
07/14/13 Dep. Bartoskewitz responded to a suspicious person at a New Caney apartment complex. A 17 year old male was arrested after finding him in possession of alcohol and drug paraphernalia.
07/14/13 Dep. Bartoskewitz conducted a traffic stop near FM 1485 and Vick Rd. and found the driver intoxicated and in possession of drugs. The 41 year old male was arrested.
07/15/13 Sr. Sgt. Sumrall responded to a suspicious person near FM 1314 and Loop 494 in Porter. The deputy found an intoxicated 43 year old man. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
07/15/13 Sr. Sgt. Rogers responded to the Porter Wal-Mart regarding a theft. Management told the deputy that a 21 year old female employee admitted to stealing items from the store. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
07/16/13 Dep. Gallagher and Dep. Walker responded to a Porter residence regarding a disturbance. They found that the 51 year old man assaulted his wife. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
07/18/13 Dep. Holden responded to a New Caney residence regarding a suspicious male. His investigation found that the 32 year old male entered a neighbor’s house without permission. The suspect was arrested for Trespass.
07/18/13 Dep. Amstutz went to a Porter convenience store for a suspicious person. Upon arrival he found a 35 year old male and was told that he had eaten food and not paid for it. The suspect was arrested.
07/19/13 Sgt. Kendrick responded to Hwy 59 & Community Drive for a welfare check. He found an intoxicated 32 year old male was walking on the road. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
07/19/13 Dep. Burnett went to the Porter Wal-Mart for a shoplifter. Loss Prevention advised that a 17 year old female had hidden clothes in a bag and left the store without paying for them. The suspect was arrested.
07/20/13 Dep. White investigated a vehicle stuck in the ditch on Hwy 59. The deputy found that the driver was intoxicated. The 24 year old male was arrested for DWI.
07/20/13 Dep. Burnett responded to a New Caney residence to investigate an assault and found that a 21 year old female had assaulted her boyfriend. The suspect was arrested for assault.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On July 21st Sergeant Spiller was dispatched to a disturbance in the 34000 block of SH 249. The deputy found that a 38 year old male was detained by four people who believed the driver was intoxicated. The deputy found a small amount of a controlled substance inside the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
On July 21st Deputy Lowery was dispatched to a suspicious person in the Hazy Hollow subdivision. The Deputy arrested an intoxicated 47 year old male who standing in the middle of the road.
On July 20th Deputy Sharman stopped a vehicle on FM 1774 for a traffic violation. The 30 year old male driver had a felony warrant for his arrest.
On July 19th Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Ranch Crest subdivision in reference to a violation of a protective order. A 51 year old male arrested for coming to the home against the protective order.
On July 18th deputies were dispatched to a warrant service in the Hazy Hollow subdivision. A 42 year old male was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
On July 18th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to a store on Nichol Sawmill in reference to a theft. Deputies arrested a 38 year old female for shoplifting.
On July 17th Deputy Thomas arrested a 50 year old male at a residence on West Pine Circle for an outstanding felony warrant.
On July 16th Deputy Curry stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on FM 1488. Both occupants of the car were wanted for felony warrants and were arrested. During the investigation a small amount of crystal meth was found in the vehicle.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
On July 09, 2013 Sergeant Suarez stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on SH 105 West. The driver was arrested for DWI and taken to jail.
On July 10 2013 Deputy J. Burk stopped a vehicle in the 25200 block of Tisdel Road. Inside the vehicle the deputy found a small amount of crack cocaine. The driver was arrested and taken to jail.
Deputy R. Ashmore responded to Country Squire Road to the report of an assault. A male suspect was arrested after he tried to assault a family member with a knife.
Sergeant Suarez arrested a male for DWI in the 22900 block of FM 2854 after finding the car stopped in a moving lane of traffic and the driver asleep.
On July 13, 2013 Deputy Pugh stopped a vehicle in the 22300 block of FM 1097 for a traffic violation. The vehicle was reported stolen in Harris County and the driver was arrested.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On 07/20/13, Deputy Jackson was dispatched to 2005 Lake Robbins Drive. The deputy arrested a 52 year old male from Zulch, Texas. During the arrested the suspect resisted arrest.
On 07/20/13, Deputy Rascoe was dispatched to 3040 College Park to a shoplifter. Loss Prevention told deputies that two females entered the business and chose several items the left the store without paying.. The 19 year olds from Conroe were arrested.
On 07/19/13, Deputy Smark was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands. The deputy learned that the three males entered the business and chose items and removed store tags. The three suspects were arrested and taken to jail.
On 07/21/13, Deputy Jackson was dispatched to the 28000 block of IH 45 in reference to a suspicious person. The deputy arrested a 28 year old male from Huntsville who had a bottle of codeine without markings or identification.
On 07/20/13, Deputy Smark was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a shoplifter. The deputy met with loss prevention and arrested a 31 year old female from Spring for theft.
