A vehicle search rendered a quarter kilo of powder cocaine.  The large amount of cocaine was found hidden in the front floorboard of Quaid’s vehicle.  Trooper Raider was ecstatic.  Trooper Clenneden placed William Quaid under arrest for felony possession of a controlled substance.  Quaid was booked into Polk County Jail.  Quaid’s vehicle was recovered by Ken’s Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
