MCSO Crime Report

District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

A 28 year old male from Willis was arrested at 9:30pm, February 11, in the 300 block of S. Danville at the JP #1 office by Deputy K. Albritton for a violation of a protective order out of Montgomery County. The male was waiting for court to begin when he was recognized by the Deputy as the person wanted on this warrant. The male was transported to jail.

On February 12, Deputy C. Holcomb was dispatched to a welfare concern in the 13700 block of Wigginsville Road. The Deputy met with a female reportee who told the Deputy that she had found an unknown male laying on her couch in her living room. She had no idea who he was or where he came from. The Deputy attempted to wake the male and found him unresponsive. At 6:30am the Deputy detained the male, due to having a warrant, until EMS arrived. The male was transported to Conroe ER for treatment. After several hours the male was released and the Deputy was advised the male suffered from extreme alcohol intoxication. The 24 year old male from Conroe was wanted on a parole violation warrant through the Texas Parole Division. The male was taken to jail after his release from the hospital.

On February 14, Deputy W. Adams was notified of a family violence assault call in the 11600 block of Wind Wood Way. The Deputy was advised while in route to the scene that the male suspect had left. The Deputy met with the suspect’s mother, two sisters and an 11 year old niece. According to one of the sisters, the male is being sent back to TDCJ for unrelated offenses on February 17. The female advised she and her brother (the suspect) were involved in an argument and the male had tried to hit her; however, she defended herself. The mother got involved and was hit by the male. The 11 year old female tried to break up the fight and the male hit her on the center of the forehead with a closed fist causing injury. The male and the sister got into it again and he threw her to the ground and continued to hit her. The male was located in the 11800 block of Wind Wood Way and detained. The 40 year old male from Willis was arrested at 10:15am, charged with injury to a child and transported to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (SouthCounty) 

On February 12, 2010, Deputies responded to a Suspicious Vehicle call on Oakhurst Drive. Upon arrival they met with the homeowner and his daughter. The homeowner stated that he did not know who owned the vehicle, but it was parked where his son-in-law normally parks. When asked the whereabouts of his son-in-law, the homeowner’s daughter stated that he was not home. A check of the vehicle was done and results showed it to be stolen out of Harris County. The husband was found in the home and taken into custody for an outstanding warrant and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. The daughter, White Female 40 yrs old, was taken into custody for Interference with Public Duty. Both were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On February 13, 2010, Dep. Gordy responded to a pharmacy on FM 2978 in reference to a subject attempting to pass a forged prescription. The complainant stated they had received notice from another pharmacy that a subject had attempted to pass a forged prescription for Hydrocodone at two other local pharmacies. Shortly after that the suspect, White Male 37, approached the drop off counter with a prescription for Hydrocodone. It was determined by contacting the prescribing physician that the prescription was indeed a forgery. Dep. Gordy made spike with the suspect, who appeared nervous and began shaking as he produced his identification. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 2/11/10 Deputy Smith was dispatched to the 14000 block of Druid Circle in reference to an Assault Family Violence Call. Upon his arrival he learned that an 18 year old female had assaulted her Aunt by punching her in the back of the head. The Aunt was sent to the hospital for treatment. The suspect, 18 year old female was arrested and charged with Assault (Family Violence).

On 2/13/10 Deputy White was dispatched to the Porter Walmart in reference to a trespass call. Upon his arrival he learned that the suspect had been caught shoplifting several months earlier and received a trespass warning for the property. On this occasion the suspect came to the store to return some DVD’s without a receipt. The suspect, a 37 year old female was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass.

On 2/13/10 Deputy White was dispatched to the Porter Walmart in reference to a Theft call. Upon his arrival he learned that the suspect had concealed $62 worth of makeup and hair products into his black purse and left the store without paying for the items. The suspect, a 17 year old male was arrested and charged with Theft.

On 2/14/10 Deputy Guion conducted a traffic stop in the area of FM 1314 @ Loop 494 for expired insurance. Upon approach to the vehicle he smelled an odor on marijuana. A further search of the vehicle found the driver to be in Possession of Marijuana and in Possession of a Controlled Substance (Crystal Methamphetamine). The driver, a 41 year old male, was arrested and charged with such.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On February 10th MCSO Sergeant Russell was dispatched to a Welfare Check in reference to a vehicle parked in the roadway with a male passed out behind the wheel. Upon arrival the Sergeant located the male asleep. As the Sergeant woke the subject up and immediately noticed an odor of an alcoholic beverage. The male was identified by his Washington Drivers License. The subject had difficulty with balance, slurred speech and had red water eyes. He advised he had left a bar nearby and had vehicle problems. The subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to jail.

On February 10th at approximately 5:00 pm MCSO Deputy Suarez was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision in reference to a Trespasser call. A neighbor had reported a suspicious person around a residence that the occupant was not home. Upon arrival Deputy Suarez met with a male subject on scene. After contacting Dispatch it was confirmed the subject had a Criminal Trespass Warning on file for this residence. Due to the subject’s high level of intoxication a statement could not be obtained. The subject was placed into custody and transported to the South County Jail without incident. He was charged with Criminal Trespass of a Habitation.

On February 9th MCSO Deputy LaSalle responded to Littlethorn in reference to a Disturbance Call. Upon arrival a 32 year old male subject was on the ground being subdued. Parties on location said the male subject was very intoxicated and was trying to fight everyone so they subdued him until police could arrive. The subject was detained and put in hand restraints. A strong odor of an alcoholic beverage could be smelled. As he walked to the Deputy’s vehicle he had to be assisted because he was very unsteady on his feet. The subject kept repeating himself over and over even after he had answered the question. The Deputy placed him into custody for Public Intoxication and transported him to male booking.

On February 6th at approximately 3:00 am MCSO Deputy Herman was dispatched to FM249 and Pinedale for a Welfare Check. Upon arrival Deputy Herman met with a male subject who had an odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and around his person. The Deputy had Dispatch run the subjects TX Driver’s License and was advised that the subject had open warrants. Deputy Herman placed the subject into custody and transported him to the South County Jail without incident.

On February 6th at approximately 2:30 PM MCSO Deputy Suarez was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow Subdivision in reference to a Disturbance Call. Upon arrival Deputy Suarez met with the Complainant and a male subject who had been fighting. The Complainant stated that she and her husband had been arguing over money issues when he grabbed her by the back of her neck. The witness a neighbor provided a written statement that he had witness the husband grabbing his wife by the neck. The Complainant’s husband was placed into custody and transported to the MCSO County Jail for Booking.

District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)

On 02.12.10 at 10:30 AM Deputy Howze responded to the 1300 block of Snug Harbor in regards to the Burglary of a Vehicle. Complainant reported that someone forced entry into her vehicle overnight and stole electronic equipment from inside. The amount of theft was estimated to be in excess of $400. The case is currently under investigation by the Patrol Division.

On 02.13.10 at 1:15 AM Deputy Garner conducted a traffic stop in the 16200 block of SH 105 West. The male driver appeared to be intoxicated and after performing poorly on several field sobriety tests was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (Felony-3) and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $7500 bond.

On 02.13.10 at 11:30 AM Cpl. Wilkins responded to the 16800 block of W. Lynbrook in regards to the Burglary of a Vehicle. Complainant reported that someone entered his unlocked vehicle overnight and stole several electronic items along with a semi-auto handgun. The amount of theft was estimated to be in excess of $1950.00. The case is under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division.

On 02.14.10 at 11:30 AM Deputy R. Thompson responded to the 26000 block of SH 105 W. to conduct a Warrant Service. The subject in question was located and arrested on an outstanding warrant for Driving While Intoxicated and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $1500 bond.

On 02.14.10 at 11:20 PM Deputy Garner responded to the 24000 block of SH 105 W. to conduct a Warrant Service. The subject in question was located and arrested on an outstanding warrant for Driving While License Invalid (previous convictions) and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $ 10,000 bond.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

The following Shoplifting arrest(s) were made at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive:

2/8 – White Female 17 yrs old – The recovered merchandise (8 items) was valued at $78. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County jail without incident.

2/12 – White Male 17 yrs old – The recovered merchandise (3 items) was valued at $52 The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County jail without incident.

2/6 – White Female 29 yrs old, White Female 13 yrs old and White Female 10 yrs old –
All three suspects entered the children’s department and selected several items concealing them in bags then passing all points of sale without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise. They were detained by store security and returned to the store to be processed for Theft. Recovered from the adult female was 11 items valued at $323.52. Recovered from the teenage girl was 7 items valued at 197.47 and the younger girl was 6 items valued at $161.47. The two younger girls were transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe charged with Theft. The adult suspect was also found to be in possession of 13 Soma tablets, 5 Hydrocodone tablets, and 10 Xanax bars. Prior to transport to the Montgomery County Jail she was repeatedly asked if she had anymore drugs on her and she was advised of additional charges if she took drugs into the jail. During the booking process at the jail, another Hydrocodone pill was located on her person. She was charged with Theft, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.

The following Shoplifting arrest(s) were made at 3040 College Park Drive:

1/31- Black Male 30 yrs old – The recovered merchandise (5 items) was valued at $81.00.
The suspect ran when officers approached him as he was exiting the store. After a brief chase deputies were able to stop the suspect who began to actively resist by kicking at the officers as they were trying to handcuff him. The suspect was charged with Theft,
Evading on Foot, Resisting Arrest and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
He also received a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia for a blue metal crack pipe that was found on his person.

The following additional arrests were made:

2/8 – White Male 19 yrs old – was arrested after a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway.
When Dep. Flores approached the driver, she noticed a strong odor of burnt marijuana.
During the course of the investigation, a clear plastic bag containing a green leafy substance, identified as marijuana, was located. The suspect was charged with
Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

2/8 – White Male 23 yrs old and White Male 21 yrs old- were arrested after a traffic stop on Lake Woodlands Drive. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver, WM 23, was found to be in possession of marijuana and was taken into custody. The passenger was charged with Public Intoxication and also taken into custody. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

2/10 – White Female 16 yrs old – was arrested after a traffic stop on Panther Creek Drive.
Dep. Godden approached the driver and asked for her license and insurance. The driver stated she was 16 and didn’t have a driver’s license or insurance for the vehicle. During the course of the traffic stop, the suspect was found to have 7 grams of marijuana and a glass pipe in the vehicle. She was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe.
