District 1 – Lt. Kevin Ray (North County)

On 12/28/2015, at approximately 5:30 PM, Deputy Senn was dispatched to the 1200 Block of Roy Harris Loop, Conroe, in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, Deputy Senn met with the female complainant who advised she had been struck multiple times in the head and face. The female complainant advised the male actor had left the scene and gave officers a description of the vehicle. At approximately 7:45 PM, Deputy Senn observed a vehicle matching the description of the vehicle the male subject had left in. Deputy Senn initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle for a non-functioning brake light. Upon making contact with the male driver, it was found he had open warrants out of Montgomery County. The male was taken into custody for the warrants and the assault. While inventorying the vehicle for towing, Deputy Senn located approximately .22 ounces of marijuana. The male was arrested on the warrants, assault, possession of marijuana, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 12/30/2015, Deputy Davidson was in the 3700 block of the South Loop 336 East, when he observed a vehicle leave the public roadway onto the shoulder. All four tires went onto the shoulder and then the vehicle swerved back into the main lane. Deputy Davidson initiated a traffic stop. Upon identifying the male driver, it was found he had active warrants out of Montgomery County and he had a suspended license. The driver was arrested on the warrants and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. A citation was issued for the suspended drivers license.

On 12/31/2015, Deputy Parsons was dispatched to the Walnut Cove subdivision to assist Deputy Winford in locating a male juvenile that had evaded on foot after committing a burglary of a vehicle. Upon arrival, Deputy Parsons located the male juvenile within the neighborhood. The juvenile was transported back to the scene of the burglary and was identified, as one of the two males the complainant had seen inside his vehicle. Both males were arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center.

On 1/1/2016, Deputy Senn responded to the 10500 block of Fawnmist Court, in Conroe, to assist Deputy Savage with a disturbance call. Deputy Savage had the male suspect detained in the back of his vehicle. The male had become disruptive by sliding his handcuffs to the front of his body and banging on the cage within the vehicle. The decision was made to transfer the male to Deputy Senn’s vehicle to transport the male to the Montgomery County Jail. The male continued to be disruptive and once again slipped his handcuffs to the front of his body. When deputies removed the male from the car and placed the male on the ground, he became even more combative. The male was secured, but continued to make threats towards deputies while being transported to Montgomery County Jail. Male was booked for an outstanding warrant, assault, resisting arrest and injury to a child.

On 1/1/2016, Deputy Soroko responded to a civil service call. The caller advised he believed he had warrants and wanted to turn himself in, but did not have transportation to the jail. Deputy Soroko met with the male and it was determined that the male did have open warrants. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 1/3/2016, Deputy Lambert responded to an attempt to locate call where it was reported that a vehicle was unable to maintain a single lane and was driving erratically. Deputy Campos conducted a stop on the vehicle for a defective brake light. While approaching the vehicle, Deputy Campos observed the male driver washing his mouth out with mouthwash. Once on scene, Deputy Lambert conducted an investigation. After an investigation, the male driver was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.

District 2 – Lt. Jim Fleming (South County)

On December 28, Deputy K. Christensen was sent to a location on Discovery Creek, in reference to an assault call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her ex-daughter-in-law had gotten into an argument and the female suspect struck her several times in the face with a closed fist. The 32 year old female suspect from The Woodlands was arrested at 2:00pm and transported to jail.

A 27 year old male from Spring was arrested at 4:54am, December 29, and taken to jail from a location on Budde Road, by Deputy C. Cooke, for three traffic related warrants.

On December 31, Deputy R. McClintock was notified of a suspicious person call in the 100 block of Sawdust Road. The Deputy located the male and found him to be intoxicated. The 18 year old male from The Woodlands was arrested at 1:01am and transported to jail.

On December 31, Deputy R. McClintock stopped a suspicious vehicle in the area of Kendal Ridge Lane and Clear Oaks Lane. The male driver was found to be intoxicated and in possession of a handgun. The 32 year old male from Houston was arrested at 2:53am, charged with driving while intoxicated, unlawful carrying of a firearm, and transported to jail.

On December 31, Deputy J. Logan responded to an assault call on Big Holly Lane. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised he and a female were arguing when she struck him above the eye with an unknown object causing injury. The 35 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 9:26pm and taken to jail.

A 38 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:11am, January 1, and taken to jail from a location on State Highway 242, by Deputy J. Solomon, for a possession of a controlled substance warrant.

On January 1, Deputy R. McClintock was sent to a location on Cassowary, in reference to an assault call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised her daughter was intoxicated and had assaulted her. The 24 year old female from Clarksville, TN, was arrested at 2:41am and transported to jail.

On January 1, Deputy J. Logan was notified of an intoxicated male at a bar in the 300 block of Sawdust Road. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 24 year old male from The Woodlands was arrested at 2:52am and taken to jail.

On January 2, Deputy C. Cooke stopped a vehicle in the 200 block of Sherbrook Circle. The Deputy had observed a small purse thrown out of the car prior to the stop. The purse contained marijuana. An investigation revealed the marijuana belonged to a female passenger. The 18 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 12:48am and transported to jail.

A 40 year old male from Houston was arrested at 7:36pm, January 2, and taken to jail from a location on Rayford Road, by Deputy C. Cooke, for three traffic related warrants.

District 3 – Lt. Joe Senn (East County)

On 12/26/15, Deputy Self was summoned to the 27700 Block of Country Colony, in reference to an assault. An investigation revealed a male had assaulted and strangled a female causing noticeable injury. The suspect was arrested and charged with felony assault.

On 12/29/15, Deputy Durrenberger was summoned to the 25500 Block of US Highway 59, in reference to a warrant service in which a male was arrested for the described warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

On 12/29/15, Deputy Cantu was summoned to the 22800 Block of Antique Lane, in reference to a threat. An investigation revealed that a male, whom is a felon, was in possession of a firearm when he made several threats to harm his girlfriend and her dogs. This male subject was arrested for assault by threat and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

On 12/30/15, Deputy Smith was summoned to the 17700 Block of FM 1485, in reference to a welfare concern. Upon arrival, it was learned that a male that was located at this location had been warned several times to stay away from the property. The male was arrested for criminal trespass.

On 12/30/15, Deputy Bird was summoned to the 23200 Block of Parkshire, to assist Deputy’s Cooke and Cantu. It was learned that a male had discharged a large caliber rifle in area of police officers checking the area for suspicious activity. A vehicle was observed leaving the area and was stopped. The suspect, identified as the passenger in this vehicle, was detained. The weapon that had been discharged was located within the vehicle. The suspect became belligerent and began threatening all law enforcement that had arrested him. The suspect was taken to jail and charged with aggravated assault against public servants and retaliation.

On 01/01/16, Deputy Beauchamp was summoned to the 23800 Block of Cicada Circle, in reference to possible stolen vehicles and property. Upon arrival, an investigation ensued in which a female was arrested for warrant(s).

On 01/02/16, Deputy Martinez was summoned to the 23500 Block of Loop 494, in reference to an assault in progress that had occurred at the 23400 Block of US Highway 59. An investigation revealed that a male had repeatedly assaulted his girlfriend leaving numerous noticeable injuries. The male was arrested and charged with assault.

District 4 – Lt. Allison Amundson (West County)

On January 3rd, Deputies Lawson, Lowery and Erickson were dispatched to the 4700 block of Jackson Road, in reference to a child discipline. Upon arrival, a 16 year old male exited the residence and tried to leave. Deputy Lawson had to put him on the ground to detain him. Deputy Lowery also had a 16 year old male who was fighting being detained and had to have firefighters assist in getting the male handcuffed. Deputy Erickson had a 19 year old male pushing him and fighting while the Deputy was trying to detain him. The 19 year old male was charged with interfering with public duty and the two juveniles were charged with resisting arrest and interfering with public duty.

On January 2nd, Deputy Lowery observe a vehicle in the ditch on the east bound side of Decker Prairie Road. The Deputy stopped and made contact with the driver, a 21 year old male. A strong odor of alcoholic beverage was coming from the male’s person and breath. After an investigation the male was placed into custody for driving while intoxicated.

On January 1st, Senior Sergeant Bonner was dispatched to the 27000 block of Tree Lane, in reference to a noise disturbance. Upon arrival, the complainants advised their neighbor had shot off a gun causing their car alarms to go off. The Sergeant made contact with the 37 year old male that had fired the gun, who was carrying a shotgun, a 40 caliber pistol, had body armor on and was intoxicated. The male was taken into custody for felony unlawful carry of a weapon.

On December 29th, after an investigation, Deputy Aaron went to Decker Prairie Pawn and seized a stolen air compressor and a copy of the pawn ticket. The Deputy contacted the District Attorney’s office who agreed to take Theft charges on a 20 year old male suspect, who was already housed in the Montgomery County Jail. The charges was added to the male’s arrest record.

On December 27th, Deputy Lee was dispatched to the 9800 block of Stone Ranch Blvd, in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with the parties involved and learned a 54 year old male had hit a female in the face. Both parties were intoxicated. The male was taken into custody for assault.

On December 27th, Deputy Crandell conducted a felony warrant service for an aggravated assault warrant, in the 36000 block of Long Pines Lane. Upon arrival, the Deputy was advised by a resident on location that the 35 year old wanted female was in the residence. The female was located and taken into custody.

On December 26th, Deputy Lee was dispatched to the 33000 block of Pinehurst Loop, in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with two females and was advised a 39 year old male was drunk, had struck her truck damaging it, and assaulted the other female. The male was located and taken into custody for criminal mischief.

On December 25th, Deputy Lee was dispatched to the 28000 block of Aberdeen Drive, in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with individuals involved except for a 24 year male who had refused to stop and had ran from the scene. The male was found hiding inside the dryer at his residence, resisted being detained, and resisted being taken outside to the Deputies patrol car. The Deputy was kicked numerous times by the male, while he threatened the Deputy. The male was charged with felony assault on a public servant.

On December 24th, Deputy Lawson was dispatched to the 31000 block of Cherokee Rose, in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with a 53 year old male sitting in a ditch alongside the roadway with a 43 year old female. Both were intoxicated and advised they did not have a place to spend the night. Due to their level of intoxication, they were both taken into custody for public intoxication.

On December 24th, Deputy Lawson was dispatched to the intersection of FM 1774 and Misty Meadow, in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, the Deputy observed a 43 year old female running down FM 1774. Due to the female’s level of intoxication, she was taken into custody for public intoxication.

On December 24th, Senior Sergeant Bonner arrived in the 600 block of Pond Circle to serve a warrant on a 33 year old male believe to be at that location. Upon arrival, the male came out of his residence and was taken into custody for the warrant. Methamphetamine was found in the male’s shirt pocket. Additionally, a stolen vehicle and trailer were found on the male’s property and recovered by Auto-Theft. Felony Possession of a controlled substance and felony unauthorized use of motor vehicle were added to the male’s arrest record.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)

On December 23, 2015, Deputy Kirby responded to the 11500 Block of Laurens Way, in reference to an assault where a male was arrested for felony assault.

On December 26, 2015, Deputy Warren arrested a male in the 19700 Block of Highway 105 West for an outstanding driving while license suspended warrant.

On December 30, 2015, Deputy Toliver stopped a vehicle at Highway 105 West and Old River Road for a traffic violation. The female driver was arrested for an outstanding out of county misdemeanor warrant.

On January 02, 2016, Deputy Zapf responded to the 11400 Block of Zoe Loop, in reference to a large party/noise disturbance. Deputy Zapf arrested male in a vehicle for possession of marijuana.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On December 28, Deputy Johnson was dispatched to a disturbance in progress call at 1481 Sawdust Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Johnson identified all the parties involved and found that one of them had an outstanding warrant. The suspect, a 22 year old male, was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On December 30, Deputy Johnson was dispatched to 10510 Six Pines Drive, in reference to a suspicious person call. The suspect, a 21 year old male, was found to have a criminal trespass warning for the complex and had been told earlier in the day not to return. The suspect was taken into custody for trespassing and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On December 30, Deputy Langston was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody. The suspect, a 34 year old female, attempted to take $475.00 worth of merchandise from Nordstrom’s Department Store. The suspect was charged with theft, was taken into custody, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On January 1, Deputy B. Evans was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident involving an overturned vehicle on Sawdust Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Evans met with witnesses who stated that they assisted in opening the door to get the driver out. The driver, a 34 year old male, was unsteady on his feet, had slurred speech, and an odor of an alcoholic beverage on his person. The suspect was charged with driving while intoxicated, was taken into custody, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On January 1, Deputy Jackson conducted a traffic stop in the area of Glen Loch Drive and Tangle Brush. During the course of the traffic stop, Deputy Jackson found the driver, a 25 year old male, to have a suspended license. During a search of the vehicle, prior to towing, the suspect was found to have marijuana in the trunk of the vehicle. The suspect was charged with possession of marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
