On 5/10/2016, Deputies Derby and Cross responded to a trespasser in progress call in the 18600 block of Parker Road, in Conroe, where the homeowner reportedly had the trespasser at gunpoint. Upon arrival, the maleĀ homeowner advised he had gone to the home to complete maintenance work when the male suspect, identified as Christian Ray Mundine, came from the back area of the home. The homeowner, who has a handgun license, pulled the gun and held the male at gunpoint until deputies arrived. Mundine claimed he was homeless and was looking for a place to sleep and had kicked in the door to the home. Mundine was arrested for criminal mischief and criminal trespassing and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 5/10/2016, Deputy Collignon was dispatched to the 16000 block FM 3083, in Conroe, in reference to a disturbance call. While investigating, it was found that Dylan Scott Johnson, who was on location had an active fail to appear warrant. The warrant was confirmed, Johnson was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 5/10/2016, Deputy Parsons was dispatched to the 9300 block of Elkwood, in Conroe, in reference to a suspicious person call. Upon identifying the suspicious male as Steven Dennis Benfield,Ā he was found to have an active Blue Warrant out of Pardons and Parole. The warrant was confirmed, Benfield was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 5/11/2016, Deputy Lamphier was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 9800 block of Lazy Oaks, in Conroe. During the investigation and after identifying parties involved, it was found that a female on location, identified as Brittany Danielle MitchellĀ had an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and she was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 5/11/2016, Deputy Taylor was dispatched to an indecent exposure call in the 13000 block of Sirius Court, in Willis. After an investigation, Christopher Alan Lovett was arrested for indecent exposure and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 5/13/2016, Deputy Soroko responded to a disturbance call where she met with the complainant at a business in the 18900 block of Highway 105 East. Upon meeting with the complainant, she was found to have pieces of glass from a broken window of her vehicle stuck in her head and ear. The complainant advised she was leaving her boyfriend when he began hitting her vehicle with a broom handle, breaking the window, and also striking her. The male, identified as Lawrence Weston Payne,Ā was arrested for assault cause bodily injury and criminal mischief and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 5/14/2016, Deputies Derby and Cross were attempting to interview a suspect, in reference to an assault, who was believed to be in the area of 14800 White Horse Lane, in Willis. While on location, a male arrived and was found to have a warrant out of Montgomery County. The warrant was confirmed, the male, identified as Juan Carlos Benitez-Salinas,Ā was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 5/15/2016, Deputy Collignon was driving on Calvary Road when he was flagged down by a female. After identifying the female as Robin Ann Bishop, she was found to have several warrantsĀ out of Montgomery County. The warrants were confirmed, Bishop was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 5/15/2016, Deputy Ford responded to a disturbance call in the 13300 block of Brigadier Drive, in Willis. Deputy Ford met Travis David Autrey, who advised he had been assaulted by his brother. Deputy Ford spoke with the brother who advised his Travis physically assaulted their mother. He advised that he and his brother Travis then got into an altercation when he was trying to assist his mother. The mother advised that Travis had assaulted her and she believed he was high on drugs. The Travis Autrey was arrested for assault and unlawful restraint. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
