3/20/16 around 2am Pct. 4 deputy stopped a white Dodge Ram for a traffic offense around Highway 59 and Northpines. The driver Charles Smyth 10/19/88 from Kingwood was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana.
3/21/16 around 11am Pct. 4 deputy stopped a black passenger car for a traffic offense. The driver Jabari Lawson 3/21/88 and passenger Schenetra Holman 9/16/88, both from Memphis, TN were arrested for the alleged possession of codeine, a second degree felony, which they had disguised in a baby bottle as well as possession of marijuana.
3/22/16, just after midnight Pct. 4 deputy stopped a blue Chevy Caprice for expired registration. The driver Todd Cummins 7/14/67 from Livingston was arrested for an active Montgomery County warrant for failure to appear.
3/22/16 around 5:30pm Pct. 4 K9 deputy stopped a white SUV in the area of FM 1485 and Mexican John for a traffic offense. After K9 Libby was deployed and gave a positive alert; the driver Patti Patterson 9/3/76 from Conroe, TX was arrested for the alleged possession of methamphetamines.
3/23/16 at 12:30am Pct. 4 deputy stopped a white suburban for a traffic offense. The vehicle, though slowed down, continued miles down the road, throwing objects from the window. Once the vehicle stopped in the parking lot of the Palace Inn in Porter, TX it was found the driver Keith Golden II, 2/18/89 from Houston, TX threw marijuana, methamphetamines as well as a glass pipe from the vehicle, all of which was collected by a second Pct. 4 deputy. Golden was arrested for the alleged possession of methamphetamines as well as tampering with physical evidence, both 3rd degree felony charges.
3/23/16 at 11:30pm Pct. 4 deputy stopped a vehicle for running a stop sign near Loop 494 and Johnson Rd. An investigation showed the driver, Brandon David 7/7/92 from New Caney to be intoxicated. Brandon was arrested for allegedly Driving While Intoxicated.
3/24/16 around 6:45pm Pct. 4 deputy stopped a tan Chevy for not having a license plate, the driver John Garrett 9/26/89 from New Caney, TX was found to have two warrants, and once confirmed, was arrested.
3/24/16 at 7:45pm, Pct. 4 deputy was checking a dead end of Desna Dr. in Porter on an unrelated vehicle disturbance call when he witnessed a blue RZR ATV driving on a public roadway in a very reckless manner. Pct. 4 has received complaints from residents in the Riverwalk Subdivision about this same ATV vehicle. As the deputy tried to stop the RZR, it fled the area. It fled across FM 1314 and was lost in the neighborhood behind Porter High. Deputies later found a social media post from one of the occupants saying they were just chased by police. Identification was located and the deputy made contact and later arrested the 17 year old driver for alleged evading arrest/detention in a vehicle.
3/25/16 around 4pm Pct. 4 deputy received information about a wanted subject, Anthony Cuello 8/14/93 from Tyler, TX at a lawn company in Porter, TX. Anthony was located just down the road and was arrested.
3/25/16 just before midnight Pct. 4 deputy was patrolling Hwy 59 near Kingwood Dr. when he going to stop a vehicle for several traffic offenses, but the vehicle made an abrupt stop first. After an investigation, the driver Andrew Sandoval 9/20/95 from Fort Stockton, TX was arrested for the alleged possession of marijuana.
