9:51 p.m. An 82-year-old man with early onset dementia is missing tonight.
Dave Weitzel is believed to have left his home in the Conroe area before lunchtime Monday in his pickup, and could be almost anywhere by now.
Mr. Weitzel is 5 feet 6 inches or 5 feet 7 inches, bald, with glasses. He was wearing jeans and a plaid shirt. He may or may not have a jacket. (scroll down for more pics)
The truck is a gold 2001 GMC pickup, Texas License Plate: DR82P.
The truck has a bed cover, or “lid,” and an 82nd Airborne sticker on back. The plates are special Astros plates.
We are working on getting a photo of Mr. Weitzel.
