District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On April 11, Deputy C. Santoro was sent to the 15800 block of Hwy 75N in reference to a theft. The Deputy was advised by a male complainant that a male had taken several pieces of metal from a metal container on his property. The suspect male had left the property; however, was stopped in the 200 block of S. Danville Street. The 28 year old male from Houston was arrested at11:16pm and charged with the theft and also for driving with license invalid. The male was taken to jail.
A 25 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:42am, April 12, in the 4400 block of Rolling Hills Drive by Deputy S. Squier for four traffic warrants out of Montgomery County Pct. 4. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. The male was taken to jail.
On April 12, Deputy M. Hardin was notified of a disturbance call in the 12300 block of FM 830. The Deputy located a male and female involved in the disturbance and found both to be intoxicated. The 29 year old male and 21 year old female, both from Willis, were arrested at 9:30pm and transported to jail.
On April 12, Deputies K. Christiansen and S. Degner were dispatched to the 11700 block of E. Old Oak Trail in reference to an assault. The Deputies met with a male complainant who advised in the process of protecting a female during a verbal argument that she was having with another female, he was attacked by the other female with a bat. He was hit with the bat on the head causing swelling. The 32 year old female from Willis was arrested at 9:31pm, charged with assault causing bodily injury, and taken to jail.
On April 14, Deputy K. Underwood stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 11300 block of Stidham Road. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. The male was detained. A search of the vehicle revealed traces of marijuana and paraphernalia. A further search was made and a glass pipe with crystal meth inside was discovered. The 25 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:40am, charged with possession of a controlled substance and taken to jail.
A 39 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 7:25pm, April 14, in the 13000 block of FM 1485 by Deputy K. Christiansen for a theft by check warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had been notified of the female’s location. The female was transported to jail.
On April 15, Deputy C. Santoro was sent to Roy Harris Loop in reference to a terroristic threat family violence call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her brother had been arguing and he threatened to shoot everyone in the house. The male suspect had been carrying around a rifle in the house but had hidden it and was later located. The 23 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:04am and transported to jail for terroristic threat charges.
On April 15, Sergeant J. Varnell stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 16800 block of Old Hwy 105E. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 29 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:30am, charged with DWI and taken to jail.
A 44 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:07PM, April 15, in the 10000 block of Royal Ramsey by Deputy J. Kader for a motion to adjudicated guilt warrant (original charge was burglary of a habitation) out of Montgomery County. The male was on the top ten list for wanted persons through Crime Stoppers. The male was taken to jail.
On April 16, Deputy K. Underwood was sent to a disturbance call in the Holly Glen Lane. The Deputy stopped a vehicle possibly involved in the disturbance and found the male driver to be intoxicated. The 18 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:39am, charged with DUI and transported to jail.
On April 17, Deputy K. Berger stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 18800 block of Highline. The male driver was found to be intoxicated with no driver’s license or proof of financial responsibility for the vehicle. The 22 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 4:29am, charged with DWI and transported to jail.
On April 17, Deputy K. Berger was dispatched to the 13300 block of Creekwood Lane in reference to two intoxicated males around a vehicle stuck in the ditch. The two males, ages 36 and 40, each from Conroe, were arrested for public intoxication at 11:20pm and transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On April 7, 2011, Deputy Mitchell arrested a 34-year-old female from Spring for Theft at 1025 Sawdust Road. The suspect attempted to take $100 from the cash register while working at Wal-Mart. The suspect place several $100 bills in her register bag, and placed one of the $100 bills in her pocket. Loss Prevention Officers confronted the suspect and contacted the Sheriff’s Office. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On April 9, 2011, Deputy McKee arrested a 27-year-old male, from Conroe, for Public Intoxication at Briar Rock and Borough Park Drive. The suspect was observed struggling to maintain his balance while walking. The suspect was taken into custody.
On April 16, 2011, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to an Assault Family Violence call on Legends Creek Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Fruge met with all the parties involved, found that the suspect, 45-year-old male, had come home intoxicated, and began arguing with the complainant. At one point in the argument, the suspect pushed the complainant and slammed the complainant’s foot in the door. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with Assault Family Violence. Due to a previous conviction for Family Violence, charges were upgraded to a Third Degree Felony.
On April 16, 2011, Sergeant Barber was dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress call at 24704 Interstate 45. Upon arrival, Sergeant Barber was directed by witnesses to a female who was standing off to the side crying. The suspect, 27-year-old female from Spring, was obviously heavily intoxicated. As Sergeant Barber attempted to make contact with the suspect, she became physically combative, hitting and kicking at Sergeant Barber and a doorman who came to assist. She was charged with Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest or Transport.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 4/13/11 Deputy Guion was patrolling the area of Gene Campbell road. He conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling 11 mph over the posted speed limit. Upon contact with the driver it was learned the driver of the vehicle did not have a valid Texas drivers license. After identifying the 23 year old driver by name and date of birth it was discovered he had several active warrants through Precinct 4 Constable’s office. The warrants were confirmed and he was transported to jail without further incident.
On /14/11 Deputy Pickerill responded to the 23900 block of Mary Lane after receiving information on a subject with an active Felony warrant. The 43 year old male gave his name, date of birth and social security number to Deputy Pickerill which was a match with the identifying information listed in the warrant. The male was arrested and transported to jail.
On 4/14/11 Deputy Smith was approached in the parking lot of the District 3 office by a male that wanted to turn himself in. After confirming the 21 year old male had an active warrant for his arrest he was booked into the East County jail.
On 4/16/11 Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to the Chevron Gas Station at 20120 Highway 59 in reference to two intoxicated males urinating in the parking lot. Upon arrival both males were still in the parking lot, one of them so intoxicated he was sick. Both males were having trouble standing up, had slow slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes. Both males were arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to jail.
On 4/16/11 Deputy White was monitoring an intersection in the Country West Subdivision for traffic violations. A green Honda Accord approached and as soon as the driver saw Deputy White it turned around and went the other way. Deputy White followed the vehicle and observed an occupant in the vehicle that was not wearing a seatbelt. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle who gave a name to Deputy White but no information could be located on the name given. While continuing to search for the drivers true identity the drivers Mother actually called 911 to give the males real name to the 911 operator. Later it was learned the male sent his Mother a text message admitting he was giving Deputy White a false name so she called 911 to report him. The male was arrested and charged with Failure to Identify and transported to jail.
On 4/17/11 Deputies were dispatched to a Burglary at Bubba’s Outdoor Supply in the 23800 block of Loop 494. A witness observed the male by the gun shop window with something in his hand and the window broken. As the witness approached the male stated he was trying to fix the lock on the bars. The male then got in his car and headed south on Loop 494. The witness provided updated information to the 911 operator and another Deputy was able to locate the vehicle. A stolen gun was located in the vehicle. The 19 year old male was arrested and transported to jail without further incident.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On April 18th Deputy Provenzano observed a white van fail to come to a complete stop at a red light on FM 1774 at Misty Meadow. The Deputy initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver and the Deputy detected a strong odor of alcohol from the driver. The subject refused to give a breath specimen. The Deputy then performed a field sobriety test on the subject and detected six clues of intoxication. The subject was taken to Conroe Regional Hospital for a blood draw and then transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Felony DWI (3rd or more).
On April 17th Deputy Tavarez was dispatched to Singletree Lane in Magnolia in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival the Deputy met with a 49 year old male subject. The subject was very belligerent and using profane language. He was upset because he had called previously on April 16th and was unhappy how the call was handled. The subject had called 911 twice on April 17th and used abusive and profane language with the 911 call takers. Due to subject’s abusive and repetitive calls to 911 he was placed into custody for Abuse of 911 and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 17th Deputy Corley and Deputy Herman were dispatched to a Welfare Check on FM 1774 at Misty Meadow. Upon arrival the Deputies observed a 47 year old male subject passed out asleep in his vehicle with his ignition off and an open beer container in his lap. After waking up the subject, the Deputies could detect a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and observed him to be unsteady on his feet and have slurred speech. The subject was placed into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to the South County Jail.
On April 17th Sergeant Hernandez and Deputy Irvine were dispatched to Autumn Lane in Pinehurst in reference to a 911 Open Line. Upon arrival the Deputies entered the residence and met with the 31 year old male subject and his wife who was sitting on the floor at the entrance of the master bedroom. The female subject had blood on her face and clothing and swelling to both her nose and eye. The male subject was detained and taken into custody for Assault Family Violence.
On April 17th Sergeant Bybee received a call of a male subject slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle at the intersection of Coe Road and Wright Road. The Sergeant asked the subject to exit his vehicle. The Sergeant noticed the subject to be unsteady on his feet and using his vehicle for balance. The subject was placed under arrest and transported to the South County Jail.
On April 10th Deputy Provenzano responded to a Suspicious Vehicle call in the Glen Oaks Subdivision. The Reportee had given a description of the vehicle and a License Plate. The Deputy observed the vehicle parked on the side of road. The Deputy initiated a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the 17 year old male subject, Deputy Provenzano could detect a strong odor of alcoholic beverage. The subject was taken into custody and charged with DWI. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
April 12th Deputy Pugh responded to Fairway Park Drive in regards to a Disturbance. It was learned that an adult male had been on location causing a disturbance with other family members but had left the scene on foot prior to the deputies’ arrival. The male subject was located nearby and found to be intoxicated. The male was arrested for Public Intoxication and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
April 13th Deputy Farmer was dispatched to a Welfare Concern in the 19000 block of SH 105 W. Upon arrival officer’s discovered an adult female sitting in a disabled vehicle alongside the road. Further investigation revealed that the female was highly intoxicated. The female was arrested and placed into the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
April 13th Deputy Thompson responded to Treasure Island Drive in regards to Burglary of a Vehicle where the suspect was believed to still be in the area. Several officers responded to the area where a juvenile male suspect was located. The suspect was in possession of numerous articles that were stolen from more than one burglary in the area. The amount of recovered property is in excess of $3000. The subject was arrested for Burglary of a vehicle and placed into Montgomery County Juvenile Detention with other charges to follow in relation to numerous other burglaries. The investigation continues with the case being handled by the Patrol Division.
April 14th Deputy Davis was in the 21000 block of SH 105 W and witnessed a vehicle swerve into oncoming traffic across the double yellow line and cross back onto the opposite side of the roadway almost striking several vehicles. The vehicle was stopped and the male driver was arrested for Reckless Driving and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
April 12th Deputy Favorat was patrolling in the 15200 block of SH 105 W when he observed a male subject staggering across a parking lot. Upon making contact with the male it was determined that he was intoxicated and had been heading for his vehicle. The male was arrested for Public Intoxication and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On April 12, 2011, Deputy Epperson conducted a traffic stop at Grogan’s Mill and Lake Woodlands on a vehicle that accelerated from the stop light through the intersection at a high rate of speed. During the course of the traffic stop, the passenger, 23-year-old male from The Woodlands, was taken into custody for Public Intoxication. The driver, 22-year-old male from Spring, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance after a small amount of cocaine was found in the vehicle.
On April 13, 2011, Deputy Prince was dispatched to a Theft call at 1601 Lake Robbins. While on scene for the Theft call, Deputy Prince made contact with a hotel guest who was intoxicated and attempting to leave the hotel with an open bottle of beer. The guest was given the opportunity to return to his room for the evening. Later in the evening, Deputy Prince observed the guest, 42-year-old male from Conroe, driving on Waterway Avenue. Deputy Prince initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle at that time and was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 15, 2011, Deputy Frantz arrested a 27-year-old female from Humble, after a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway and Panther Creek. After a check of the driver’s license, dispatch informed Deputy Frantz that it was invalid. The driver was taken into custody for Driving While License Invalid and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 16, 2011, Deputy Prince responded to the scene of an accident on Lake Robbins near Waterway Avenue. Upon arrival, Deputy Prince was notified by witnesses that the driver of a white BMW failed to stop and rear-ended another vehicle. The driver of the BMW, 29-year-old male from Conroe, was found to have a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. After conducting the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 16, 2011, Deputy Ortiz responded to a Disturbance in Progress call at the Shell Gas Station on Woodlands Parkway and Many Pines. As Deputy Ortiz arrived he saw the suspect accelerating out of the parking lot. Deputy Ortiz conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, a 35-year-old male from San Antonio. The suspect was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On April 17, 2011, Deputies were dispatched College Park Drive for a Disturbance in Progress at the Plantation Apartments. Upon arrival, Deputy Dewey met with the Security Guard who told deputies that he had seen a male and female in a verbal confrontation in the breezeway of one of the buildings. Deputies found in their apartment a marijuana grow laboratory. Two semi-automatic handguns along with $1300 US currency and 2 sizeable clear bags of marijuana were also found. Both subjects were taken into custody charged with Delivery of Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana.
