The Montgomery County Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force has been working hard at protecting our children here in Montgomery County. On October 4, 2017 through investigations lead by Montgomery County Constable’s Pct. 2 Investigator Thomason, Lewis D. Richardson, a 35 year old male and resident of the Magnolia Bend subdivision, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of indecency with a child, 1 count of continuous aggravated sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography.
Richardson appeared in the 345th District court on May 1, 2018 and was convicted in a plea deal. Richardson’s accepted plea deal found him guilty on 2 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and 1 count of sexual assault of a child giving him 20 years for each count to be served concurrently.
ICAC is serious about protecting the children of Montgomery County and work feverishly to do so. This is a huge conviction and we here at Precinct 2 are very proud of Investigator Thomason and his dedication to protecting our children!
