UPDATE-SUSPECT IDENTIFIED
Just after 2am Montgomery County deputies spotted a black male burglarizing a motor vehicle on Valley Wood Lane. The male fled the scene and a pursuit was initiated. The chase continued into Harris County where Harris County and Houston Police assisted in the chase. The male exited West Mount Houston and traveled east to Airline Drive. In the 9100 block of Airline, with his blown tire leaving a trail he turned into an apartment complex and parked the vehicle in a parking spot and fled. A perimeter was set up and in a short time Houston Police spotted the suspect approximately five blocks away. He was turned over to Montgomery County Deputies.
Johnny Lee Green, 51, of 10002 Milda Drive in Houston is now in the Montgomery County Jail charged with evading arrest with a motor vehicle and burglary of a motor vehicle with two or more convictions. Currently there is NO BOND
Green has had several brushes with the law before.

He has made ten trips to TDC. His cases include Harris County, Fort Bend County, Chambers County, Galveston County. He will now be introduced to Montgomery County. His case was assigned to the 9th District Court, Judge Kelly Case.
