Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 Deputies served 103 civil papers with 19 evictions and 10 writs throughout East Montgomery County. Numerous suspects were arrested, clearing 57 JP4 warrants, 16 Montgomery County warrants, 5 City of Humble warrants, 1 Liberty County warrant and 1 Harris County warrant.
No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way!
Precinct 4 had 45 vehicles towed because drivers had no license and/or no insurance and 25 towed because the drivers were arrested.

Dianna Fay Quinn, 41, of Houston is charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Around 10 a.m. Sunday, Quinn was traveling south on Loop 494 near E. Memorial when she swerved into a ditch, where her vehicle flipped on its side and became stuck. Deputies R. Ford and E. Rivera responded and found Quinn belligerent and smelling of alcohol. Quinn claimed the crash occurred because she was texting. When Deputy Rivera asked for Quinn’s driver’s license, she instead produced a credit card. Quinn subsequently failed a standard field sobriety test and was taken into custody.

Tristan Ignacio III, 26, of Houston is charged with Racing Act.
On June 4, just after 1 a.m., Cpl. A. Looza and Deputy J. Brown were patrolling southbound Hwy 59 in East Montgomery County when they saw a pair of Ford Mustangs racing. The vehicle driven by Ignacio reached speeds of nearly 130 mph before the deputies stopped him. Ignacio’s passenger had a video camera containing multiple videos of previous races. The camera was taken as evidence.

Ella Mae Oshell, 47, of Porter is charged with Direct Contempt (of Court).
On June 2, Ms. Oshell appeared in the Precinct 4 Court under court order and was belligerent toward the bailiffs and obviously intoxicated. Deputies detained Oshell and an Intoxilyzer confirmed she was legally impaired.

Danny Joe Miller, 31, of Conroe is charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle (state jail felony) and two outstanding JP4 warrants.
Around 8 p.m. on June 2, Deputy C. Turrentine was westbound on SH 105 when he initiated a traffic stop on a motorcycle driven by Miller. Upon checking Miller’s driver’s license, Deputy Turrentine found Miller had two outstanding warrants and placed him in custody. A check of the bike’s VIN showed it was stolen.
Bobby Ray Burks, 31, of Houston is charged with first-degree felony Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana.
On June 1, around 9 p.m., Deputy Kevin Cooke initiated a routine traffic stop on a Ford Taurus sedan on Loop 494 near Kingwood. A search of the vehicle revealed a clear plastic bag containing MDMA (Ecstasy) tablets and another plastic bag containing marijuana.
Marvin C. Johnson IV, 27, of Splendora is charged with Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana and an outstanding JP warrant.
Dolton K. Paul, 18, of Splendora is charged with Public Intoxication.
On May 24, around 10 a.m., Deputy D. Smith and Sgt. R. Warwick responded to a suspicious persons dispatch on Daw Collins Road at FM 2090. They arrived to find Johnson and Paul sitting in a ditch. Johnson had an outstanding warrant and marijuana on his person. Paul was intoxicated. Their reasons for making a ditch a gathering place are unknown.
Paula Juanette Pifer, 36, of Kingwood is charged with third-degree felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and two active county warrants.
Deputy C. Turrentine arrested Pifer around 8:30 p.m. on Friday. Turrentine initially arrested Pifer on the outstanding warrants, but because her vehicle was about to be towed, an inventory was performed, revealing methamphetamine.
Joshua Deshawn Alexander, 20, of Tomball is charged with Possession of Marijuana.
Dillard Dion Baines, 36, of Winnfield, Louisiana is charged with misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana and three outstanding JP4 warrants.
Marco Eduardo Hernandez, 23, of Porter is charged with Public Intoxication.
William Lee Ring, 26, of Spring is charged with misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana and JP4 warrants.
