NMC resident faces child porn charges

CONROE- A Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted a Willis man on multiple counts of possession of child pornography on Tuesday.

Brandon Eugene Ford, 24, was true billed on eight counts of possession of child pornography, with the offense date listed as Oct. 30, 2006.

Public Data shows the 6 foot 1 inch, 270 pound suspect is not a registered sex offender and has no prior history of child pornography or similar charges in Texas or any of the other states where records are available online. However, Ford is no stranger to law enforcement. In 2004, in the 221st District Court he pleaded guilty to “claiming a lottery prize by fraud” and was sentenced to three years probation, plus a fine and court costs. The same year, Ford was arrested on a theft charge, but it was dismissed.

Ford currently has three pages on the popular social networking website, myspace.com, but none of them have been updated since August, 2008. One page states that the 2003 Willis High School grad is bi-sexual and likes to make new friends.
Another has wallpaper depicting the Christian crucifixion, but lists his religion as “Wiccan,” and his default quote is “Look who got some this weekend.”
None of the three show any incriminating images.

Assistant District Attorney Stella Stevens is currently scheduled as the lead prosecutor.

Additional information will be added as it becomes available.
