1/26/17 around 3:45am PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop in Splendora. The driver identified as Northcutt-Reed, Anthony 08/16/1994 from Splendora, passengers were identified as Edward, Justin 10/24/1995, Scott, Courtney 11/15/1994 and Zimmerman, Blake 04/14/1994. Northcutt-Reed was allegedly in possession of marijuana and a dangerous drug. And arrested for a class A misdemeanor charge of possession of a dangerous drug.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/26/17 around 4:45pm PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop. The driver was identified as Reeder, Ronald 10/30/1959 and the passenger as Luck, Jack 08/17/1956 from Porter. Reeder and Luck both had invalid TDL’s, Luck allegedly was in possession of a controlled substance and arrested for a state jail felony charge of possession of controlled substance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/27/17 around 10:00am PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop in Conroe when officer unable to verify the Michigan vehicle registration. The driver continued traveling approximately 7 miles, despite attempts to get him to stop while using the sirens equipped on the patrol car. The driver was identified by a canceled Arizona DL as Heairet, Bryan 05/11/1966 from New Caney and stated the vehicle was actually registered in Arizona. Heairet consented to a search of the vehicle without being asked and was allegedly in possession of marijuana. Heairet was arrested for a class B misdemeanor charge for possession of marijuana.

 
1/27/17 around 12:00pm PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop in Kingwood. The driver was identified as Hanna, Matthew 02/13/1991 from New Caney and driving while license invalid. Hanna admitted he was driving with an invalid license due to delinquent surcharges and had previously been arrested for possession marijuana in the past. Prior to the vehicle being towed, an inventory of the vehicle was taken when cash and a clear baggy containing a white powder like substance was discovered. Hanna was allegedly in possession of a controlled substance and arrested for the state felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/28/17 around 12:00pm PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop in Porter. The driver was identified by a Texas ID as Rachal, Joseph 12/01/1986 from Porter. Rachal stated that his driver license was suspended due to a DWI, nor was the vehicle registered or insured. Rachal was arrested for a class B misdemeanor charge for driving while license invalid. The passenger was identified with a Texas ID as Brown, Katy 09/03/1980 from Montgomery. Brown was arrested after confirming 2 active warrants for failure to appear, from Montgomery County.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/28/17 around 3:30pm PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop for defective equipment in Roman Forest. The driver was identified by his Texas ID card as Rios, Miguel 06/22/1996 from New Caney. A strong odor of marijuana was emitted from the vehicle, causing a probable cause search. Rios advised there were some roaches in the ashtray. Rios was allegedly in possession of marijuana as a clear plastic bag containing a green leafy substance and a red and clear hookah pipe were located. Rios was arrested for the class B misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/29/17 around 2:15am PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop in the Kingwood area. Three occupants were identified through dispatch. Brandon, Holly 05/03/1993 from Dayton was arrested for six misdemeanor warrants for criminal trespass, driving with no seat belt, driving while license invalid, 2 failure to appear and violating promise to appear.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/29/17 around 3:45pm PCT 4 responded to a disturbance in progress in Conroe. The reportees stated the son was destroying the residence and coming down off narcotics and that he was suicidal. Reportee also advised the son had an airsoft pistol and would attempt suicide by cop and that the son had an active warrant and identified as Davis, Brandon 11/05/1980 from Porter. Davis advised PCT 4 deputy that he had consumed 60-75 Xanax. At the advice of EMC, Davis was then transported directly to Kingwood ER. Davis escaped from the hospital to return home, the reportees stayed on the phone with the PCT 4 deputy while en route to the home, as an obvious disturbance was heard before being disconnected. Reportee advised that Davis was at the end of the hallway in the bathroom. Davis opened the bathroom door, brandishing a knife to his neck, then slammed the door. Forced entry was made into the bathroom and a taser was deployed while Davis continued to wield the knife. Davis was struck in his chest causing him to fall and drop the knife. Being medically cleared by the physician at Kingwood ER, Davis was arrested for the Felony 3 warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/30/17 around 3:45am PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop in New Caney. The driver was identified by her Texas DL as Johnson, Sierra 8/19/1993 from New Caney and the passenger by her Texas DL as Armstrong, Monica 7/22/1992 from New Caney. A strong odor of marijuana emitted from the vehicle and the occupants were alleged to be in possession of marijuana and were questioned if marijuana was in the vehicle, and both occupants denied the existence of marijuana in the vehicle. Johnson agreed to the vehicle search and again Johnson and Armstrong were questioned about the presence of drugs in the vehicle. Armstrong stated she had marijuana in the center console, consisting of a glass jar, containing two plastic baggies with a green leafy substance inside of them, as well as a marijuana shake and a glass pipe. Johnson’s purse contained a small glass jar with marijuana inside of it and in the rear center console cup holder was a Swisher Sweet package containing a marijuana blunt cigarette, claimed by Armstrong. Johnson and Armstrong were arrested for class B misdemeanor charges for possession of marijuana.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/31/17 around 3:00pm PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop in Porter. The driver identified by his Texas ID as Ring, Cristal 04/06/1976 from Porter. Ring was arrested for an active state jail felony warrant out of Harris County for theft.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/31/17 around 4:00pm PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop in New Caney. The driver was identified by his Texas ID as Molina, Thomas 09/25/1958 from Cleveland. Molina was arrested for a warrant for probation violation, out of Brazoria County, for a class B misdemeanor charge for possession of marijuana.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/31/17 around 7:15pm PCT 4 was involved in a pursuit in Kingwood. A motorcycle was observed on a public roadway without a LP, at which point emergency lights and sirens were activated. The operator of the motorcycle accelerated speeds in excess of 50 mph in a posted 30 mph residential area. The pursuit continued for approximately 3 miles as the operator attempted to elude the patrol unit, only to come upon two HPD officers working an unrelated vehicle crash. Held at gunpoint by one of the HPD-Kingwood District officers, the operator was uncooperative and as he came off of the motorcycle and a 9 mm Sig Sauer P232 SL fell from one of his boots onto the ground next to his hands. The PCT 4 deputy reacted quickly and laid on top of the male, grabbing both of his wrists to keep the suspect from grabbing the handgun, which was loaded with five bullets in the magazine and one in the chamber. After restraining the suspect, a search was conducted to discover multiple illegal items and the male was alleged to have been in possession of a controlled substance. A shoebox with within the backpack he was wearing, contained multiple clear plastic bags with a clear crystal like substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine, with a total weight exceeding 100 grams. Drug paraphernalia such as a scale, various plastic bags, glass pipes, a plastic container with crystal residue, marijuana in a clear plastic bag, as well as pills known as a controlled substance. A small notepad/ledger showing amounts collected/owed by individuals. The motorcycles ignition was missing and it was confirmed as stolen out of Conroe PD December 2016 by the owner residing in the Woodlands. After a complete criminal history check on the male, identified as Shaffer, Dillon 10/15/1991 from Kingwood who was wearing a GPS ankle monitor on his left leg. Shaffer has a prior felony conviction and an active blue warrant for a pardon and parole violation. Shaffer was arrested on a multitude of charges ranging from; a Felony 1 charge for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, three state jail felonies for evading arrest with a vehicle, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and unauthorized use of a vehicle, a felony 3 charge for possession of a controlled substance. Shaffer not eligible for bond.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/31/17 around 8:00pm PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop off of 1485/242. Two males were identified Miller, Olan 02/02/1967 from Porter and Hill, Lyndell 12/08/1968 from Groveton. Both males were arrested, Miller for a misdemeanor warrant out of Harris County for theft and Hill for two misdemeanor warrants from Montgomery County for failure to appear and Capias.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/31/17 around 11:00pm PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop in Porter. The passenger identified by his Texas DL was identified as Anglin, Austin 02/24/1996 from New Caney. Anglin was arrested for an outstanding warrant in Montgomery County for a class C misdemeanor charge for speeding.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2/1/17 around 9:30pm PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop in New Caney. The driver, Dutton, Sara 3/20/1987 from New Caney stated she did not have a Texas DL or ID. The passenger was identified by his Texas ID as Sheets, Jr., David 4/11/1987 from Dickinson. The vehicles interior was completely covered in graffiti with profanity and Aryan Brotherhood gang symbols. During the pat down of Sheets a plastic bag with a clear crystal substance was found in one front jean pocket and while retrieving a razor knife out of the other jean pocket, another bag with a clear crystal substance was discovered. Sheets was detained after allegedly being in possession of a controlled substance, after a field test confirmed the presence of methamphetamine in both baggies. Sheets and Dutton agreed to a vehicle search and Sheets advised the glass pipe used to smoke meth, was his and both denied the prescription drugs that were found. The vehicle was reported stolen from a rental car company on 11/21/16 after the renter Dowling, Brandon 05/16/1982 lent the vehicle to a friend Newark, Todd, who later got arrested. Dutton did not have permission to drive the vehicle. The rental car company will press charges for criminal mischief. Sheets, who is on parole, was arrested for a state felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. Dutton was arrested for two class A misdemeanor charges for possession of a dangerous drug and a class B misdemeanor charge for possession of a controlled substance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2/2/17 around 4:45am PCT 4 made contact with a suspicious male in Porter. The male was identified as Sowell, Jeffry 03/03/1994 from Beaumont. The male, covered in dirt with wet pants, clothing torn in various locations, with scratches all over his head and arms, consistent with barb wire tears, matched the description of a male that led deputies on a pursuit in a stolen vehicle the day before. The male identified as Sowell, Jeffry 03/03/1994 was detained while his criminal history was checked. Sowell was arrested for two state felony warrants for order of arrest and a parole/blue warrant and a felony one warrant for aggravated robbery.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2/2/17 around 11:30am PCT 4 conducted a traffic stop in New Caney. The white female passenger identified as Russell, Misty 04/11/1981 from New Caney, was arrested for a state jail felony parole/blue warrant.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2/2/17 around 9:30pm PCT 4 assisted in an attempt to locate call in New Caney. The vehicle was observed by a Pct. 4 deputy and the driver disregarded traffic control devices and failure to maintain a single lane, almost striking another vehicle. The driver identified by her Texas DL as Moran, Sandra 10/1/41963 from Humble was allegedly drinking and driving and arrested for a class A misdemeanor charge for drinking and driving 2nd and a class B misdemeanor charge for possession of marijuana.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2/2/17 around 10:30pm PCT 4 assisted in a traffic stop in New Caney. The driver identified as Nambo, Nicandro 5/2/1974 from New Caney, was allegedly drinking and driving as he was driving erratically, almost striking another patrol unit. The vehicle came to a stop in the middle of the 59 south bound entrance ramp, just south of 1485. Nambo, acting as if he were mentally challenged or extremely intoxicated failed multiple field test specific to driving while intoxicated and was arrested for a class B misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2/3/17 around 10:30am PCT 4 responded to a call in New Caney. The woman identified as Stowe, Ashley 8/23/1984 from New Caney was arrested for a state jail felony warrant.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2/3/17 around 3:30pm PCT 4 received an anonymous tip on our website regarding narcotics and stolen items at a home in the Bennette Estates neighborhood in Conroe, TX. Surveillance was conducted around the area resulting in no vehicular activity. Once on location, a knock was made on the front door causing a woman to immediately open the door and exit the residence to talk. The woman identified as Williams, Tiffani 7/20/1986 from Conroe was advised that a tip stated narcotics were being sold from the house and stolen items were located in a trailer behind the house. The trailer behind the house was full of scrap metal and aluminum cans. Williams’ friend came outside and was identified as Johnson, Clinton 10/26/1976 from New Caney and advised that he was unaware of narcotics or stolen items on the property. Movement was heard inside the house by an assisting deputy and Williams advised there was no one else. After determining that Williams had a felony warrant, she was detained and advised that harboring a wanted fugitive was a felony and she stated that a male known as Whitmire, Melvin was inside the house. Upon entering the residence a glass pipe, straw, torch lighter and a line of a white substance were observed on an ashtray on a chair in the living room. After no contact being made with Whitmire, the attic door was pulled down and a pair of hands were observed protruding from underneath a tarp in the farthest corner away from the attic entrance. Whitmire complied to commands to show his hands and climbed through the attic and was detained without incident. Returning to the location where Whitmire was hiding, a blue hat, cell phone and a clear baggie containing a crystal like substance were all 6” away from each other. Whitmire had a pair of brass knuckles in his pocket and was alleged to be in possession of a controlled substance. All three subjects were arrested on various charges for multiple offenses.
