2am-At about 12:45 am Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call on Oak Crossing in Magnolia. Deputies were confronted by a male with a gun. He was shot once in the abdomen and transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition. Detectives are just arriving on the scene. Additional Information as available.
