District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
A 43 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 6:05pm, November 9, in the 13600 block of Wigginsville Road by Sgt. E. Ward for a theft warrant out of Walker County. The Deputy had received information on the female’s location. The female was transported to jail.
A 21 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 9:35pm, November 9, in the 12200 block of Crockett Martin by Deputies J. Fluellen and S. Degner for an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputies had received information on the female’s location. She was taken to jail.
On November 10, Deputies A. Cross and J. Reuvers were notified of a family violence assault in the 15000 block of Wiggins Road. The Deputies met with a female complainant who stated she and her boyfriend got into a verbal argument and he pushed her out of the bedroom and onto the living room floor. She grabbed her cell phone and got out of the house to try and call 9-1-1. The boyfriend followed her, took her phone away and slapped her. She yelled for help, got away from him and went to a neighbor’s house to call 9-1-1. The male left the scene. As the Deputies arrived the male was seen driving down the road. The male was detained. The 33 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:33pm, charged with assault and interference with an emergency call and was taken to jail.
A 41 year old male from Willis was arrested at 8:22pm, November 10, in the 900 block of Oak Glen Drive by Sgt. E. Ward for a possession with intent to deliver/manufacture a controlled substance warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received information on the male’s location. The male was transported to jail.
A 27 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 9:28pm, November 11, in the 17800 block of Dogwood by Deputies J. Fluellen and S. Degner for two theft by check warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputies had received prior information on the location of the female. The female was taken to jail.
On November 11, Deputy C. Santoro was dispatched to the area of FM 1484 and Rose Road in reference to a welfare concern involving a male staggering down the road and almost being struck by passing vehicles. The male was located and found to be intoxicated. The 49 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:03pm and transported to jail.
A 31 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:23pm, November 12, in the 12600 block of FM 3083 by Deputy J. Kader for four traffic warrants out of Conroe PD. The male was stopped on a traffic violation. A 28 year old female passenger from Conroe was also arrested by Deputy Kader during the traffic stop on a driving with license invalid warrant out of Montgomery County. Both were taken to jail.
A 36 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 8:05pm, November 12, in the 12800 block of Cedar Lane by Deputy K. Albritton for a family violence assault warrant out of Montgomery County. The female was part of a disturbance call. Deputies had been actively searching for the female for the warrant service. The female was taken to jail.
On November 13, Deputy S. Squier was sent to the area of IH-45 and Shepard Hill Road in reference to a welfare concern involving an intoxicated female. The female was located and found to be intoxicated. The 22 year old female from Baytown was arrested at 5:06am and transported to jail.
A 28 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 3:45pm, November 13, in the 11900 block of Magnolia Bend by Sgt. E. Ward for a possession of controlled substance warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received information on the male’s location. The male was transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On November 7, 2010, Deputy Swank was dispatched to the 14530 block of I-45 to assist Sgt. Moore with a traffic violation. The suspect vehicle was observed driving erratically at a high rate of speed and almost hitting several vehicles including Sgt. Moore’s marked patrol vehicle. Sgt. Moore initiated a traffic stop and the suspect, 25-year-old male from Conroe, pulled the vehicle partially out of the roadway, however he became stuck in the mud and was unable to move the vehicle to a safe location. The suspect had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath, bloodshot, glassy eyes, slurred speech and had a hard time maintaining his balance. The suspect was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 8, 2010, Deputy Swank arrested a 27-year-old male from Tomball, after a traffic stop on Borough Park Drive. Upon making contact with the two occupants of the vehicle, Deputy Swank observed the driver to be very nervous. A check with dispatch found the driver to have a suspended license and previous drug charges. During the course of the investigation, the driver was found to have a marijuana cigar in his pocket, and a small baggy of marijuana under the front console. The passenger did not have any drugs or evidence of drugs, in her property, and was subsequently released at the scene. The driver was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, charged with Possession of Marijuana. He also received citations for driving on a suspended license, failing to change his address and was issued a warning for a defective rear license plate light.
On November 9, 2010, Deputy Sibille was dispatched to an Assault on Budde Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Sibille met with the victim and witnesses. The victim had a two-inch cut on his jaw and a deep cut on his left hand. The suspect saw the blood on the victim and heard the witnesses calling the police, he left the scene. A description of the suspect and vehicle were aired by dispatch and the suspect was later detained by Oak Ridge PD officers. The suspect, 39-year-old male from Conroe, was taken into custody, charged with Aggravated Assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 11/12/10 Deputy Holden was dispatched to the Porter Walmart in reference to a shoplifter call. Upon his arrival he met with loss prevention and learned that the suspect concealed $196 worth of merchandise and attempted to exit the store without paying for the items. The suspect, a 47 year old male from Houston was arrested and charged with Theft.
On 11/12/10 Deputy Ashmore was dispatched to a Motor Vehicle Accident at Maple St. @ Meadow Ln. Upon his arrival he met with the driver of the vehicle who was involved in the single vehicle accident. The driver was lethargic and appeared to be under the influence of drugs. The subject both could not perform and could not pass field sobriety tasks. The driver, a 51 year old male from Porter was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. A single pill of Hydrocodone was also located and the suspect was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
On 11/12/10 Deputy Amstutz and Deputy Morris were dispatched to the 23000 block of Cherokee Dr. in reference to a welfare check. Upon their arrival they met with the victim and learned that her husband had assaulted her numerous times with a closed fist and shoved her into a wall. He then produced a knife and attempted to stab her and continued to assault her. The suspect, a 34 year old male from Porter was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. An ICE hold was also placed on the suspect.
On 11/13/10 Deputy Amstutz conducted a traffic stop on a red Camaro on Loop 494 that had been observed leaving the scene of a home burglary. The homeowner arrived home to find his house burglarized and followed this vehicle leaving his home until it was stopped by responding officers. In plain view in the vehicle was the stolen property from the burglary. A 39 year old male from Splendora and a 20 year old female from New Caney were arrested and charged with Burglary of a Habitation.
On 11/15/10 Deputy White observed a vehicle travelling on Firetower Rd. with their four way flashers on. The vehicle also did not have any taillights on during the nighttime hours. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle. The vehicle showed to be stolen and reported out of the Houston Police Department. The driver, a 23 year old male from Cleveland was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On November 13th Deputy Krolczyk was dispatched to the Inverness Crossing subdivision in reference to a Burglary of a Vehicle. Upon arrival Deputy Krolczyk met with the Complainant who advised her vehicle had been parked in front of her residence unlocked that night. The next morning she had discovered various items missing from her vehicle including a Dyson Vacuum. The Complainant had entered her vehicle and put everything back in place prior to the Deputies arrival. There are no suspects at this time.
On November 11th Sergeant Bybee was dispatched to the Clear Creek subdivision in reference to a Burglary of a Vehicle. Upon arrival Sergeant Bybee met with the Complainant who advised he had left his vehicle parked in his driveway. Entry to the vehicle had been made through the unlocked doors. A Tom Tom and an IPod were taken. The Complainant did not have Serial Numbers for his stolen items. There are no suspects at this time.
On November 11th Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to Woodland Lakes subdivision in reference to a Burglary in Progress. Upon arrival Magnolia PD officers had a 20 year old male subject detained. The homeowners advised that they had been away from their home for 45 minutes and when they had returned home they had discovered the male subject in the upstairs portion of their house. The subject was charged with Burglary of a Habitation and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 9th Deputy Tavarez, a DPS Trooper, Magnolia PD and several Montgomery County Sheriffs units responded to a disturbance call in the Hazy Hollow Subdivision. It was reported an Actor had just left the scene in a Mustang with two children aboard had he had been drinking. Deputy Tavarez stopped the Mustang at the entrance of Hazy Hollow. The driver a 50 year old male subject showed signs of intoxication. The subject was Field tested and did poorly on the tests. After a breath test the driver was placed into custody and charged with Felony DWI with child Passengers. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 8th Deputy Provenzano observed a car with Washington plates parked at the end of Autumn Woods . As the Deputy spoke to the two subjects in the car he could detect the odor of burned Marijuana. Deputy Provenzano discovered a plastic bag containing about two ounces of Marijuana. The subject was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 7th Deputy Overbay and Deputy Birch conducted a traffic stop on a truck in the 31000 Block of Nichol Sawmill. The Deputies observed two chainsaws in the bed of truck. The serial numbers of the saws checked for stolen. One of the chain saws was stolen out of Florida. The Chain saw was recovered and submitted to the Crime Lab. The male subject driving the truck was placed under arrest for Possession of Stolen Property and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 7th Deputy Crandell was dispatched to Tisdel Road in reference to an Assault Family Violence call. Upon arrival Deputy Crandell observed a 26 year old female in the middle of a public roadway flailing her arms about and arguing with a male subject. The female subject appeared to be intoxicated and made statements that she had smoked crack and marijuana that morning. The male subject advised that he and the female subject had gotten into an argument on the street and the female subject had stabbed him in his right hand with a piece of rusty metal fence. The female subject was taken into custody and charged with Assault Family Violence. She was transported to female booking at the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 6th Deputy Provenzano was traveling south on FM 1774 when he observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed traveling north. Deputy Provenzano clocked the vehicle at 112 mph in a 55 mph zone. The Deputy initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. The 21 year old male subject that was driving admitted he knew he was going fast, but was unaware of his actual speed. The Subject was placed into custody and charged with Reckless Driving. The subject was transported the Montgomery County Jail.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
On November 9th Deputy Jackson responded to Chickasaw Road. A female reported that her ex-boyfriend entered her home during the night without permission and assaulted her. Injuries sustained during the assault did not require emergency medical attention. The male suspect was not on location and had fled the scene. An arrest has not been made.
On November 9th Deputy’s Lowe and Scanlon were conducting patrol of the Scotts Ridge Boat Ramp when they observed a vehicle parked in the dark with both front doors open. Investigation revealed the vehicle being occupied by a male and female. Further investigation revealed that the male was in possession and had been smoking marijuana when officers arrived. The male was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Misdemeanor B and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 10th Deputy Rex attempted to conduct a Traffic Stop on a vehicle in the 19000 block of SH 105 W for Failure to Drive in Single Lane but the vehicle refused to stop. The violator continued westbound along SH 105 W for approximately one mile before entering an apartment complex and parking in a tenant space. The male subject exited his vehicle and displayed numerous signs of intoxication. The subject was administered several standard field sobriety test and subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 11th Sgt. Bruce responded to April Village Drive in regards to an Assault. It was learned that a female had been assaulted by her husband during an altercation in their home. The male fled the scene prior to officer’s arrival. The female did not require emergency medical attention. Charges for Assault, Misdemeanor C, were filed and forwarded to the Justice Court for prosecution.
On November 11th Sgt. Smith along with Deputy’s Durbin and Lowe responded to an area subdivision park located in the 10800 block of Leisure Lane for the report of a Disturbance involving several intoxicated males. Investigation revealed that four males had been on location consuming alcohol and creating a loud disturbance after hours. One of the males fled the area upon officer’s arrival while three others were detained. These three adult individuals, all under the age of 21, were found to be intoxicated. The three were arrested for Public Intoxication and placed into the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On November 12, 2010, Deputy Curtis responded to a suspicious vehicle call on Sylvan Forest and W. Stoney Bridge Ct. Upon arrival, Deputy Curtis observed a vehicle matching the vehicle description located at the above intersection. The driver provided the deputy with a fictitious name. The driver’s actual identification was located and he was taken into custody for Failure to Identify. The vehicle that the 20 year-old was driving was listed stolen in Alabama. The suspect was arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

11/6 – Deputy Roberts arrested a 19-year-old female from Conroe, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $152.00 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
11/6 – Deputy Godden arrested a 45 year old female from Spring, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $167.48 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
11/7 – Deputy Godden arrested a 19 year old male from Chappel Hill, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $59.99 worth of merchandise from JCPennys. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
11/9 – Deputy Houstoun arrested 33-year-old female, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $1,011.84 worth of merchandise from JC Pennys. The suspect fought with the two Loss Prevention personnel when they stopped her after leaving the store. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Additional charges for Assault were filed due to the struggle with the Loss Prevention Personnel.
11/11 – Deputy Godden arrested a 16 year old female from The Woodlands for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $99 worth of merchandise from Claire’s. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility charged with class b misdemeanor theft.
11/11 – Deputy Aguilar arrested a 34 year old male from Humble for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $76.11 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
11/12 – Deputy Weatherford arrested an 18 year old male from The Woodlands and a 20 year old male from Spring for Theft. The suspects attempted to take $240.00 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. Both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
