A PCT 4 Deputy initiated a traffic stop for multiple violations. After a positive K9 alert from K9 Vinni, Methamphetamine, Xanax, Vyvanse, Fentanyl, Shrooms, Marijuana, THC, and a loaded handgun were recovered from the vehicle. One male identified as Michael Andrew Bland-Kelly, 33, was placed in custody and given a holiday stay at the luxurious Montgomery County Jail. He is charged with several counts of possession of a controlled substance.
