A family in the area of Miller Road / Red Oak / Meadowlake Road / N. Duck Creek Rd is hoping something has their missing four-legged family member, who’s been missing since they evacuated during the wildfires earlier this week. Their miniature brown donkey is 9 1/2 months old, and they were unable to get him evacuated before they were no longer able to return. They left a gate open so he wouldn’t be trapped, and he apparently used it. He’s been missing since Wednesday night.

His human family hopes someone picked him up and just doesn’t know where he belongs. They asked us to post his baby pic and request whoever may have him call them and make arrangements for them to get him back home. They say he isn’t always nice, so it’s possible someone tried to help him and he didn’t cooperate. Anyone who’s seen him or has some idea what direction he went should call and let them know where to continue searching.
