MIB CRACK RASH OF SPLENDORA BURGLARIES

Friday evening about 9:50 pm. Constable Kenneth Hayden, Chief Barry Welch Corporal Looza, Deputy Ford and Deputy Bergland with the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Office, Went to 23187 Gray Rd. On a Burglary Investigation, while on scene, Deputies arrested a white female identified as Rachel, Pinkard for possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) and a white male identified John Ables for JP4 warrants and possession of stolen property. The Deputies on scene recovered numerous items link to a rash of burglaries in the area. Further investigation led to the recovery of more stolen items form different locations among the items were several flat screen televisions, a DVD player, a pistol, several cameras and a video camera. Some of the property was released to their owners; the rest of the property was placed at the Precinct 4 office for safe keeping. The primary suspect was identified Marshall Tyner a 24 year old white male linked to numerous burglaries, possibly driving a black Pontiac Grand Am with chrome wheels.
