* At 305 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Rainfall rates of 3 to 5 inches
per hour with these slow moving storms. Flash flooding is ongoing
do not attempt to travel.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Eastern Pasadena, Baytown, Galveston Causeway, Galveston Island
West End, Texas City, La Porte, Humble, La Marque, northeastern
Seabrook, southwestern Liberty, Dayton, Hitchcock, Beach City,
Kingwood, Highlands, Barrett, Channelview, Crosby, Mont Belvieu and
Splendora.
