The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect in
Fraudulent Credit Card use. The individual is suspected of using a victim’s credit card at
multiple businesses in the New Caney area.
On August 12, 2025, the suspect pictured, described as a light-skinned Hispanic male with black
hair, was seen leaving a Ross store wearing a black shirt and black shorts. He had multiple
tattoos on his right forearm, upper left chest, and left leg.
