District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
A 32 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:58am, December 24, and taken to jail from an area on FM 1485 near Lakewood by Sgt. E. Ward for three traffic related warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a welfare concern.
A 22 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 4:47am, December 24, and taken to jail from a residence on Paddocks Road by Deputy S. Squier for an assault warrant, an evading arrest warrant and a driving with license invalid warrant, all out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was conducting a warrant service on an anonymous tip.
A 19 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 7:20pm, December 24, and taken to jail from the Conroe ER by Deputy C. Santoro for two theft warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a family disturbance and the female had received minor injuries and was taken to the emergency room where she was released and taken into custody.
A 31 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:40pm, December 26, and taken to jail from an area on McAlister Road near Stidham Road by Deputy S. Ortiz for a theft by check warrant out of Harris County. The Deputy was investigating suspicious activity.
A 21 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:50pm, December 26, and taken to jail from a residence on Moorehead Road by Deputy M. Aaron for a motion to revoke probation warrant and a capias pro fine warrant, both out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was assisting in an investigation call. The male was found hiding inside a closet.
A 44 year old female from Montgomery was arrested at 5:42am, December 27, and taken to jail from a location in the 2200 block of I-45 N by Deputy J. Henson for two traffic related warrants out of JP 1 Montgomery County. The female was stopped on a traffic violation.
On December 28, Deputy K. Berger stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 11600 block of Newton Circle. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 22 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:58pm, charged with DWI and also for possession of marijuana which was found during an inventory of the vehicle. Two passengers, a 20 year old female from Conroe and a 19 year old male, from Houston, were arrested for public intoxication. All were taken to jail.
On December 29, Deputy S. Degner stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 12400 block of Hwy 105E. The female driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The 43 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 2:29am and transported to jail.
On December 29, Deputy A. Terrell was sent to the 12400 block of FM 2432 in reference to an assault. The Deputy met with a female who advised she and her boyfriend had gotten into an argument and he had hit her. The 43 year old male was arrested at 8:16am and transported to jail.
On December 30, Deputy S. Degner was on a welfare concern in the 11500 block of Robin Lane. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 55 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:31am, charged with DWI and transported to jail.
On December 30, Deputy S. Degner was sent to a location in the 18300 block of Hwy 105E in reference to an intoxicated driver that was passed out inside the vehicle. The Deputy located the driver and was informed by a witness that the driver had driven to the store and then passed out inside the vehicle. The 50 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 2:42am, charged with DWI and transported to jail.
A 60 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 5:31am, December 30, and taken to jail from a location on Hwy 105E near Crockett Martin Road by Deputy C. Santoro for a theft by check warrant out of Montgomery County. The male had been stopped on a traffic violation.
A 48 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 11:30am, December 30, and taken to jail from a residence on Greenbelt Drive by Deputy A. Booher for a DWI 3rd or more warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a warrant service.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On 12/14/2012 Deputy Fruge was dispatched to a residence, in reference to a Disturbance. While still en route the dispatcher advised the Deputy that the caller had just screamed “NO”, and the line was lost. Upon arrival the Deputy learned that the caller’s 20 year old daughter assaulted her while on the phone. The Deputy arrested the daughter for Interference with an Emergency Call, and transported her to Montgomery County Jail. At the Jail, the MCSO Jail staff located 3 grams of Methamphetamine that the female was hiding inside her person. She was additionally charged with Prohibited Substance inside a Correctional Facility.
On 12/24/2012 Sergeant Barber was dispatched to the 319 block of Sawdust Road, in reference to a possible intoxicated male in the shopping center parking lot. The Sergeant spoke with the male and could smell an odor of alcohol was unable to walk or stand without stumbling. The Sergeant took the 23 year old male into custody for Public Intoxication.
On 12/22/2012 Deputy Dowell was dispatched to a residence, in reference to a disturbance. The Deputy learned that a woman was assaulted by her 48 year old son. The Deputy arrested the suspect for Assault.
On 12/19/2012 Deputy Lawless was dispatched to a residence, in reference to a 23 year old male who had a Protective Order. The Deputy spoke with the male who stated he knew he was not allowed to be at the location, but wanted to see his son. The Deputy took the male into custody for Violation of the Protective Order.
On 12/25/2012 Deputy McKee was dispatched to a residence, in reference to a Loud Noise complaint. When the Deputy arrived at the location he spoke with a 20 year old male who was in the roadway. The Deputy identified the male and learned that he had an active warrant for his arrest. The Deputy took the male into custody and transported him to Montgomery County Jail.
On 12/24/2012 Deputy Fruchtnicht was dispatched to a residence, in reference to an Assault. The Deputy learned that a 25 year old male was upset over a child custody issue and assaulted his Mother’s Fiancée. The Deputy arrested the suspect.
On 12/23/2012 Sergeant Swank made a traffic stop on FM 1488. The Sergeant identified the 41 year old male driver who had two active warrants for his arrest. The Sergeant took the male into custody and transported him to South Montgomery County Jail.
On 12/25/2012 Deputy Fruchtnicht was dispatched to a residence, in reference to a 50 year old male who had broken into a residence. The caller knew who the male was, and advised that she had a Protective Order against the male. When the Deputy searched the residence he located the male sleeping in a bedroom. The Deputy took the male into custody for Criminal Trespass of a Habitation and Violation of a Protective Order.
On 12/29/2012 Deputy Koonce was dispatched to an apartment complex in reference to a 25 year old male sitting on the back stairway of one of the buildings with what appeared to be a gun. The Deputy arrived and located the male and found a plastic Air Soft gun that appeared real. The Deputy arrested the male for public intoxication.
On 12/28/2012 Deputy Meredith was dispatched to a residence in reference to a 17 year old male threatening a sibling with a knife. The Deputy located the suspect and took him into custody for terroristic threat.
On 12/30/2012 Deputy Mathis was dispatched to a bar on Sawdust Road in reference to two people who were refusing to leave. The Deputy made contact with both the 26 year old male and a 25 year old female and observed signs of intoxication. The Deputy took both subjects into custody and transported them to Montgomery County Jail.
District 3 – Lt. Joe Senn (East County)
12/27/12 Dep. Burnett responded to a residence in regards to a family violence in progress. The complainant met the deputy in the street and advised that her husband had assaulted her by hitting, kicking and grabbing her around the neck. The 34 year old male was arrested and taken to jail.
12/27/12 Dep. Martinez was dispatched to Loop 494 in Porter regarding a suspicious person. The 25 year old male was located and was found to have methamphetamine in his possession. He was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance.
12/27/12 Dep. Burk investigated a welfare check on Hwy 59 in Porter. A 44 year old male requested assistance due to his intake of alcohol making him unable to get up from the floor. Ehen deputies arrived they found that the suspect was in possession of prescription medication without a prescription. He was arrested for Possession of Dangerous Drugs.
12/29/12 Dep. Amstutz responded to a reported suspicious person in a neighborhood in New Caney. The 23 year old male was found sleeping in a vehicle that was not his. Upon meeting with the male, it was determined that he was intoxicated. The suspect was arrested for Public Intoxication.
12/31/12 Dep. Durrenberger was patrolling FM 1485 when he saw a vehicle pull off the roadway and the occupants become involved in an argument. His investigation led to the discovery that the 21 year old male was intoxicated. The suspect was arrested for Public Intoxication as well as 2 warrants.
12/31/12 Dep. Durrenberger conducted a traffic stop in a neighborhood off of SH 242 when he saw a car fail to stop at a stop sign. The 27 year old female driver was found to have a suspended driver’s license with previous convictions. The suspect was arrested for Driving While License Suspended.
01/01/13 SSgt. Rogers was travelling down FM 1485 near Bryant Circle when he saw a male walking down the side of the road and the deputy saw the male stumbled. The male was found to be intoxicated. The 25 year old was arrested for Public Intoxication.
Seven persons were arrested for a total of 13 warrants.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On December 29th Deputy Thomas was dispatched to a residence on Baltzell in regards to a Disturbance. The Complainant, a 43 year old female told deputies that she had an argument with her husband but she had not been assaulted. A check for warrants through MCSO showed the Complainant to have a Warrant for Theft. Deputy Thomas arrested the suspect.
On December 29th Deputy LaSalle spoke with a 56 year old male in front of a liquor store on FM 1774. A witness told the deputy that they had seen the suspect driving erratically. The subject had trouble walking and a strong smell of alcohol. The subject was taken into custody for Felony DWI – 3rd.
On December 27th Sergeant Kader was dispatched to the Rolling Forest Subdivision in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The complainant advised he saw someone looking into vehicles. The Sergeant conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area and saw various items such as drills, chain saws and other hand tools in the bed of the truck. The Complainant identified several items in the vehicle as stolen. Three people were arrested.
On December 27th Deputy Sharman saw two males walking in the middle of Pipe Stem Rd. The Deputy stopped and asked them what they were doing. A check with dispatch showed the 20 year old male had two active warrants out of Montgomery County. Deputy Sharman placed the subject into custody and transported him to the South County Jail.
On December 26th Sergeant Kader conducted a traffic stop at Wright Road and Woodtrace. The 38 year old male driver was identified and found to have an active Felony Warrant for Theft out of Walker County. The subject was taken into custody for the warrant.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
On 12/26/12 Deputy Ashmore was dispatched to a Disturbance in the 5700 blk of Cessna Dr. Deputy Ashmore arrived to find a male assaulting a female. The male was arrested for assault.
On 12/26/12 Deputy Thompson was dispatched to 19784 HWY 105 W in reference to an intoxicated customer. Deputy Thompson spoke with a white male who was acting erratic. A strong odor of alcohol was detected from the male and he was placed into custody for Public Intoxication.
On 12/29/29 Deputy Pugh was dispatched to a Suspicious Vehicle in the area of FM 2854 and Felder Ln and the deputy observed a male walking through private yards in the early morning hours. Deputy Pugh spoke with the male and observed he was acting nervous. The suspect told the deputy that he had warrants for his arrest. Deputy Pugh found a small amount of Methamphetamine in the suspect’s pocket. The male was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
On 12/29/12 Deputy Treille conducted a traffic stop in the 16400 blk of HWY 105 W. Upon speaking with the driver the deputy could smell a strong odor of marijuana. Deputy Treille had the two occupants exit the vehicle and observed that both exhibited signs of intoxication. Deputy Treille searched the vehicle and found a small bag of marijuana. Both males were arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
On 12/29/12 Deputy Lowery responded to the 500 blk of St Lawrence River Rd for a Criminal Mischief. While checking the area Deputy Lowery found a white male and checked him through dispatch to learn he had two active warrants. The warrants were confirmed and the male was placed into custody.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On 12/27/12, D6 Deputies arrested an 18 year old white male from Tomball and an 18 year old male from Willis at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft of Property. Both were charged with a Class “B” Misdemeanor and taken to CJC and booked.
On 12/26/12, D6 Deputies arrested a 30 year old male for Theft in the 3000 block of College Park Drive. The male from Conroe was booked on Class “B” Theft and booked into jail.
On 12/31/12, D6 Deputies arrested a 20 black male for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Class “A” Theft. The male from Spring was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
