* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins. Creekwood
  Drive begins to take on water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 12.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening to a crest of 14.2 feet just after midnight
    tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    14.2 feet on 06/17/2004.

* IMPACTS...At 51.5 feet, Moderate lowland flooding continues with
  up to one foot of water is over the road at the intersection of
  Bellau Wodd and Riviera and many homes in the Northshore
  subdivision are cutoff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:45 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 48.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening
    to 50.3 feet late tonight. It will then fall tomorrow
    morning. It will rise to 51.7 feet early Saturday morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 49.3 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    51.7 feet on 06/27/1989.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
  counties, Austin, Brazos, Burleson, Colorado, Grimes, Harris,
  Houston, Liberty, Madison, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity,
  Walker, Waller and Washington.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
  excess runoff from earlier rainfall in addition to ongoing
  precipitation. Some low-water crossings are inundated with water
  and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1241 PM CST, Radar indicated continued rainfall. Ongoing
    street flooding and elevated creeks, streams and rivers are
    being observed. Flooding is already occurring in the warned
    area. Between 4 and 13.5 inches of rain have fallen in the
    past couple days.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches are possible in
    the warned area through Thursday morning.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Southeastern College Station, Conroe, Huntsville, Brenham,
    Tomball, Cleveland, Navasota, Hempstead, Willis, Prairie
    View, Livingston, Madisonville, Bellville, Columbus, Eagle
    Lake, Pinehurst, The Woodlands, Apple Springs, Washington and
    Hockley.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas, including
  the following areas, in south central Texas, Coastal Jackson and
  Inland Jackson. In southeast Texas, Austin, Bolivar Peninsula,
  Brazoria Islands, Brazos, Burleson, Chambers, Coastal Brazoria,
  Coastal Galveston, Coastal Harris, Coastal Matagorda, Colorado,
  Fort Bend, Galveston Island, Grimes, Houston, Inland Brazoria,
  Inland Galveston, Inland Harris, Inland Matagorda, Madison,
  Matagorda Islands, Montgomery, Northern Liberty, Polk, San
  Jacinto, Southern Liberty, Trinity, Walker, Waller, Washington and
  Wharton.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
  flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood
  with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A few more disturbances are forecast to pass through the
    region through Thursday morning and bring additional rainfall
    to the area. Grounds are saturated, and any additional
    moderate to heavy rain will lead to quick runoff and
    continued, or additional, flooding concerns.
