District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On July 12, Deputy K. Berger was notified of a vehicle in a ditch in the 6500 block of Crockett Martin. The Deputy located the vehicle and the driver and observed the male that had been driving to be intoxicated. After the investigation, the 30 year old male from Katy was arrested at 2:49am, charged with DWI and transported to jail.
On July 13, Deputy S. Degner observed a female staggering in the roadway in the area of FM 1097 and Lake Conroe Hills. The female was found to be intoxicated. The 53 year old female from Willis was arrested at 1:10am, charged with public intoxication and taken to jail.
On July 13, Deputy A. Cross was sent to the area of Shadow Bay Blvd and Longstreet on a suspicious male call. The Deputy located the male and found him to be intoxicated. The 37 year old male from Willis was arrested at 7:39pm, charged with public intoxication and taken to jail.
On July 15, Deputy K. Underwood was dispatched to a family violence assault call in the 11400 block of Underwood. The Deputy met with a female and her husband. An argument had taken place earlier and both were pushing each other after drinking alcohol. The children had witnessed the argument and pushing. The female was very belligerent and uncooperative. The 34 year old female from Willis was arrested at 3:38am and transported to jail.
On July 16, Deputy K. Berger observed a speeding vehicle on Hwy 105 Eastbound. The Deputy stopped the vehicle in the 16000 block of Hwy 105E. The male driver was found to be intoxicated and was detained. The Deputy also discovered this was the driver’s third DWI. The 34 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:12am and transported to jail.
On July 16, Deputy K. Underwood observed a traffic violation in the 11900 block of Hwy 75N. The male driver was found to be intoxicated and was detained. During the investigation and inventorying of the vehicle a substantial amount of marijuana was discovered. The 23 year old male from Willis was arrested at 5:03am, charged with DWI and possession of marijuana and transported to jail.
A 46 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 3:29am, July 17, in the 15200 block of White Oak Lane by Deputy K. Berger for an interference with a 9-1-1 call warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call. The female was taken to jail.
On July 18, Deputy K. Underwood responded to an accident scene in the 3300 block of Rolling Hills. It was reported a male was lying in the ditch unconscious. The Deputy located the male and found him to be intoxicated. Medical personnel checked the male and he became belligerent to them. Deputy Underwood placed the 29 year old male from Conroe into custody. Deputy K. Berger arrived and performed field sobriety testing on the male driver. The 28 year old male from Montgomery was arrested for DWI. Both males were taken to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On July 12, 2010, Deputy Underwood arrested a White Male 38 yrs old from Spring. Deputy Underwood was dispatched to a location on Budde Road in reference to a Family Violence. The complainant had attempted to call 911 when the suspect pushed her and began breaking items in the apartment. The suspect took the phone from her and threw it up against the wall. The suspect was taken into custody, and transported to the South Montgomery County Jail.
On July 15, 2010, Deputy Swank assisted Deputy Hernandez on a traffic stop on IH-45. The suspect vehicle was stopped for doing 72 mph in a 45 mph zone. The driver of the vehicle, White Female 23 yrs old from The Woodlands, was found to be driving on a suspended license. During the inventory of the vehicle for the towing, a Tic Tac container was located containing 15 Hydrocodone pills. After learning that the pills were obtained unlawfully, by the driver, she was taken into custody and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe without incident.
On July 15, 2010, Deputy Roberts responded to a Family Violence call at Borough Park Drive. The suspect, Hispanic Male 27 yrs old from Spring, was arrested after he and his wife had a verbal altercation that escalated to a physical assault. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Assault Family Violence and transported to the South Montgomery County Jail without incident.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 7/10/10 Cpl. Kendrick was dispatched to Oak Hill/ W. Terrace for a Burglary in Progress. The reportee called in and advised that she witnessed the suspect break into a neighbors shed. She observed the suspect leave the shed with a chain saw, gas can and a roll of wire. The suspect then put the property behind the house and then proceeded into another neighbor’s yard and attempted to steal a gas can until being confronted by the homeowner. Officers then arrived on scene and the suspect, a 23 year old male was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Building.
On 7/14/10 Deputy Ortiz was dispatched to the Porter Walmart in reference to a Shoplifter call. Upon his arrival he met with loss prevention and learned that the suspect had concealed $25 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying. When confronted by loss prevention the suspect then ran on foot to the nearby Taco Bell. Officers then arrived on scene and found the suspect in the Women’s restroom of Taco Bell. They learned that she had placed the stolen merchandise in the trash can inside of Taco Bell. The suspect, a 29 year old female, had a prior conviction for Theft and the charge was enhanced to a Class B Misdemeanor. The suspect had been given a prior Criminal Trespass warning for Walmart and was also charged with Criminal Trespass.
On 7/15/10 Deputy Walker received information about several individuals staying at the Kingsway Motel that were involved in illegal activity. Deputy Walker went to the room and made contact with a female that was staying there. During a search Methamphetamine was located that was packaged for sale. Several forged checks, stolen credit cards as well as stolen identifications were also found in the room. Another male suspect was also staying in the room and was involved with this illegal activity. Both suspects, a 29 year old female and a 33 year old male were arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information and Credit Card Abuse.
On 7/17/10 Deputy Ashmore was dispatched to a disturbance in the 19000 block of FM 1485. Upon his arrival he made contact with one of the individuals in the disturbance. Upon checking the suspect he was found to have an outstanding warrant for Credit Card Abuse. As the suspect was giving property to his girlfriend a single pill fell from his hand to the floor. The pill was found to be Lorcet. The suspect, a 26 year old male was additionally charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
On 7/19/10 Deputy T. Smith was dispatched to Kings Row in reference to a disturbance call. Upon his arrival he made contact with suspect that showed signs of intoxication. The suspect, a 27 year old male was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication for his safety and the safety of others.
On 7/20/10 Deputy Pickerill was dispatched to the 19000 block of Mersey Dr. in reference to Theft of Copper. The complainant advised that she caught the suspect stealing copper and told him to leave. The complainant wrote down the suspect’s license plate number and the suspect left the scene with a quantity of copper wire. Deputy Pickerill went to the address the vehicle came back to that was nearby. The suspect was located and a ladder going over the back fence was found with the stolen copper wire being put behind the back fence. The suspect, a 37 year old male was arrested and charged with Theft of Copper.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On July 18th Deputy Tavarez and Deputy Zavorski were dispatched to the 9000 Block of Caraway in reference to a fight in progress. The Deputies met a 44 year old Hispanic male subject standing outside in the parking lot next to the roadway. The subject was accusing the bartender of hitting him. While speaking with the subject the deputies could detect a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and person. The subject was having a hard time maintaining his balance and admitted to having had several beers. The subject was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On July 18th Deputy Tavarez and Deputy Zavorski were dispatched to the 37000 Block of Green Persimmon in reference to a civil dispute. Dispatch advised that the female subject at that location had active warrants for Running a Stop Sign, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility and Failure to Appear. The subject was arrested for the warrants and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On July 16th Deputy Crandell was dispatched to the Ranch Crest subdivision in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival Deputy Crandell observed a white station wagon in the driveway of a residence. The Deputy went to the back of the residence and observed a female subject standing in the back yard. She directed the Deputy to the location of a male subject just about to enter the vehicle in the driveway. He was covered in sweat and cobwebs and it appeared he had been crawling under the residence. The female and male subjects were both detained. The Deputy went to the rear of the residence and observed an AC Unit completely disassembled with pieces everywhere. There was also a bundle of approximately 50 feet of cooper wiring sitting next to the pieces of the AC unit. The two subjects were arrested for theft of cooper which can be upgraded once the homeowner can obtain an estimate of the damage done to his home.
On July 16th Deputy Zavorski and Deputy Tavarez were dispatched to the area of Rollingwood and 249 in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival the Deputies observed a Chevrolet Cavalier in a public parking area. A male subject was walking around the area and a female subject was sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle. The male subject was unsure of his location and stated he had just left a Club at 1960 and 249. The area he was at was 20 miles north of the bar and he had somehow turned the wrong direction instead of going home. The vehicle had damage from striking a median and both front tires were flat. The Deputies interviewed both subjects and they were determined to be intoxicated. Both subjects were placed into custody and charged with Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On July 14th Deputy Suarez was dispatched to the Decker Hills subdivision in reference to an Assault. Upon arrival the Deputy met with two male juvenile complainants, two witnesses and one male juvenile subject. The complainants advised they were walking down the street when the male subject began yelling at them about fighting. The subject took off his shirt and began running at the complainants and grabbed one by the shirt and began hitting him with a closed fist. As he crouched on the ground (the subject was continuing to assault him) the other complainant on scene attempted to break up the fight and received a cut. The two adult witnesses verified the complainant’s version of the assault; they did not see any weapons displayed. After observing the complainants injuries and taking the witnesses statements the juvenile subject was taken into custody and charged with Assault (Causing Bodily Injury). The subject was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Conroe.
On July 6th Deputy Herman was dispatched to the Decker Hills subdivision in reference to a possible motor vehicle accident. The Deputy met with the complainant and his brother a 22 year old male subject. The Complainant advised he went to help his brother who had his truck stuck in a ditch. When he arrived on scene he advised his brother to stop trying to get the truck out as he was going to tear it up and also advised him he could not come home as he was intoxicated. The subject took out a knife and came at the complainant threatening to kill him. A friend arrived on location and was able to remove the knife from the subject before the Deputy arrived on scene. Deputy Herman placed the subject into custody and charged him with Aggravated Assault (Family Violence).
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
On 07/15/10 Deputy Jackson responded to the 22100 block of Arnsworth Lane in regards to a follow-up investigation of an unrelated incident. During the investigation it was learned that one of the male individuals on location had two outstanding warrants through this agency. After the warrants were confirmed the subject was arrested and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on an undetermined bond.
On 07/17/10 Deputy Rex responded to the 1400 block of April Villa in regards to an Assault. It was learned that a male and female, boyfriend-girlfriend, had been involved in a verbal dispute that resulted in a minor physical altercation in which both parties reported being assaulted by the other. At the conclusion of the investigation, both subjects were issued citations for Assault Class C Misdemeanor out of the Justice of the Peace Court and separated for the evening to prevent further violence.
On 07/18/10 Deputy Lowe responded to a local establishment located in the 16400 block of SH 105 W in regards to a Disturbance. Investigation revealed that a male patron had become intoxicated and was creating a disturbance among other patrons. The subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on an undetermined bond.
On 07/19/10 Deputy Garner observed a suspicious male leaning against a parked car in front of an establishment along the 15400 block of SH 105 W. Investigation revealed that the male was highly intoxicated and leaning against his vehicle for support while attempting to retrieve his car keys. The subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on an undetermined bond.
On 07/19/10 Cpl. Peckne and Deputy Garner responded to the 700 block of St. Lawrence River Dr in regards to a Disturbance in a neighborhood area park. It was learned that several males in the park had been involved in a verbal altercation. It was determined that one of the males had an outstanding warrant for Harboring a Runaway Child. The subject was arrested and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $10,000 bond.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On July 2, 2010, Sergeant Brice Herring arrested a White Female 25 yrs old from Conroe. Sergeant Herring conducted a traffic stop after he observed the suspect fail to stop at a stop sign at Harpers Landing and Trade Center. During the course of the traffic stop, the suspect was found to be in possession of .2 ounces of marijuana. The suspect received citations for Running a Stop Sign, No Insurance and driving on a suspended license. She was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe without incident.
On July 6, 2010, Deputies Godden and Sherlock were dispatched to 27000 IH-45 in reference to a reckless driver. Several vehicles had boxed in and stopped the vehicle to prohibit her from injuring herself or someone else. Witnesses stated she had been swerving across all lanes of traffic, nearly hitting the guardrails and other vehicles on the roadway. Deputy Godden made contact with the driver, White Female 26 yrs old from Spring, and observed her to be very slow responding to questions and providing contradicting answers as to where she was going. Due to her behavior and other information gathered, Field Sobriety Tests were conducted. At the conclusion of these tests, the suspect was taken into custody. Due to her having a small child, unrestrained in the backseat of the vehicle, she was charged with State Jail Felony, Driving While Intoxicated with Child Under 15. Once at the jail, the suspect assaulted Sergeant Mouton, and was charged with two additional counts of Assault on a Public Servant. Both are 3rd Degree Felonies.
On July 5, 2010, Deputy Houstoun was dispatched to 9595 Six Pine Drive in reference to a Theft Report. Upon arrival he met with the complainant who stated that the suspect, White Female 17 yrs old from the Woodlands and a friend had entered the store and selected four items and placed them in the suspect’s purse and exited the store without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise. Deputy Houstoun spoke with the suspect and her friend about the situation. The friend identified himself and received a citation for the theft, and was released. The suspect however refused to identify herself or where she lived. During the course of the investigation a school identification card was located as well as two knives, one of which was a butterfly knife. Deputy Houstoun contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and Failure to Identify. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
On July 12, 2010, Deputy Hook was dispatched to a public service call at 9300 Six Pines. Upon arrival, he met with the owners of the vehicles involved in a minor accident. Information was exchanged and paperwork to be submitted to Texas Department of Transportation was given to the drivers. After making sure information had been exchanged, Deputy Hook inquired as to who would be driving since one of the subjects had a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person and he had slurred speech. He, White Male 27 yrs old from Spring, advised he would be driving. After conducting Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the subject was taken into custody for Public Intoxication, since he was a danger to himself and others. The suspect was also found to be in possession of .12 ounces of marijuana. Charges were accepted, by the District Attorney’s Office, for the Public Intoxication and Possession of Marijuana. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
