MONTGOMERY COUNTY INDICTMENTS FROM MARCH 4 2010

The following were indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury on March 4, 2010

On November 25, 2009 Christopher Lee James age 26 was arrested by MCSO for retaliation and now has been indicted. James remains in the Montgomery County Jail on several other charges including PI, fail to appear , another PI which are in Conroe. With Judge Mets he has several additional charges including no liability insurance, failure to appear, no drivers license, violate promise to appear. His bonds total $5000.

On December 10, 2009 Timothy Scott Harvey, 34, of Houston was arrested in EMC by MCSO on two charges of Possession of a controlled substance and continues to be held on a $30,000 bond. In addition he has a delivery charge pending.

On January 15, 2010 Michael Gregory Oertli, age 34 of an unknown address was arrested by MCSO of two counts of fraud and continues to be held. His case is assigned to the 435th court.

On February 10, 2010 Tommy Lee Hoot of Conroe was arrested on January 15, 2010 charge of Theft of wire of cable. He is also being held on a blue warrant and a false drug test falsification device with a $1000 bond. He has a $25,000 bond on the theft charge and a no bond on the TDC blue warrant.

On January 22, 201 Paula Renee Kiser of Tulsa Oklahoma was arrested by Conroe Police for possession and then coming into the jail more hidden on her person.

On December 13, 2009 MCSO arrested Juan Antonio Hernadez of Conroe. He has been indicted on possession and also a blue warrant and remains in the Tommy Gage Bed and Breakfast.

Others who are not in custody but were indicted are:

Gabriael Schweigart on a 3rd or more DWI
Genella L. Owens, theft
Donald R. Morgan II, evading arrest
Vid Y. Deva, on possession of a controlled substance.
Patricia R. Clark was arrested in December on a theft charge.
Finis Flemming, fraudulent use and possession of identifying information
Tyson r. Sweat, unauthorized use of a motorvehicle
James D. Whatley, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm.
