The Montgomery County Pct 4 Constable’s Office will be out in full force in an effort to combat intoxicated or impaired drivers along the roadways of East Montgomery County.
As we have stated, DWI offenses and alcohol related deaths have impacted our community and these cases are fully preventable and should never happen. This office, along with the District Attorney’s Office will go to great extremes in the prosecution of impaired and intoxicated driving.
Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden believes in a proactive approach in our community and will be on the roadway along with his Deputies enforcing a Zero tolerance policy for all intoxicated drivers.
This weekend will also be DWI No Refusal Weekend as the County has implemented in the past and drivers are put on notice that if you drink and drive you will submit to either a breath sample or a warrant for the taking of a blood sample will be issued. Constable Hayden would like to wish everyone in Montgomery County to have a happy and safe New Year and to be responsible if you choose to drink. “You can prevent being a statistic by designating someone sober to drive.”
