On Friday, December 8, 2017 at approximately 4:30 pm Harris County Pct. 5 Deputy Constables responded to a shooting at a residence located in the 15700 block of Creekhaven Dr. in west Harris County. Upon arriving, they discovered the victims, two males and one female deceased from apparent gunshot wounds. Responding deputies spoke with several witnesses who stated they observed a white male fleeing from the scene in a red Acura immediately after the shooting
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit was called to the scene to conduct the investigation. During the subsequent investigation, Jeffery Noble 35, was positively identified and has been charged in the 262nd District Court with Capital Murder. No Bond has been set in the case and no motive has been established.
