On September 22, 2011 at approximately 10:30 pm, Sgt. D. Park with the Precinct 5 Constable’s Department, was traveling south on FM 1486.  Sgt. Park observed a vehicle stopped, facing south in the north bound ditch.  Next to the vehicle was a male, holding a gas can and attempting to flag down passing motorists for a ride.  Sgt. Park stopped to assist the motorist and recognized the male as Bogi Wooster.  Sgt. Park knew of and verified Bogi’s outstanding warrant for felony theft.  Bogi was booked into the Montgomery County Jail

On the afternoon of October 4,2011, Lt .Buchanan, Deputy Hedrick and Deputy  Mathis with the Precinct 5 Constable’s Department, assisted a resident with a request for a civil stand-by in the Hazy Hollow subdivision.  Upon entering the residence, the deputies smelled the strong odor of marijuana. After receiving  permission to search the residence, marijuana was located in a closet. The owner of the residence, ( Jack Patterson) was arrested for possession of marijuana and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

On  October 7, 2011 at approximately 10:30 p.m. Deputy Hedrick with the Precinct 5 Constable’s Department, conducted a traffic stop on Jackson road.  When Deputy Hedrick approached the vehicle and was speaking to the driver, he could smell the odor of Marijuana. Deputy Hedrick had the driver exit the vehicle and during a pat down,  found a clear plastic baggie that contained marijuana.  Allen Wayne Wallace 8/31/54 was arrested for possession of marijuana and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

On October 8, 2011 at approximately 2:00a.m. Lt. Buchanan with the Precinct 5 Constable’s Department, conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of F.M. 1774 and F.M. 1488. As Lt. Buchanan approached the vehicle, he could smell the odor of marijuana coming from inside of the vehicle.  Lt. Buchanan asked the driver about the odor at which time the driver handed Lt. Buchanan a clear plastic baggie containing marijuana.  During a subsequent search of the vehicle, Lt. Buchanan found a binder containing 4 baggies of marijuana, which the passenger claimed was his.  Luke Andrew Blaschke-Peters  D.O.B  1/21/87 and Jonathan Michael  Scheel  D.OB 2/26/73  were both arrested for possession of marijuana, transported and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

On October 11, 2011, LT. Buchanan with the Precinct 5 Constable’s Department, received a tip in regards to the possibility of wanted subjects living in the woods in Hazy Hollow Subdivision.  Lt. Buchanan, Deputy C. Walling and Deputy A. Hedrick searched the woods and found a male and female living in the wooded area.  Candace Lopez DOB 9-5-85 was arrested for an outstanding warrant and possession of controlled substance then transported and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

On October 11, 2011 at approximately 10:50 p.m. Lt. J. Buchanan and Deputy C. Walling with the Precinct 5 Constable’s Department, were patrolling  Jackson Road. Lt. Buchanan stopped a vehicle for speeding. The driver’s name was run through Montgomery County Sheriff Dispatch and found that he had a current warrant for his arrest.  The driver admitted to having marijuana on his person. While searching the vehicle,  18 prescribed pills that were not in a prescription bottle were located in the vehicle.  Andrew Moore  2/8/91 was arrested for the outstanding warrant, possession of marijuana, and dangerous drugs.

   On October 12, 2011 at approximately  3:00 p.m. Sgt D.Park with the Precinct 5 Constable’s Department, was patrolling the Nichols Sawmill Road area. Sgt. Park conducted a traffic stop  on a vehicle that was displaying an expired registration and had just ran a stop sign.  After checking the driver’s information, it was found that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failure to appear . Charles Eggleston  10/14/89  was transported and booked into Montgomery County Jail.
