MIB-REPORT

For the week ending March 23, 2010 the Precinct 4 Constables Office reported the following activity:
16 civil papers served
1 writ served
12 evictions
49 JP4 warrants were cleared with arrests
8 Montgomery County misdemeanor warrants were cleared
3 Felony warrants were cleared
Two of the wanted felons had active arrest warrants from the Texas Pardons and Parole Board. 39 year old Garrett Fife from Porter had been arrested more than 10 times in Montgomery County. He had been released from TDC after serving time for a narcotics offense. 31 year old Charles Bradford from Conroe had been arrested in Montgomery County more than 20 times, he too had been released from TDC after serving time on a narcotics charge. Both Fife and Bradford will be going back to their old home at the Texas Department of Corrections

Eight vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County for no DL and no insurance and twenty-three citations were issued to the drivers for traffic violations. Four other vehicles were towed after the driver’s were arrested during a traffic stop. Two stolen vehicles were recovered by Pct. 4 Deputies.

On 03-18-10 at 8:00 pm Corporal Looza and his partner Reserve Deputy Sapp conducted a traffic stop on a back car in the Porter area for several traffic violations. The driver was identified as 31 year old Calvin Dunbar from Houston. The passenger was identified as 29 year old Daniel Mizwa from Porter. Further investigation lead to a narcotics arrest for both men after math was found with both men. Calvin had some of the narcotics packaged and ready for sale. Both were charged with possession of a controlled substance. They were taken to the Montgomery County Jail. Their bonds were set at $50,000 each.

On 03-20-10 at 8:00 pm Reserve Deputy Sapp along with his partner Corporal Looza responded to a gas station at Hwy 59 and FM 1314 in Porter to assist The Porter Fire Department who where on scene of a minor auto accident where the driver appeared to be very intoxicated. Deputy Sapp arrived on scene and met with 42 year old Susan George from Humble, who had a strong odor of alcohol coming from her body and breath. There were witnesses on scene who advised Deputy Sapp that this person had been driving on a public roadway, and appeared to be intoxicated. Deputy Sapp preformed several field sobriety test on Susan, who was unable to pass. Susan was arrested for DWI and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe. Her bond was set at $600.
