District 4 – Lt. Allison Amundson (West County)

On October 31st, Deputy Jones was dispatched to the 30000 block of Winding Brook Lane, in reference to an intoxicated driver call. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with the reportee who advised he had been behind a vehicle that was swerving all over the road. He followed her until she stopped. The Deputy approached the vehicle and made contact with a 52 year old female who was driving. After an investigation, the female was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated.

On October 31st, Deputy Lee was dispatched to the 28000 block of Aberdeen, in reference to a 911 hang-up call. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with a 19 year old female, her mother and grandfather. The female’s mother advised she had stepped in between her daughter and son who were physically fighting to try to stop their fight. Her daughter had thrown a power drill and a broken plate at her injuring her leg. The female’s grandfather also stepped in to help and the female attempted to cut him with a knife. The female was taken into custody and charged with felony aggravated assault.

On October 29th, Deputy Lowery was dispatched to the 16000 block of Bushy Oaks Trail, regarding a disturbance in progress at a motor vehicle accident. A citizen had reported witnessing a black pick-up crash into a ditch and the driver was trying to leave. Upon arrival, the Deputy observed an 18 year old male sitting in the driver’s seat very upset and crying. The male did not have a Texas drivers license. Upon completion of an investigation, the driver was placed in custody for driving while intoxicated.

On October 28th, Deputy Messina was dispatched to Pond Circle, in Pinehurst, in reference to an assault past. Upon arrival, the Deputy spoke with the complainant and her ex-boyfriend, a 30 year old male. The male was on location to pick up some of his belongings. A verbal altercation erupted and turned physical when the male punched the complainant in the stomach and choked her. The male was taken into custody for felony assault.

On October 27th, Deputy Jones was dispatched to FM 1488 and Doris Lane, for a welfare check. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with a 28 year old male who had been attempting to walk down FM 1488. The male was slurring his words and had a milk jug filled with whiskey. Due to the male being a danger to himself and others, he was taken into custody for public intoxication.

On October 26th, Deputies Jones and Provenzano were dispatched to the Hazy Hollow Subdivision, in reference to a suspicious person running down the middle of the street. Upon arrival, a 42 year old male was located along with a 58 year old female on Misty Meadow Drive. The male was discovered to have 2.6 grams of methamphetamine on his person. He was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance. The female had three warrants and was taken into custody. A pre-transport search of the female produced .37 grams of methamphetamine and two rocks of cocaine. She was charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance.
