Multi-Vehicle Hit-and-Run Results in Arrest

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Thursday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 8700 block of Farm Ridge Lane in reference to a motor vehicle crash.

The investigation revealed that a male driver allegedly struck multiple vehicles along the roadway and fled the scene without providing any information.

Deputies conducted a thorough investigation and successfully located the suspect at a nearby residence. He was identified as Rigoberto Diaz-Rincon.

“Rigoberto Diaz-Rincon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Failure to Stop and Give Information. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 16,” Constable Mark Herman said.
