District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On September 14, Deputy S. Squier was sent to the 18800 block of FM 1484 in reference to a disturbance involving an intoxicated female. The Deputy located the female who was yelling at two males. The Deputy requested the female to stop yelling and to calm down to which she did not. The female was detained. The 34 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 12:40am, charged with public intoxication and transported to jail.
On September 14, Deputy J. Kader, along with other Deputies were notified of a theft in progress call in the area of Settler’s Crossing and Kitty’s Lane. A male complainant was following the pickup truck occupied by two males and a female. The trio had taken copper tubing from his residence. Witnesses stated the truck had been seen with the suspects dumping scrap metal over the fence of private property and another witness said the same truck and suspects were seen dumping scrap metal into a wooded area. The Deputies arrived and located the truck and the stolen copper tubing. The three suspects, a 25 year old female from Magnolia, was detained, as were the two males, ages 24 and 25, both from Conroe. All were arrested at 5:35pm, charged with theft of copper and transported to jail.
A 23 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 2:17pm, September 15, in the 17500 block of Castlewood Drive by Sgt. P. Smith for a possession of a controlled substance warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a suspicious person call. The female was transported to jail.
A 40 year old male from Willis was arrested at 4:14pm, September 15, in the 12000 block of Old Country Road by Deputy K. Albritton for a theft warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call. The male was transported to jail.
On September 15, Deputy S. Degner was notified of a family violence assault call in the 9700 block of Sweet Gum. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her brother had gotten into an argument and he slapped her across the face. This had happened before and she advised she was afraid of him. The 23 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:50pm, charged with assault and transported to jail.
On September 16, Sgt. J. Varnell responded to the 12600 block of Paradise View Court in reference to a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a male complainant who had been struck on the side of the head by his wife who had accused him of cheating on her. Both had been drinking prior to the assault. The 50 year old female from Willis was arrested at 12:17am, charged with assault and transported to jail.
On September 16, Deputy S. Degner, along with other Deputies, was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle in progress in the 10600 block of Royal Adrian. Deputy Degner met with the complainants who had observed a male inside one of their vehicles. The male and female complainants attempted to detain the male but he got away and fled the scene. The suspect male got a ride from a passing motorist giving the reason that his grandmother was dead on the sofa at his house. The Deputies went to the location and made entry into the house where the male was detained. No one was found dead. The male was positively identified by the complainants. The 28 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:07pm and taken to jail.
On September 16, Deputy K. Berger observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the 11600 block of FM 1484. The Deputy stopped the vehicle in the 10600 block of FM1484 and the male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 35 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:34pm, charged with DWI and transported to jail.
A 45 year old female from Willis was arrested at 5:10pm, September 17, in the 8600 block of Serenity Court by Sgt. E. Ward for a theft of property warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. The female was transported to jail.
On September 18, Deputy K. Underwood was sent to the 9700 block of Lakewood Drive in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised her boyfriend had assaulted her after they had friends over. The female said she went into the bathroom with him following where he punched her on the face knocking her down and then kicked her on the upper torso. The Deputy observed numerous abrasions on the complainant and her lips were swollen along with her left eye. The 24 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:58am and transported to jail.
A 43 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 3:16pm, September 18, in the 14100 block of McComb Road by Deputy J. Kader for a bond forfeiture/failure to appear (evading) warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received information on the male’s location. The male was transported to jail.
A 57 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:10pm, September 18, in the 12300 block of Oak Leaf Road by Deputy K. Albritton for a driving while license invalid warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a 9-1-1 call from the location of the arrest. There was no emergency. The male was transported to jail.
On September 18, Deputy J. Hodges was notified of a welfare concern in the area of FM 1097 and Lake Conroe Hills Drive involving an intoxicated male. The Deputy located the male and observed him to be intoxicated, having difficulty standing and staggering around. The 47 year old male from Willis was arrested at 8:42pm and transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On September 9, 2010, Sgt. Gonzales responded a location on Chateau Woods Parkway in reference to a warrant service. Upon arrival, Sgt. Gonzales took the suspect, 30 yr old White Male, into custody for the warrant and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail. During the booking process, two white rocks were located in the suspects pant pocket. A NIK field test kit showed a positive result for cocaine. Additional charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance were added along with the original warrant.
On September 10, 2010, Deputy Martin arrested a 24 yr old White Male from Spring in the parking lot of 25550 IH-45. The suspect had been detained by customers at the restaurant when the saw him attempting to break out the windows on a vehicle. An employee found that his vehicle had been gone through and several items including his girlfriend’s checkbook and a credit card were missing. Those items were located in the suspect’s pockets. The suspect was placed into custody for Fraudulent Possession of Identifying Information. While in the backseat, the suspect was moving around and a check found that he had a clear baggy containing seven Lorcet pills and six Soma pills. The suspect was also charged with Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of a Dangerous Drug. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On September 17, 2010, Deputy Pierman was dispatched to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle call on Rayford Road. The complainant stated that when he got in his vehicle to leave work, he noticed that has GPS and Sirius Satellite were missing. He went next door to the Pawn Shop and found out that the suspect had just tried to pawn one of the items, but ran out when he walked in. The suspect, a 36 yr old White Male from Spring, was seen running northbound near IH-45 and was detained pending a positive identification. After a positive identification was made, the suspect was taken into custody for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. The suspect was also found to be in possession of 3.2 grams of Marijuana and charges for Possession of Marijuana were added.
On September 17, 2010, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to 1025 Sawdust Road in reference to a Criminal Trespass complaint. The store manager stated that the suspects in question had received a Criminal Trespass Warning from their store in Conroe, and that the Warning was issued for all locations. The suspects, a 20 yr old Black Female from Conroe and a 22 yr old Black Female from Willis, were at the customer service booth attempting to return merchandise for cash. Deputy Fruge made contact with both suspects and contacted the District Attorney’s office regarding the incident. Charges were accepted on both suspects for Criminal Trespassing and they were both transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 9/14/10 Deputy Bauer was dispatched to the 21000 block of Russell Dr. in reference to an assault family violence call. Upon his arrival he met with the victim and learned that the suspect had struck him in the face and head causing visible injuries. The suspect, Amber Villarreal, 22, of New Caney was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence.
On 9/17/10 Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to the Porter Walmart in reference to a shoplifter call. Upon his arrival he learned that James Murphy, 26, of New Caney and Jessica Vaughn, 26, of Cleveland had concealed $164 worth of merchandise from the store and left without paying for the merchandise. Both individuals were arrested and charged with Theft.
On 9/17/10 Deputy T. Smith was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle call at the Porter Walmart. Upon his arrival he made contact with Lawrence Vargas, 33, of Pharr, Texas. Vargas was found to have an active warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Theft. Vargas was arrested and charged with such.
On 9/18/10 Deputy Dunn was dispatched to the 23000 block of Stone Shire Dr. in reference to a Welfare Check. Upon his arrival he observed a female stumbling in the roadway. Upon contact with the female she was found to be intoxicated. The female, Stephanie Bamburg, 25, was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
On 9/18/10 Deputy Dunn was dispatched to a disturbance in the 26000 block of Sorters Rd. Upon his arrival he made contact with one of the parties in the disturbance and was found to be intoxicated. Joe Attaway, 33, of Porter, was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
On 9/19/10 Deputy Lebeau was dispatched to the Preserve Apartments in the 600 block of N. Kings Manor Dr. in reference to a burglary of a Motor Vehicle. The caller advised that he found two males breaking into his truck and then went into a vacant apartment. The caller then stated that the males left in a black Chrysler. Deputy Amstutz was able to locate the vehicle nearby. The two suspects were in the vehicle and the stolen property was in plain view. The suspects were found to have burglarized three vehicles and then entered a vacant apartment where the stolen property was being kept. Juan Dulanto, 20, of Humble and David Medina, 21, of Sugarland were arrested and charged with three counts of Burglary of a Vehicle and one count of Criminal Trespass.
On 9/19/10 Deputy White was dispatched to the 22000 block of Little Dirt Rd. in reference to a male lying down in the middle of the road. EMS responded and determined the male was not in need of medical attention and was highly intoxicated. Guadalupe Alvarado, 47, of New Caney was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
On 9/19/10 Deputy Dunn was dispatched to Summer Hills Blvd. in reference to a male standing in the street with a gun lying in a nearby ditch. The male was pacing back and forth. Upon detaining the male he was also found to have a pistol in his pocket. The suspect, Troy Babin, of Kingwood, was arrested and charged with Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon.
On 9/20/10 Deputy Holden and several other units were dispatched to the 17000 block of East West Ln. in reference to a disturbance. During the investigation of the disturbance one of the parties, Amber Cammack, 23, of Conroe was arrested for several traffic warrants.
On 9/21/10 Deputy Bauer was dispatched to the 21000 block of Leonard St. in reference to a Family Violence call. Prior to arriving to the residence he had met with the victim who stated that the suspect had assaulted her by striking her in the head and had taken a knife and held it to her throat and threatened to kill her. The suspect then held the knife to her stomach. The suspect did not wish to give his side of the story to the Deputies on scene. The suspect, Bret Carlson, 42, of New Caney was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
On 9/21/10 Deputy Holden was dispatched to the 24000 block of Shadows of Alpestrine in reference to a disturbance. Upon his arrival he made contact with Robert Whiteman, 28, of New Caney. Robert was found to have an active warrant through MCSO for Harassment and was arrested for such.
On 9/21/10 suspect Kenneth Haith, 17, of Splendora, was identified in Cleveland and arrested for an active warrant for Indecency with a Child through MCSO. The suspect was transported to the MCSO Detectives Office and was subsequently arrested and charged by Detective Bivens.
On 9/21/10 Deputy Amstutz was on patrol and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 25000 block of Almarie Drive for No Insurance. As Deputy Amstutz approached the vehicle he observed several items of property in plain view that raised suspicions about the property being stolen. During his investigation the Deputy was able to determine that the items that were observed and found in the vehicle were stolen in numerous car burglaries that had occurred the night before in the Valley Ranch Subdivision. Daniela Hawthorne, 19, of New Caney, Ashley Malone, 28, of Houston, Franklin Fruia, 18, of Houston and Christopher Hatton, 22, of Houston were all charged with 3 counts of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and one count of Possession of Identifying Information.
On 9/21/10 Deputy Dunn was dispatched to the area of FM 1314 at Gene Campbell in reference to a suspicious vehicle call. Upon his arrival he found the driver in the car and was extremely intoxicated. The male, Henry Harris, 32, of Houston was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On September 19th Deputy Tavarez was dispatched to the 34000 Block of Bernice Road in Pinehurst in reference to a Disturbance in Progress. Upon arrival Deputy Tavarez met with the 46 year old female Complainant who advised she and her husband had arrived home from a club and her husband for no apparent reason had become angry and belligerent. He had grabbed her by the arm and by the neck and slammed her up against the bathroom mirror. He then let go of her and broke the bathroom door in half. The Complainant then left the residence and went to a neighbor’s house to call 911. The husband a 39 year old male subject was arrested for Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 19th Sergeant Bybee was dispatched to the Cripple Creek subdivision in reference to a Family Violence in progress. Upon arrival the Sergeant made contact with two subjects. The 31 year old female subject stated she and her husband had been arguing for weeks about financial difficulties and today it had turned physical. The 35 year old male subject advised that his wife had become irate and began throwing things. Both subjects were issued citations for Assault by Contact Family Violence.
On September 18th Deputy Birch while conducting a theft investigation ran the two suspects in a theft case and discovered one subject a 34 year old female had an active warrant out of Montgomery County for Harassment. Once the warrant was confirmed through Dispatch the subject was placed into custody and transported to female booking.
On September 18th Deputy Suarez was sitting at the traffic light at FM 1774 and Misty Meadow Drive when he observed a gray pick-up traveling west on Misty Meadow at a high rate of speed and turning south on FM 1774. The vehicle drove into the north bound lanes of traffic and made several abrupt turns into the south bound lanes without concern for other vehicles on the roadway. Deputy Suarez activated his emergency lights and siren and gave chase. The vehicle was stopped 200 feet north of High Meadow Ranch on FM 1774. The driver was placed into custody for reckless driving and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 16th Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the Target Parking lot located at FM 2978 and Fm 1488 in reference to a Welfare Check. Upon arrival Deputy Zavorski located a 51 year old male subject sitting in his vehicle with the driver’s door partially open and the headlights flashing on and off. The subject had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and person. The subject did not know where he was and believed he was in a Kroger parking lot in Spring waiting on his wife to come out of the store. The subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 15th Deputy Suarez was dispatched to the 29000 Block of Sweetwater in reference to a Family Violence in Progress call. Upon arrival Deputy Suarez met with the 54 year old female Complainant who advised she had went to the Harris County Jail to post her husband’s bond and had picked him up that morning. Once they had returned home they both got into an argument regarding the money used to bond him out. He had pushed her and when she tried to call 911 he had grabbed her phone and threw down on the ground causing it to break. The 50 year old male subject was arrested and charged with Interference with Emergency Call and Assault Family Violence. The subject was transported to the South County Jail.
On September 14th Deputy Holland and Sergeant Russell responded to a suspicious vehicle call on Baltic Avenue regarding a white truck. While in route the Deputies observed a white truck matching the description of the suspicious vehicle parked in a driveway on Dobbin Huffsmith. A 28 year old male subject was standing beside the vehicle and the vehicle was running. Deputy Hollan could detect a strong odor of alcohol beverage on the subject’s breath and person. The subject was unsteady on his feet and had slurred speech. The subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 14th Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to the Indigo Lakes Subdivision in reference to Burglary of Vehicles. Upon arrival Deputy Lasalle met with the Complainant who advised that at approximately 7:20 am she had discovered her two vehicles a silver Porsche and a Black BMW had been burglarized. The Complainant advised that both vehicles had been left unlocked overnight. An iPod and amplifier were stolen, but subsequently left at the end of the drive way and recovered by the Complainant’s husband. Latent prints from the driver’s side door and window of the Porsche were collected and submitted to the Crime Lab.
On September 14th Deputy Kerr was dispatched to the 28000 Block of Diamond Creek in reference to a Burglary of a Vehicle. Upon arrival Deputy Kerr met with the Complainant who advised he had parked his truck in the front driveway and had left it unlocked the night before. Someone had stolen his hand tools, GPS and radar detector. There was no evidence found at the scene and prints unattainable due to the condition of the work vehicle.
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
On 09/18/10 Deputy Jackson conducted a Traffic Stop in the 17500 block of SH 105 W. During the investigation it was learned that the female driver had an outstanding warrant for Theft. The subject was arrested and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on an undetermined bond.
On 09/18/10 Deputy’s Lowe and Scanlon observed a suspicious vehicle parked behind a building in an alley along the 11800 block of Walden Rd. Investigation revealed several individuals inside the vehicle with one being found in possession of marijuana. This male subject was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Misdemeanor B and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $500 bond.
On 09/19/10 Deputy Garner responded to the 16800 block of W Juneau in regards to an Assault. Investigation revealed where a male and female, boyfriend/girlfriend, had been involved in a physical altercation. It was reported that the female had struck the male several times and attempted to strangle him around his neck. The female was arrested for Assault (Family Violence) (Strangulation) Felony 3 and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $3,000 bond.
On 09/20/10 Deputy Garner responded to the 13900 block of Lewis Lane in regards to an Assault. Investigation revealed that two adult females, mother/daughter, had been involved in a physical altercation. It was reported that the daughter had struck her mother several times and pushed her down. No injuries were sustained by either individual during the altercation. The daughter was arrested for Assault (Family Violence) Misdemeanor C and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on an undetermined bond.
On 09/21/10 Deputy Durbin observed a disturbance taking place in the parking lot of an establishment in the 19300 block of SH 105 W. Investigation revealed that two male individuals had been involved in a physical altercation after an argument over a game of pool. One of the males was arrested for Assault, Misdemeanor A and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $750 bond.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On September 10, 2010 at approximately 8:50 p.m., Lt. Fitzgerald was traveling eastbound on Research Forest near Cochran’s crossing when he observed a vehicle sitting partially in the lane of traffic and the shoulder. Lt. Fitzgerald stopped to check the welfare of the driver. As he approached the vehicle he could see heavy damage to the tires and rims of the driver’s side of the vehicle, and due to tire marks on the scene, it appeared the driver had struck the center median. Upon speaking with the driver, Lt. Fitzgerald noticed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the driver’s breath. The driver, 45 yr old White Female from the Woodlands, was given the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests on scene. A portable breath test was also conducted and due to the results of tests given, the suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On September 13, 2010 Deputy Hook was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands in regards to a Theft. Upon arrival, Deputy Hook met with the mall security officer who had the suspect, 21 yr old White male from The Woodlands, in custody. The suspect had taken a pair of sunglasses from a kiosk in the mall. Deputy Hook made contact with the suspect and noticed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the suspects breath. After completing an HGN test, the suspect was taken into custody for Public Intoxication. While en route to the jail, the suspect was moving around and Deputy Hook could hear what sounded like cellophane wrapping. At that time, Deputy Hook found the suspect had removed from his person, a package containing nine and a half yellow pills identified as Alprazolam. Deputy Hook contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The suspect was also issued a citation for the original theft charge.
On September 14, 2010 Deputy Underwood arrested a 25 yr old White Female from Galveston, after a traffic stop for speeding on Grogan’s Mill. The suspect indicated that she did not have her driver’s license with her. Deputy Underwood was unable to locate a driver’s license or identification card with the information provided by the subject. A check of the name using different spellings did locate a Texas DL and several warrants from Tomball PD. The suspect was arrested for Failure to Identify. During the inventory of her vehicle, her purse was located and brought to the car. The suspect was adamant that the purse remain with the vehicle. When asked why, she admitted that her license was in the purse. While retrieving the license, Deputy Underwood found that the suspect had .07 oz. of marijuana inside her purse. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Failure to Identify and Possession of Marijuana.
On September 19, 2010 at approximately 1 am, Sgt. Moore and several District 6 units responded to the area of Kuykendahl and Bay Branch in reference to a welfare check. Dispatch advised that they were receiving several calls in reference to a naked male walking in the middle of Kuykendahl. Dispatch also advised they received information that the male was also laying across the center line of both north and south bound lanes. Sgt. Moore was the first to arrive on scene and observed a white male walking in the center of Kuykendahl completely naked and covered in sweat and bleeding scratches. Sgt. Moore made contact with the male and was able to convince him to sit down but the man ran away. Sgt. Moore chased the subject for approximately 200 yards before losing sight of him on a dark bike path at Bay Branch and Cochrans Crossing. Responding units, Drake and Runnells, were able to locate the subject by the sound of a crashing fence near Candle Pines. They entered the back yard of a residence and found the naked male attempting to break the rear door of the residence. Deputies observed the female home owner attempting to hold the back door closed. Deputy Drake used his Taser on the suspect. The suspect was then handcuffed and escorted to a patrol car until EMS arrived. While waiting on EMS, it was obvious the subject was intoxicated and/or on some type of drug. EMS arrived and transported the 16 year old male to Woodlands ER. The male later told deputies that he had taken “Acid.”

9/7 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 31 yr old White Female from The Woodlands at 1201 Lake Front Circle for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $152.94 worth of merchandise from Sears. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
9/11 – Deputy Pternitis arrested a 42 yr old White Female from the Woodlands at 3040 College Park Drive for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $109.00 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
9/12 – Deputy Aguilar arrested a 44 yr old White Female from The Woodlands at 3040 College Park Drive for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $646.67 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
9/15 – Deputy Rodriguez arrest an 18 yr old White Male from Willis at 1201 Lake Front Circle for Theft. The suspect attempted to take a $50 bottle of men’s cologne from Hollister’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
9/15 – Deputy Koonce arrested a 20 yr old White Male from The Woodlands at 1201 Lake Front Circle for Theft. The suspect, a store employee, attempted to take $51.95 worth of merchandise from Sears. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
9/17 – Deputy Viands arrested a 39 yr old White Male from Houston at 1201 Lake Front Circle for Theft. The suspect attempted to take $300.00 worth of Men’s Fragrance Gift Sets from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Charges were upgraded from Class B Misdemeanor to State Jail Felony due to multiple theft convictions on his record. The suspect was also booked on a Larceny warrant out of Galveston County.
