Mass of Christian Burial for Edward Peter Olszowy will be held Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at 2:00pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Committal services following in Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, June 14, 2010 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm with the Rosary being held at 7:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. Edward was born July 9, 1954 in Auburn, Michigan to Clemence and Nova Olszowy and entered into rest on June 11, 2010 in Conroe, Texas. Edward served with the Needham Volunteer Fire Department for 18 years. He is the current ESD#1 Board Member of the North Montgomery County Volunteer Fire Department. Edward is preceded in death by his father, Clemence Olszowy. He is survived by his loving wife, Sylvia Olszowy of Willis, TX; his children, Christina King and husband Jerry of Porter, TX, Stacy Lee of Conroe, TX and Catherine “Jake” Lee of Conroe, TX; mother, Nova Manczak and her husband Leonard of Bay City, MI; sisters, Linda Miles and husband Craig of Midland, MI, Janine Olszowy of Bay City, MI and Carol Goodwin and husband Randy of Bay City, MI; brothers, Ronald Olszowy of Oakton, VA, Kenneth Olszowy and wife Lorraine of Fresno, CA, Kevin Olszowy of Fort Wayne, IN, Calvin Olszowy of Bay City, MI and Raymond Olszowy of Auburn, MI; grandchildren, Autumn Lee of Conroe, TX, Lauren King of Porter, TX and Scott King of Porter, TX; nephew, John Miles and wife Heather of Bad Axe, MI; nieces, Michelle Dudycha and husband Adam of Paw Paw, MI, Lisa Miles of Midland, MI, Kristen Miles of Midland, MI, Ceara Goodwin of Bay City, MI and RaeAnn Goodwin of Bay City, MI; two grand nephews, Hayden Miles and Logan Miles both of Bad Axe, MI.
