District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
A 25 year old male from Willis was arrested at 8:24pm, December 7, in the area of Lake Breeze and Ridgecrest Drive by Deputy A. Booher for a criminal mischief warrant and two capias warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was assisting a Pct One Constable unit on a traffic stop. The male was transported to jail.
A 24 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:40am, December 8, in the 15800 block of Crystal Forest Drive by Deputy J. Halbert for a burglary of a habitation warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was performing a warrant service. The Deputy on arrival observed a male sitting in a chair. The Deputy motioned for the male to come to the door. The male left the room and then returned. It was at this time the wanted male fled out the side of the residence and the Deputy was able to stop and detain him. The male was filed on for evading arrest/detention in addition to the warrant. Furthermore, the other male at the location was detained for hindering apprehension of a felon. The 34 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 1:01am. Both males were transported to jail.
A 20 year old male from Willis was arrested at 1:30am, December 9, in the 200 block of Cemetery Road by Sgt. C. Rogers for a capias warrant issued out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a burglary that occurred earlier that day. The male was taken to jail.
On December 9, Corporal P. Smith was dispatched to a family violence assault in the 13100 block of Bluff View Drive. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend were arguing when he pushed her down. He again pushed her down as she tried to get up. He then grabbed her by the throat and threatened to kill her. The male left the scene. As the Deputy was looking for the male another call was received involving the male assaulting his mother just one street over from the original scene. As the Deputy arrived the male was observed grabbing his mother with both hands and throwing her against a door and then on the floor. The 19 year old male from Willis was arrested, charged with two counts of assault and taken to jail.
On December 10, Deputy C. Holcomb was notified of a family violence assault call in the 12600 block of Willis Waukegan Road. The Deputy, along with Deputy W. Adams, met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend had gotten into an argument that became physical. The male struck the female on the nose with a closed fist. The 37 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:40am and transported to jail.
A 22 year old female from Willis was arrested at 12:30am, December 11, in the 13900 block of Tanning Lane by Deputy J. Wilkerson for a burglary of a habitation (blue) warrant out of TDCJ Parole Division. The Deputy had received prior information on the location of the female. The female was transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Andrew Eason (South County/Woodlands)
On December 10, 2009 at approximately 2030 hours Dep. Pternitis and Dep. Uber were dispatched to E. Mirror Ridge in reference to a Theft. The homeowner stated that she noticed some jewelry missing when she got home. It was determined that some friends of her daughter had been at the house and the suspect, White male 18 yrs old, had taken the jewelry. He returned some of the items, but had taken other items to a Pawn Shop. Estimated value of the missing items is $2675. Deputies proceeded to the suspect’s home where he was taken into custody for State Jail Felony Theft and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On December 12, 2009 Dep. Fruge was responding to a Missing / Runaway Juvenile report on S. Plum Creek when he came across a facility worker attempting to detain the missing/runaway girls on Helen Road. When the girls saw the patrol car they took off into a heavily wooded area. After searching the area for approximately 15 minutes, Dep. Fruge proceeded to the original address and met with the Manager of the facility who stated the 3 white females 16 yrs old, had run away from the facility at approximately 5:45 pm. At approximately 9:30 pm two of the girls were spotted on Old Ox Road and were detained and brought back to the Facility. The two girls were then transported to The Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility charged with Evading Arrest or Detention because they intentionally fled from Dep. Fruge. The third girl is still listed as missing.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 12/4/09 Deputy White was dispatched to the Porter Walmart in reference to a shoplifter in custody call. Upon his arrival he learned that two females had concealed merchandise and left the store without paying. While searching one of the females numerous pills were located in which the suspect did not have a prescription. The suspect, a 24 year old female, was arrested and charged with Theft and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
On 12/6/09 Deputy Rippley was dispatched to a disturbance call of FM 1485 @ Country West Dr. Upon the arrival of the officer one of the males fled on a bicycle despite commands from the officer to stop. Another responding officer was able to locate the suspect at his home which was nearby. The suspect, a 32 year old male, was arrested and charged with Evading.
On 12/8/09 Deputies responded to a Robbery that had just occurred at a business in the 24000 block of FM 1314. The victim was able to give the dispatcher the license plate of the vehicle which was traveling north on FM 1314. Responding officers were able to locate the vehicle near FM 1314 @ SH 242. A high risk stop was conducted and the suspect was taken into custody without further incident. The complainant positively identified the suspect as the individual who robbed the store. The suspect, a 23 year old male was arrested and charged with Robbery.
On 12/9/09 Deputy Layman was on patrol in the area on FM 1314 @ Old Sorters Rd. Deputy Layman conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration. Upon interviewing the driver the Deputy noticed several open containers of an alcoholic beverage on the floorboard. A search of the vehicle was conducted and numerous narcotics were located in the vehicle. The driver, a 34 year old male, was arrested and charged with Manufacture-Delivery of a Controlled Substance and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On December 14th MCSO Deputy Suarez was traveling west on Decker Prairie Road and found a green Ford truck on side of the road. A male subject was standing in the ditch area throwing up. The Deputy discovered that the male was very intoxicated. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
On December 9th at approximately 3:00 pm MCSO Deputy Suarez was conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Decker Oaks and Hardin Store Road. Deputy Suarez observed a vehicle run the stop sign. The driver was able to produce a valid driver’s license. The passenger had an open warrant from Alabama. The subject was placed in custody and transported to the MCSO County Jail without incident.
On December 7th at approximately 9:00 am MCSO Corporal Bybee was dispatched to a landscape material dyard located on SH 249 in Pinehurst. Upon arrival the Corporal was met by an employee. The employee stated that a co-worker had noticed damage to a piece of equipment at about 8:30 am. Two side windows of the cab of the track-hoe were broken out. A concrete rock about 6” in diameter was on the seat and a smaller rock about 3” in diameter was on the floor of the cab.
On December 6th at approximately 9:30 pm MCSO Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to Rickett Road and Davis Street in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival the Deputy located a maroon Nissan in the ditch. The Deputy located the owner of the Nissan and the passenger walking in the road near the intersection. Both subjects were arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 5th at approximately 4:00 pm MCSO Deputy Crandell was flagged down by a female subject advising her granddaughter had been assaulted by her step-father. The female subject advised that she had received a call from her granddaughter stating her step-father had hit her and thrown a knife at her. After arriving the Deputy met with all parties. The suspect was highly intoxicated, belligerent towards the Deputy. The suspect was arrested and transported to the MCSO South County Annex Jail without further incident.
On December 5th at approximately 7:30 am MCSO Deputy Messina was dispatched to a Burglary in the Decker Woods Subdivision. Upon arrival the Deputy was met by the Complainant who advised that between the hours of 9:30 pm on December 3rd and 8:30 am on December 4th two of his vehicles were burglarized. Stolen were two (2) Cobra brand radars and cash.
On November 30th at approximately 3:15 pm MCSO Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to the 30200 Block of Old Hockley in reference to an Assault. The Deputy was met by the Complainant who advised that while he was driving home from School, the suspect cut him off on Old Hockley Road and stopped. The suspect walked up to the Complainant’s vehicle and pulled open his door and grabbed him by the head and left arm and cursed at him and the other occupants of the car. The suspect then returned to his car and drove off, but returned, passed the complainant’s vehicle and stopped his vehicle and threw it into reverse as if he was going to ram them. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
December 12, 2009 at 9:30 AM Deputy Wiesepape responded to a location along S. Pine Lake Rd. regarding a Warrant Service. The individual named in the arrest warrant was located and arrested without incident. The individual was arrested for Motion to Revoke Probation regarding the charge of Possession of a Dangerous Drug. The subject was placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $10,000 bond.
December 12, 2009 at 3:45 AM Deputy Lowe responded to the 12200 block of Sweet Bay regarding a Warrant Service. The individual named in the arrest warrant was located and arrested without incident. The individual was arrested on an Order of Arrest related to a Felony Driving While Intoxicated charge. The subject was placed into the Montgomery County Jail on an undetermined bond.
December 12, 2009 at 4:25 AM Deputy Rex conducted a traffic stop in the 19700 block of SH 105 West. After conducting an interview and having the male driver perform several standard field sobriety test the individual was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $600 bond.
December 13, 2009 at 5:30 PM Deputy Farmer responded to the area of SH 105 W. and FM 1486 regarding a Disturbance. Upon arrival Officers made contact with a male individual who had an outstanding warrant. The subject was arrested on the warrant for the charge of Theft by Check and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $600 bond.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Town Center)
The following Shoplifting arrest(s) were made at 1201 Lake Woodlands:
12/06 – 2 White Females 18 yrs old – Dep. Godden was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to two shoplifters in custody. Upon meeting with the Loss Prevention Officer, it was found that the suspects had been seen selecting several items of clothing and jewelry and then entering the fitting rooms. When they exited the fitting rooms, neither were carrying any merchandise. A check of the fitting rooms found that the merchandise was missing. The suspects passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where they were then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $123.98 (4 items) and $130.98 (5 items). The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
12/07 – Black Male 14 yrs old – Dep. Houstoun was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a shoplifter in custody. A sales associated stated that she observed the suspect select a pair of sunglasses, remove the tag and then concealed the glasses in his pocket. The suspect then exited the store without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and was stopped by the store employee. Dep. Houstoun asked the suspect for his name and name and phone number for a parent. The number he gave no one answered. He then gave Dep. Houstoun a different name and number and stated that his mom wasn’t home. The recovered merchandise was valued at $12.50. The suspect was taken into custody for Theft, Failure to Identify and Giving False Information and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.
The following arrest(s) were made at 9595 Six Pines Drive:
12/07 – White Male 33 yrs old – Dep. Rizk was dispatched to a restaurant at 9595 Six Pines Drive in reference to a theft. The management had found that an employee had been taking money from the deposits. The suspect admitted to taking approximately $7700 over a period of time. He was placed into custody for Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
