Constable Hayden and the MIB continue to shut down the drug trafficing in East Montgomery County.
On March 24, 2010 at 9:40a.m. Reserve Deputy McHugh alomng with his partner Corporal Looza conducted a traffic stop on a silver truck in the Grangerland area near FM3083 and Old Houston Road for a traffic violation. The passenger of the vehicle identified as 47-year-old Debbie Blevins from Conroe was arrested after sdhe was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail with a bond of $1500.
On March 25, 2010 at 5:00pm Deputy Rivera assisted HPD with stopping a known drug dealer that was located in East Montgomery County. Christopher Milazzo, age 41 was placed under arrest after he was found to be in possession of Morphine, Xanax, and some pills.
On March 25, 2010 at 130am Deputy Bergland conducted a traffic stop on a white truck in the Old Houston Road area for a traffic violation. The passenger of the truck was identified as 43 year-old Kevin Booth from Conroe. Further investigation led to his arrest after he was found to be in possession on Marijuana and pills.
On March 25, 2010 at 10:30pm Deputy Bergland attempted to conduct a trafficc stop on a gray car at FM1314 and SH242. The driver of the car, Jason Malk, age 29 of Conroe led Bergland on a short chase. As the driver got to his home he jumped out of the vehicle and fled on foot with Bergland behind him.
Malk was found to be in possession of two guns, one of which was stolen in addition to narcotics. He attempted to destroy some of the narcotics which was halted by Bergland. He was charged with four seperate felony counts and booked into the Montgomery County Jail with bonds totaling $112,000. Malk’s vehicle was aso seized as it was used in the commission of a felony.
On March 27, 2010 at 8:00pm Reserve Deputy McHugh and Corporal Looza conducted a traffic stop on McClusky Drive near the East Montgomery County Annex. Arrested on that stop was 36-year-old Michael Mullins from Anahuac was arrested for possession of Marijuana.
On March 28, 2010 at 740pm Deputy Chapa conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a seat belt violation with Clarence Goodson age 43, of Porter. After checking his identification he was found to be a wanted felon with multiple warrants. As he was placed in custody Deputy Chapa located a loaded 9mm hand gun near his person. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail .
On March 27, 2010 at 10:30pm Corporal Looza and Deputy McHugh spotted a suspicious vehicle in the Pioneer Trails area of Porter. Juan Tores-Andrade age 24 of Conroe appeared to be very intoxicated. He was arrested for public intoxication and also for providing alcohol to Two minors in the vehicle.
