MCSO WEEKLY BLOTTER FOR THE NORTH DISTRICT

District 1 – Lt. Kevin Ray (North County)
On 9/12/2016, Deputy Collignon responded to a disturbance call in the 100 block of Kellyn Oaks
Drive, in Conroe. Deputy Collignon identified a male on location and found him to have active
warrants. The warrants were confirmed, the male was arrested, and transported to the
Montgomery County Jail.

On 9/15/2016, Deputy Parsons met with a Walker County Sheriff’s Officer to take custody of a
male that was showing active warrants out of Montgomery County. The male was transported to
the Montgomery County Jail.

While on routine patrol on 9/16/2016, Deputy Campos observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate
of speed on FM 1097 West. As the vehicle passed, Deputy Campos observed the vehicles brake
lights come on in an attempt to slow down. Deputy Campos stopped the vehicle, and upon
making contact with the male driver, he could smell a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting
from the driver’s breath. The male was not able to perform field sobriety test and would not
perform a breath test. The male was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to the
Montgomery County Jail.

On 9/16/2016, Deputy Parsons conducted a traffic stop and found the female driver to have an
expired driver license. Her license was also showing to be invalid due to multiple surcharge
convictions. The female was arrested for driving while license invalid and transported to the
Montgomery County Jail.

On 9/16/2016, Deputy S. Martin was on routine patrol when he observed a vehicle with a paper
tag that was not readable. Upon making contact with the driver, Deputy S. Martin could smell a
strong distinct odor of marijuana. As the driver exited the vehicle, a marijuana cigarette fell to
the ground. A baggy of marijuana was additionally found in the driver’s pocket. The male was

arrested for possession of marijuana and an active warrant. The male was transported to the
Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On 9/17/2016, Deputy E. Martin was dispatched to the 12000 block of Roy Harris Loop, in
Conroe, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputy E. Martin made contact with the
parties involved and learned that a female suspect had assaulted her spouse. The female was
arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 9/17/2016, Deputy Winford took custody of a male who had been stopped by a Department
of Public Safety Trooper. The male was showing to have active warrants through Montgomery
County. The warrants were confirmed, the male was arrested, and transported to the
Montgomery County Jail.
