HARRIS COUNTY, TX— On Wednesday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a missing child report in the 11700 block of Northpointe Boulevard. Working alongside the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, deputies launched a swift and thorough investigation.
Their efforts led to the successful recovery of a missing 10-year-old girl, who was safely reunited with her family shortly after being located.
During the investigation, deputies identified a female at the scene as 33-year-old Brenda Peres. A records check revealed she had an active warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Deputies arrested Peres without incident.
“Brenda Peres was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the warrant. She is awaiting bond out of the 232nd District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
