Pct. 4 Deputy on neighborhood patrol in the Holly Ridge Subdivision in Porter, Tx found a truck parked in the middle of the street.
Upon contact with the driver identified as Jason Murdoch, , a warrant was discovered. Also in the truck, 3 syringes and a plastic bottle cap that contained a brown liquid that tested positive for heroin.
The subject was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and the warrant. He was given a $3000 bond on the heroin.
