Acting on information that a three and five-year-old adopted brothers were being physically abused, Liberty County Sheriff’s Cpl. Sean Mitchell arrested 27-year-old Liberty County resident Joshua Bruce on Thursday morning at the New Caney ISD where he was employed as a teacher and coach. According to Mitchell, Bruce and his wife acted as Foster parents prior to adopting the young brothers in October of this year.
Joshua Bruce was placed in the Liberty County jail on a charge of Injury to a Child while Cpl. Mitchell continues the investigation.
