District 1 – Lt. Kevin Ray (North County)
On 9/27/2016, Deputy Porter responded to an assault call in the 13100 block of Royal Lake, in Conroe. Upon arrival, Deputy Porter met with female complainant who said she had been hit in the face. After speaking with the male suspect, he was arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 9/27/2016, Deputy M. Lee was dispatched to the 12200 block of Day Drive, in Conroe, in reference to a disturbance call. After speaking to parties on scene, Deputy M. Lee learned that the male complainant’s 21 year old son had assaulted him. The son was arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 09/28/2016, Deputy Soroko responded to a traffic hazard call at 105 east and the FM 1485 area. Upon arrival, Deputy Soroko found a vehicle with two rear tires down to the rim and the driver believed he only had a flat tire. The male driver had an odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath. The male was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 09/29/2016, Deputy Campos conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a broken taillight. Upon making contact with the male driver, he was found to have an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed, the male was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 9/30/2016, Deputies Campos and Senn responded to a suspicious person call in the 16000 block of FM 2090, in Conroe, where a male was seen waving a flashlight as vehicles drove by. Upon arrival, deputies observed the male running into the woods. After a short search, the male was located and identified. The male was found to have active warrants out of Pardons and Parole. The male also had a syringe with a clear substance that tested positive for methamphetamines. The male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, evading and the warrants. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 09/30/2016, Deputy M. Lee conducted a routine traffic stop on a vehicle in the Waukegan Road and Schank Road area, in Conroe. Upon making contact with the male driver, Deputy M. Lee could smell a distinct odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. After searching the vehicle, a small baggie with marijuana was located. The male was arrested on outstanding warrants, possession of marijuana, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 9/30 2016, Deputy Merlos conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with an expired tag in the FM 3083 and Wiggins Drive area. After identifying the female driver, she was found to have active warrants. The warrants were confirmed, the female was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 10/1/2016, Deputy S. Martin observed a vehicle with an expired tag, in the FM 2432 and FM 1484 area. Deputy Martin made contact with the male driver and female passenger. Deputy Martin observed a weapon near the driver which was later determined to be a BB gun. After a search of the vehicle, a small amount of marijuana was found and small baggies used to repackage narcotics for sale, along with scales. It was discovered that marijuana belonged to the female passenger. It was additionally discovered she had money and drugs in her bra. The female was arrested for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 10/01/2016, Deputy Bruce was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 11200 block of Highcrest Drive, in Conroe. Upon making contact with parties involved, a female was found to have an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 10/2/2016, Deputies responded to a medical call in the 13000 block of Bighorn Trail, in Willis. Upon arrival, it was learned that a male had left the scene because he believed he had active warrants. The male was located at a business in the 13000 block of FM 1097 East, in Willis. Upon searching the male, he was found to have baggies with methamphetamine residue in his backpack. The male was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
District 2 – Lt. Jim Fleming (South County)
On September 27, Deputy W. Sharman was sent to the 25400 block of Interstate 45 North, in reference to a disturbance involving an intoxicated male that had gotten into an argument with a male at the male’s apartment and broke a window committing criminal mischief. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 28 year old male from Hockley was arrested at 2:02am and transported to jail.
A 32 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:32pm, September 27, and taken to jail from a location near Lexington Drive and Highway 242, by Deputy R. McClintock, for an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle warrant.
On September 28, Deputy R. McClintock observed a male passed out in a vehicle behind a business in the 100 block of Sawdust Road. The male was found to be intoxicated and was detained. The 44 year old male from Houston was arrested at 2:46am and taken to jail.
On September 29, Deputy J. Ochoa was notified of an assault call in the 7600 block of Lake Creek Circle. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her son had gotten into an argument and the male started throwing objects at her. One of the objects struck her on the forearm causing a laceration. The 24 year old male from Montgomery was arrested at 5:24pm, charged with assault, and transported to jail.
On October 1, Deputy S. Lee responded to the 300 block of Pruitt Road, in reference to a welfare concern involving an intoxicated male. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 26 year old male from Houston was arrested at 8:05pm and transported to jail.
On October 1, Deputy R. McClintock stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Rayford Road and Richards Road. The female driver was found to be intoxicated. The 55 year old female from The Woodlands was arrested at 11:11pm, charged with driving while intoxicated, and transported to jail.
On October 2, Deputy R. McClintock was sent to the 11000 block of Sleepy Hollow, in reference to an assault. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised he and his girlfriend had gotten into an argument while driving in a vehicle and she struck him numerous times in the face. The female was intoxicated. The 37 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 4:02am, charged with assault, and taken to jail.
On October 2, Deputy D. Bible stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 25000 block of Brookhaven. The male driver was found to be intoxicated, as was the male passenger. Deputy Bible arrested the male driver, from Houston, at 7:01am, for driving while intoxicated. Deputy
C. Rose assisted and arrested the male passenger, also from Houston, for public intoxication. Both subjects were transported to jail.
District 3 – Lt. Joe Senn (East County)
On 9/26/16, Deputy Bird was dispatched to disturbance call in the 27000 block of Wagon Wheel Street. After arriving on scene, an 18 year old male was arrested for assault.
On 9/26/16, Deputy White was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 17000 block of FM 1485. After arriving on scene, a 22 year old female was arrested for assault.
On 9/26/16, Deputy Kelman was dispatched to a disturbance in progress in the 26000 block of Lisa Lane. After arriving on scene, a 67 year old male was arrested for assault and interference with an emergency phone call.
On 9/26/16, Deputy Currington was dispatched to a theft call in the 24000 block of US Highway
59. After arriving on scene, a 36 year old female was arrested for theft.
On 9/30/16, Deputy Smith was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 22000 block of Ford Road. After arriving on scene, a 31 year old female was arrested for injury to a child.
On 10/01/16, Deputy Bird was dispatched to a trespassing call in the 23000 block of Northcrest Trail. After arriving on scene, a 35 year old male was arrested for criminal trespass.
On 10/02/16, Deputy Currington was dispatched to a theft call in the 23000 block of US Highway 59. After arriving on scene, a 40 year old male was arrested for theft.
One person was arrested for a total of one warrant.
District 4 – Lt. Allison Amundson (West County)
On October 2nd, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to the 25000 block of Hardin Store Road, in reference to a theft call. Upon arrival, the deputy met with the reportee who advised his 20 year old grandson had stolen his credit card and left the residence in his truck. The grandson was located and brought back to the residence where it was discovered he utilized the credit card to purchase a cell phone. He was taken into custody for felony credit card or debit card abuse.
On October 1st, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to the 30000 block of FM 2978, for a disturbance call. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with the actor, a 52 year old male.
Dispatch advised the male had a warrant for parole violation. The warrant was confirmed and the male taken into custody.
On September 30th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to the 32000 block of Dobbin Huffsmith, in reference to an unknown intoxicated person on the reportee’s property. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with a 35 year old male leaning on the side of the homeowner’s truck asleep. The deputy asked whose house he was at, to which he stated “Batman”. It took the male several times to be able to give his name correctly. Dispatch advised the male had a warrant out of Minnesota for parole violation. The male was taken into custody for public intoxication and the warrant.
On September 29th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy went to the 36000 block of Long Pine, on a warrant service on a 50 year old male with a felony warrant for assault family violence with previous convictions. The Deputy made contact with the male and he was placed into custody for the warrants.
On September 29th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to Hall Drive South, for a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with the actor, a 37 year old male. The male was shown to have a warrant for theft by check. The warrant was confirmed and the male taken into custody.
On September 28th, three District 4 Patrol Deputies went to the 9000 block of Pine Lane, for a warrant service on a 57 year old male with a felony warrant for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance. The deputies made contact with the male and he was placed into custody for the warrants.
On September 27th, two District 4 Patrol Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance in progress call in the Hazy Hollow subdivision. Upon arrival, they observed a 73 year old male who had fallen in the street and hit his head on the asphalt. The male was being belligerent with the deputies and also the Montgomery County Hospital District Medic who arrived on scene. The male refused treatment. Due to the male being intoxicated and a danger to himself, he was taken into custody for public intoxication, transported to the hospital for treatment, and then on to the jail.
On September 27th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy arrived in the 34000 block of Highway 249 to assist another Deputy with a 29 year old female asking for a ride to her house in Harris County. A check through dispatch showed the female to have a felony probation violation warrant for her arrest. The warrant was confirmed and the female taken into custody.
On September 26th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to the 27000 block of Buttercup Lane, in reference to a disturbance in progress call. Two neighbors were arguing over a cigarette and some money. One of the males was identified as a 43 year old with a warrant for failure to appear. The warrant was confirmed and the male taken into custody.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
On September 24, 2016, Deputies Jolly and Jackson responded to the intersection of Old Highway 105 West and FM 2854, in reference to a male and female involved in a disturbance. Upon their arrival to the area, the male fled on foot. The male was located at his residence and was arrested for three outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
On September 24, 2016, Deputy Toliver stopped a vehicle for speeding in the 16000 block of Walden Road. The vehicle was being driven by a female who was identified by her Texas drivers license. The female’s license was currently suspended and she was arrested for driving while license invalid, enhanced for previous convictions.
On September 27, 2016, Deputy Thompson responded to a suspicious vehicle at the intersection of FM 1097 and Buffalo Springs. Deputy Thompson located the male driver and checked him for warrants. The male had a felony order of arrest warrant and was transported to male booking.
On September 28, 2016, Deputy Self observed a vehicle in the 200 Block of Lone Star Parkway with defective equipment. The male driver was identified and checked for warrants. The male had an active driving while license invalid warrant and was arrested.
On September 28, 2016, Deputy Cano responded to the area of Old River Road and Highway 105 West, in reference to a gray vehicle driving recklessly. Before Deputy Cano could locate the gray vehicle, it had struck another vehicle. Deputy Cano located the gray vehicle and stopped it. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated.
On September 28, 2016, Deputy Strong responded to the 12500 Block of Mellville Drive, in reference to shots fired in the area. Deputy Strong located a witness who observed a female shooting a weapon from her balcony in the apartment complex. The female was located and an investigation revealed the female discharged a firearm. She was arrested for felony deadly conduct.
On September 29, 2016, Deputy Toliver responded to Highway 105 and Walden Road, in reference to an attempt to locate on a vehicle driving recklessly and a possible intoxicated driver. The vehicle turned north on to Walden Road. Deputy Toliver located the vehicle in the 12900 block of Walden Road. Deputy Toliver stopped the vehicle for a traffic violation. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for driving while intoxicated, enhanced due to a previous conviction.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On 09/27/16, Deputy Garcia was dispatched to the 7500 block of Gosling Road, in reference to a suspicious person call. The Deputy made contact with the individual who appeared to be intoxicated. The male was deemed to be intoxicated and was found to be in possession of narcotics. The 26 year old male from Spring was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
On 09/26/16, Deputy Pierce was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands, in reference to a theft call. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with loss prevention and the suspect who was detained. The investigation showed that the male chose several items and then left the store without paying for the items. The 22 year old male from Spring was arrested and charged with theft.
On 09/27/16, Deputy Johnson was dispatched to assist with a call, in reference to a threat call. The male in question showed to have an active warrant. The 31 year old male was arrested for the warrant and taken to jail.
On 09/28/16, Deputy Medina was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands, in reference to a suspicious person call. The Deputy made contact with the male who showed to have a felony warrant. The male was taken to jail on the open warrant.
On 10/1/16, Deputy Fruchtnicht conducted a traffic stop in the area of College Park and Alden Woods. The male showed to have an active warrant. The 21 year old male from Magnolia was taken to jail for the open warrant.
On 10/02/16, Deputy Salazar and Vargas were on a call of a welfare check. The male in question showed numerous signs of intoxication. The 20 year old male from Spring was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
