MONTGOMERY COUNTY PURSUIT ENDS IN FATAL CRASH

Just after 2 am a Montgomery County Deputy attempted to stop a Kia Santa Fe near FM 1485 and I-69. THe vehicle fled and a pursuit ensued. THat pursuit ended when the vehicle exited I-69 at the North Washington exit on I-69. The driver failed to negotiate the curve and went down the embankment ejecting one of the passengers. Another passenger attempted to flee on foot and was quickly taken into custody. The driver fled across business 59 to the railroad tracks. DPS along with Cleveland Police apprehended that male at his home. He is now in police custody and murder charges are pending. THe crash has just cleared . Additional details shortly.
