MONTGOMERY COUNTY PRECINCT 4 TAKES WRONG WAY INTOXICATED JUVENILE OFF THE STREET

Early Sunday morning just after 2:30am a Montgomery County Precinct 4 Deputy was southbound on I-69 feeder between NorthPark and FM 1314 when she encountered cars in front of her pulling over and headlights coming at her. That’s when she determined it was a single cab Dodge pickup driving north in the southbound feeder lanes. She was able to force him into the parking lot of Pat’s Doughnuts, just south of FM 1314. What she encountered when she approached the driver was one of the most intoxicated she had seen in her career. Inside the vehicle were six empty cans of beer and one completely empty Buzz ball. The driver, identified as Ronaldo Flores, 17, of 3105 Cactus Street in Houston. He was charged with driving while intoxicated -under 21. This is normally a Class C misdemeanor handled in Justice of the Peace Courts since he was under 17. However, it is officer discretion to file it as a Class B Misdemeanor which now puts him in the County Court at system. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. His bond was set at $600.
